Can t say enough about Ford of Franklin!! Their customer service is top notch! Our sales associate, Summer Bell, was incredibly nice and very helpful. I felt very confident in my purchase after meeting with her. Mr Hanes in finance was willing to go over all the paperwork and answer any question we had. He made the process easy and seamless. Everyone we met at Ford of Franklin was on their A game. After a terrible encounter with the sales manager at Bates Ford in Lebanon (which I will NEVER set foot in again!), I was relieved with how well Franklin treated us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.

Ask for Jordan if you shop for a vehicle here. He was thorough but efficient and straightforward. I spoke with him on the phone before coming into the dealer and was very happy with how answered all my questions. Sadly the way women are treated in some car dealerships is still pretty archaic; This wasn t the case at all with him.We made an appointment to test drive two models with him the next weekend and he was extremely helpful. He took the time we needed but we didn t feel trapped either. Later that weekend we gave him a call with our decision to purchase a 2024 Bronco Sport. I think it s the easiest purchase process we ve had! Thanks Jordan. I ll be sending anyone who needs a Ford your way.

Ford of Franklin is the best Ford dealership I ve found! My vehicle had a recall that needed to be remedied. Every other Ford dealership in the Nashville area quoted me three days, but Ford of Franklin did the repair in just over two hours. Nick, the service advisor who assisted me when I arrived, advised he would ask the service department if they could expedite my wait time since I was there with two toddlers. Every employee I talked to on the phone and met in person at this dealership was kind and accommodating. Nick even went the extra mile to put plastic over my lift gate since that morning I accidentally busted out the back window reversing out of the garage.Moving forward, I will only take my vehicle to Ford of Franklin!Thank you, Nick, for the amazing customer service!

I m taking to write about what a wonderful experience my husband and I had at this dealership! Sunmer is the name of our car expert at Ford. Summer is very knowledgeable and excited to do her job! She treated us the same way the whole experience not knowing if we were actually going to buy the car! That shows integrity to us as well. The dealership is clean and everyone is willing to help. I needed to drop my F-150 for a check engine light and to inspect the vehicle for a possible rear axle recall issue. Nick was my service manager, and he was excellent! He kept me informed all the way along the process and made sure I knew what was happening. I got the truck back in a couple days, and all issues were addressed. Happy with the service!

After my sons car was totalled 2 days after he got it, I was so over shopping. We just went "eye shopping" and to test drive a car to see if we liked the style. He had been searching for about 6 weeks and had spoken with Summer Bell several times. She is phenomenal. She was persistent with gentle follow up but not overbearing. She didn't try to fast talk or over talk just to get a sale. She genuinely cared and was patient. Tim, the GM, knows the business and put the icing on the cake. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and was also patient by saying if this is not the time, we can do it later. They are a dynamic duo and will take good care of you. Needless to say, we left with a 2024 for my son. It was the best offer we had received in 2.5 months. Thank you so much.

Was informed I needed multiple services for my 90,000 mile service and was charged $1200. Owners manual does not match what they (Lonnie) told me. The sticker the technician put on windshield has incorrect information (says I need another oil change in 5000 miles but owners manual shows every 10,000 miles which I have always followed for 90,000 miles). Then after waiting over 3 hours, they park my truck on the far side of the parking lot even though there was plenty of room under the covered entrance. It s raining out and I have to go find my truck. I get in and the driver side of truck is soaked. Then I see my passenger side mirror is folded in. So I have to get out in the rain and fix it so I can back up and maneuver around the cars in the lot. This disabled military vet has never been treated this way at any other Ford dealership. On a positive note, the Franklin dealership won t have to worry about receiving another 1 star rating from me because I ll go elsewhere from now on. Lonnie is the type of person that gives car dealerships a bad name. Warning to future customers: do not believe anything that comes out of his mouth.

I brought my 2019 F-150 in for an issue with my sunroof and transmission shifting harsh. Thankfully, both were still under warranty. Danny Paiz, took care of me. He listened to my concerns and both issues were resolved. The transmission is now smooth and the sunroof is working perfectly.

My truck had issues while I was in town for business and the team at Ford of Franklin did a great job diagnosing the issue, ordering parts, and then making the repairs so I could drive back home and make it back to work. Their hard work saved me from having to rent a car to drive home and then fly back to pick my truck up, and then drive back home. They had great communication and really worked with us on not only the time frame for repairs but the price as well. I appreciate all of the hard work your team did. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience buying a new vehicle at Ford of Franklin. Jasmine was our sales specialist and worked with us over several months until the right vehicle arrived. As a bonus, the price they offered for our trade was more than I thought they d offer. Was I happy with not paying under MSRP for the first time in my life? No, but I also know I ve never purchased a car in a market similar to the current one. Prices are insane everywhere. Norm, the finance manager, was also great. We declined the extended warranty and after he fully explained the benefits, he wasn t pushy when we still declined, which has not been the case when we ve purchased a vehicle in the past.We noticed a small cosmetic issue on the car after getting it home, but a quick chat with Lauren (who gave us a courtesy call less than 24 hours after the purchase!!) resulted in a 100% satisfied outcome. Shout out to Jason, the body shop manager, for also being helpful.Will everyone have a great buying experience like this? Of course not, but we would definitely have no problem buying another vehicle from Ford of Franklin. (Sadly, I was not offered a reduced price for leaving this review. lol)Update on Feb 14, 2024: Last week we had our first issue with the Mach-E, which isn t bad after over a year of ownership. Had a miscommunication with the Service Dept, but Lauren reached out to me to straighten everything out and kept me informed of the car s progress. I picked up the car today and it was 10X cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I really appreciate the after sale support, as I wouldn t think most places would care once you sign the papers and drive off the lot.

Austin Sanchez at Ford of Franklin was the best and I highly recommend anyone work with him for their next vehicle. I had my precious car for 12 years and it was finally time for me to upgrade. I thought I was in the early stages just test driving and seeing what I liked- but when I met Austin, I knew I wanted to buy a car from him and ended up purchasing two days later! You can get a car anywhere but you can't beat excellent service.

I had my first service experience at Ford Lincoln of Franklin and not only did they address the issue that I initially brought it in for but they also fixed some recalls that existed on my f150 that I wasn t aware of. That speaks of integrity to me and I appreciate that. 5 stars!

I went there for the first time with dealer certified used cars I had bought a few months ago from another Ford dealer. I communicated this information to them when I dropped off the cars. All I wanted was an oil and filter change. I got a call after I left that they recommend flushing of the brake fluid for $700! I said no- when I checked online the car was not due for this service- When I called back to ask for more detail as to what lead them to recommend this service and disclosing that I had done a web search they walked back their recommendation- will not go there again

November 17, 2022From: Randy SheminRe: Service received at Ford of Franklin2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500First, let me say that I am a 66 year old owner of 7 cars currently, including Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, Nissan, and Hyundai/Genesis, and the service I recently received at Ford of Franklin far exceeds ANY dealership service experience I ve ever had!I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Shelby GT500 on October 19 in Birmingham from a high-end used car dealer, drove it home, and the very next day, ironically on the way to your dealership to set an appointment to give it the once-over and address some open recalls, the car died. The engine made bad noises and shut down. Only 3,700 miles, and after one day of ownership, a huge disappointment.I called the service department, and was connected to Chris E., who directed me to have the car towed in, and after a three hour wait for a tow, the car was delivered to your back lot. I followed the wrecker, gave Chris my information, and he said it would be the first of the following week before they could get the car into the shop, which was understandable.Here s what you need to know...The car was there for 26 days. Chris texted me EVERY business day, between 5 and 6 o clock, to update me and promptly answer any questions. Unbelievable! Even when there was nothing to report. I think I called him only once during that time, and stopped by another time as I was driving by anyway. Dealing with Chris was strictly business, and his communication and response time greatly appreciated. He even let me know beforehand about his days out of the office! Who does that?Then, the technician working on the car, Mat D. got involved, and he started texting me too. Never had that happen before, and I cannot tell you how appreciative I was to be brought into that part of the repair process. I instantly knew I was in good hands with Mat, and he certainly did not disappoint. The amount of work he did, all with hand tools to preserve the original hand-built look of the engine, was just above and beyond, and he even shared photos of the teardown and repair (never had that happen either!). He even drove the car home over a weekend (after asking permission of course) to be certain it was all buttoned down before returning it to me. Again, an unbelievable level of care and service! He also took care of a headliner issue, the recalls and some other stuff too. Just fantastic!I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have the car back and running, and I just wanted to give credit to these two gentlemen and everyone else at Ford of Franklin for top-notch service that establishes a new benchmark for me. They did everything possible to make a bad situation better, and I am very, very grateful for everyone s efforts.Thank you, and Happy Holidays!Update: Another great service experience at Ford of Franklin for a recall to update the computer. Had a 7:30 appointment and work was completed at 8:30... as promised!

Excellent experience! We came in knowing which two models we wanted to compare & the salesman provided us with the side by side comparison on all aspects of the two vehicles. To be clear, we did all of our research of the two vehicles beforehand regarding features & what we wanted out of a vehicle, so it was clear these were the two options we were between.Communication with the Salesman was transparent & our decisions/opinions were respected. We weren't "pushed" into a sale & we felt comfortable & confident in our purchase-- even if we would have walked away from the deal. I would recommend Ford of Franklin for your next new vehicle purchase.

I took my Ford Ranger in to the dealership for some repairs (warranty work) on a Tuesday & was told it would be a couple of days to do the work & some scheduled maintenance work. I asked if a loaner vehicle was available as I did not have another vehicle. The service rep said they did not do that but they had a rental company with a desk at the dealership. He checked with them but they did not have any vehicles then but would call me that day. I did not hear from anyone that day. I called each day after that & left a message so I would know the status of the repairs. I got no call back until Friday when the service rep called & said the truck was ready. I can t believe that no one would take a minute or two to call me back. The only good experience was the great service of returning the truck to me. The other problem was that the rep told me the cost of the repairs but I was charged something different.

I came to this dealership from the recommendation of my friend April who works there! Both her and Steven assisted me in buying my new vehicle! I love it so much and kudos to both for being so helpful and friendly from start to finish! April is new here but very knowledgeable about purchasing a vehicle. She should be commended for her expertise. Once again thank you to both for their assistance which led to my pretty red car! I am elated beyond belief with my purchase and I also got a great deal which was an added bonus! We drove from Atlanta to see two vehicles that were priced right. They had both vehicles ready to test drive and they were spotless. Parker, Isaac, and Norm were very hospitable and helpful. They were able to answer all our questions and made an after-hours purchase pleasant given how difficult cross state-line registrations can be.
