Best visit ever! Conner even approached Mr car with enthusiasm! He was happy to see me so that made me happy to be here and happy to return. He was very informative and concerned about my bad tires for safety. He IS a mover and shaker when it comes to having high energy.

Let me say first of all that this place is off the chain in customer service. To the most kind lady (wish I got her name) as I drove up and she told me which bay to go to (we talked for a while ) and then to Ryan who took care of me and my vehicle. He is the absolute best! Very kind. Very professional. Knew what he was doing and although he recommended things, he never put pressure on me etc. Just a super guy! Thank you Express Lube for being so selective on your hiring. It appeared that every person that worked there had great personalities and work ethic. I'll be back.

Express Oil Change Cool Springs is the best place to take your vehicle, hands down! They work quickly to get you in and out, pricing is great, and the customer service is outstanding! Had a great experience with Connor, he definitely lives customer service. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Great place for oil change and tires. Everyone here (who I ve dealt with) is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Whoever hired Jacob is a wonderful judge of character. He is a gem!!! Do whatever you can to keep him.

Ryan is INCREDIBLE!!!! So nice & honest. Went above a beyond. Filled up my tires for free & topped off my car fluids. Will 100% be coming back for all my car needs. I felt so taken care of!

Hey Ryan you did a great job man!! I really appreciate you checking every on my vehicle including my break fluid which was low! Something I forget to do quite often. I for sure recommend everyone to come here and get their oil changed. They basically inspect a large portion of your vehicle while they are at it.

Ron and Ryan were so sweet & helped easily get my oil changed. They also assisted with getting me a quote for my tires as well. Will definitely come back to see them!!!K.D was amazing as well with making me feel welcomed when I arrived!

I scheduled an appointment on the business website and upon arrival I was informed first come first serve . Fortunately there weren t any cars ahead of me so I didn t have to wait for servicing of my vehicle. I was also disappointed that my oil change was more expensive here than the dealership - not good. Ryan was professional but could be a little more polished with his communication style. Unfortunately this is a first time last time for me.

I come here regularly for a fast, accurate oil changes. Today, KD and Ryan (plus a few others!) performed an outstanding, timely transmission service and kept me well-informed all along the way. Highly recommend Express Oil Change to keep your car in great shape!

Just want to say this organization is so outstanding and provided great professional support and customer service. Big shout out to KD who is I think one of the Assistant Mangers or if not should be with her outstanding support and leadership. Thanks to everyone and the entire management team for the extra time looking at my Jeep grand cherokee. I highly recommend folks get this awesome service. Keep the faith and keep striving. Do not go to this location. Very disappointed and scary that they could have caused a lot of damage to my car. I had a routine oil change and they did not finish properly, I was leaking a LOT of oil in my garage and went immediately to a Valvoline down the road closest to my house to have them check on my way to work, he changed into a new oil filter and saw the mistake. Upon coming back to Express to alert them of the situation and careless mistake I asked for a refund and was told they would not give one because I went to other shop. Sean the manager said I should have come to them 25 mins out of my way to show them the problem right away He did not give me the refund, and I now have a huge oil mess in my garage, very disappointing. Will never be returning to an Express location.

My family has been bringing our cars to this location for years now- I am very happy to say the service is back up to TOP NOTCH!The entire atmosphere was friendly, professional, hard working, and thorough yet expedient as well!!Liam did a fantastic job with my oil change service and of making sure my cars needs were fully taken care of and completed!I was fully informed of all services provided!It s so good to know my family can still count on great service from Express Oil Change!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Raymond helped me with an oil change and aired up my tires. He was extremely helpful and even found me a $17 discount in my email! He also gave me good advice about how to work with the settings in my car s user interface. Overall I had a great experience getting my car serviced here and will definitely be coming back.

I ve had our oil changed here on 3 different vehicles over the last few years and have been pleased with the service.The other day one of our cars looked like it was leaking oil, I went back to to have them check for an oil leak. Ryan helped me with this and said it wasn t an oil leak, everything was fine there but it was leaking transmission fluid. He referred me to Fairview Transmissions, they confirmed that it was leaking transmission fluid.I really appreciate Ryan s help with our situation. He was 100% correct.I will continue to get my oil change service here.

I was in and out quickly and Sean was great. He gave me a quote for some work I may need in the future and on some new tires with no pressure to purchase right away. Felt well taken care of, and like my car was looked after.

My favorite is KD!!!!!!! OMG!!! She is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills! The whole staff does actually! Talk about team work and the communication they provide to each other is amazing and I have never seen nothing like it! KD fixed a few problems under my hood that I had no knowledge about when I brought my car in once before, as this was my 2nd time coming back and come to find out it was a few hose not connected like they should have been and KD noticed it, talked to me about it and she made sure it was safe for me to ride back on the road. I would recommend KD and I will request for her each time! Thanks KD! You're the best!
