This was our first experience at EuroFix and we are so glad we landed there. Pricing was more than fair (which really surprised us -being a European auto shop in Franklin). The work was excellent and Anya up front took wonderful care of us and stayed in great communication every step of the way. This is the only place we will take our BMW from now on.

We always had a great experience getting annual maintenance and oil changes. This visits however felt different. They piled on numerous diagnostic filter plug changes etcMine is relatively new car. The engine light signals was on and still on after their services. They said it s extra for diagnostic. They are a reasonable luxury cars repair place in the area but I guess they are becoming comparable to actual companies.The service was prompt staff was friendly I d probably go backService: General repairs & maintenance

I didn't end up having any work done here, but was an excellent experience. They made it very convenient to drop off my car for attention. They have an excellently appointed waiting area with snacks, drinks and a computer area. Very professional employees with excellent customer service skills.

Good service, clean showroom, and waiting room. They even have a business center where you can work while you wait for your car. Highly recommend. I always go there rather than the dealer.

Very disappointed and not satisfied with the service and outcome of my vehicle beeing fixed. I spent over 4k dollars vehicle repairs on my Audi and had engine light come back on 3 days after picking car up. They said she couldn't guarantee the outcome cause I put 400 miles on car after I picked up. I live in Hendersonville and work at Williamson Medical and on call, so today was the only day I could bring car back to check re occurred engine light. I will not recommend Euro Fix to anyone or to my colleagues.

I didn't go to the Franklin location, I went to the Harding place location and the people there are NOTHING but pure professionalism in every thing they do! Unless you're mad at your money take your German vehicle to them and SAVE over 50 percent of what the dealership would charge you!! HIGHLY recommended...Timothy in Kingston Springs

Updating to two stars because the manager called and spoke to me and refunded my money. He said it s their policy when they don t figure out a problem to not charge the customer. I appreciated him following up like that.Charged me for running diagnostics, had my car for a week and couldn t figure out what was wrong. If you have an Audi go to Wursters.

Vehicle returned with more dash lights than when i dropped it off. Asked for a thorough check. Daughter heading to college. Had check engine light, now have brake and traction control. Receipt stated mini clean done, wheels and vacuum. None of this was performed.

Car had been fixed a week or so prior then had to bring back in as oil/fluid was leaking from the same area they had fixed. Although everyone is very nice we had to keep following up on the status of the vehicle. Seems like it had been forgotten about our calls were not being returned. Then spending another $1500 on top of a couple thousand the week prior was a little discouraging especially when we had to keep calling to find out what was going on. We will be looking for another place to take the car next time.

I took my car in on Friday morning to get spark plugs and coil replaced on my c300. I left my car there and had my Boss come pick me up from this location. I called back regarding the process of my car hours after I dropped it off and they told me that they were waiting on my parts to come in. So around 4:30 I called back and she goes she was just about to call me and tell me that they were still waiting on my parts. I told her that I wasn t from here and had no other transportation and that I needed my car, it was me really being in a desperate situation, it was no urgency and the lack of compassion for someone telling you that there in need. After I called back a guy answered and he told me to hold on then I hear her yell tell her it want be ready till Monday very rude. I also looked online and seen where they offered rental cars and this wasn t even given to me as an option especially with my car not being ready and would be held in there possession over the weekend. I had to Lyft from Franklin back to Belle Meade which wasn t cheap at all. I was very disappointed in the service that was given to me.

I ve found EuroFix to be a high quality provider for our Volvos. We ve had oil changes, passenger air filter, and more complex issues. Each time they have communicated clearly and set expectations for time and reasonable cost. They have worked me in quickly and respected me and our cars. I ll continue to visit them as needed.

I really wanted to like this shop, don t believe the commercials. The repair was fine but the experience was terrible. I made an appointment to have front strut inserts and mounts replaced nearly a week in advance, the appointment was Monday at 8:00. My car was ready for pickup FRIDAY. There was no clear explanation of why it took so long and the service advisers did not act as if this was out of the ordinary. All communication regarding the status was initiated had to be initiated me. I will be looking for another shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

The team at Eurofix diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated their findings and had the repair done in a day. I will never be going back to the Mercedes dealership. Eurofix is fantastic!

I was driving from out of town from Missouri, on my way there my car started to have a overheating issue. This was the only shop that were able to squeeze me in to diagnose the issue and were able to replace my car the same day! I was a bit worry since they specialize in European vehicles and I walked in I with my Jeep Wrangler. Everyone very nice.But my window wasn't fixed even though I asked them to fix it.( the tech forgot? ).I had to ask them to cleared the oil light even that I asked them ( tech forgot ?).Besides that everyone was very nice.Thank you so much for letting me barrow the car willed they work on my car.Jennifer White.

Great experience at EuroFix. They were able to service my Alfa Romeo Giulia for an oil change and a couple other things and everything went perfectly. Staff are beyond professional and took excellent care of my vehicle.

Took 6+ weeks to have car repaired. Granted some of that time was waiting for part from Germany. After 1 month in shop came to pick up car that was supposed to be ready and wasn't fixed. Was doing same electronic malfunctions that caused me to bring it in the first time. Had to leave it there to be assessed again for another few weeks before it was ready. Customer service was good . Loaner car was very helpful.

I was initially really excited to find a place near my new home that specializes in older European cars. I had my Jaguar towed in from Memphis and let them know what it needed from sitting up (having owned three of this exact model). They did a compression test and sent me on my way. I am still confused of the point of performing a compression test if your company doesn t do engine work. None of the other issues were addressed. Tell me you don t want to deal with my car without telling me you don t want to deal with my car. Lesson learned. I feel fortunate to only be out a little over $170. After reading multiple reviews, I got out cheap. And, btw, my Jaguar is a 1992 with 94,000 miles and my wallet is always open when my cars need something.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I didn t have an appointment but my car has been here before for an unrelated item. I was greeted with respect and a cheerful smile. I explained my AC was now blowing warm air. The writer said he would try and get to it today which I was great full for. They then took me home where I waited about 1 hour and received a text about what was wrong and to cost. I replied yes . About 2 more hours it was done and a driver was piled front to bring me back. My car blows cold air, nice! As for service I give these guys a 10 out of 10. As for repairs I give them another 10 out of 10. You want to treated fairly and with respect then go no farther. We are from California and in Tennessee this is the spot.Service: Air conditioning

They diagnosed and fixed a relatively complex problem within 48 hours. Since they didn't have a loaner car available...they shuttled me home and delivered the car after the repair was made.

Eurofix Franklin has always been a pleasure to deal with. We have had 2 old Porsche 944's in recently. Both were running rough and we needed them to run more diagnostics than we could. Happy to report they diagnosed the problems and got us turned around. Just in time for better spring weather around the corner so we can get these cars out to cars and coffee. On the aggravation scale I m at a 10! Extremely frustrated after making payment over the phone this afternoon and arranging for an after hours pick up, to find my vehicle locked with NO KEY and invoice inside. I used the manual key to enter the car, after giving the Uber driver the thumbs up to leave. Use of the manual key has now of course, triggered the alarm and incessant flashing lights on a my car that I cannot operate. Now, after a nearly 15 hour day, I have to order yet another Uber to take me back home. I won t EVER leave my vehicle here overnight for service again. The attendant was clearly more focused on processing payment for the repairs and not making sure my vehicle was ready for after hours pick up requested.
