I m very happy with my experience using Elite customs for my car wrap. Rich took the ideas I had for my custom wrap and made it absolutely perfect. He was patient, kind, explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job.

Really enjoyed working with the Elite team. They provided great advice on color combinations and did not pressure anywhere along the process. The work was finished more than a week earlier than promised and I love the result. Would highly recommend Elite for any customization anyone is considering for their car.

I paid a lot of money for a sound system in my Mercedes G63. They did not install some products I paid for and I was gave different speakers that were cheaper and not what I paid for. Also I picked it up on Friday 10/20/23 and by Sunday 10/22/23 the box was busted after I was told it was string and cannot be broken. I was told they were sorry and would issue a refund for the products not installed and the price difference for the speakers that were incorrect. Today is 12/13/23 and I have yet to be refunded anything. BEWARE!!! Go somewhere else and if you do use this company, you better make sure you get what you paid for. Crooks!!!

Quality service from start to finish , the staff is beyond kind abd willing do do as much as they can within thier power. After doing the work on my truck it was like they hadn't added a single wire and created button for my modification that blends with the rest of the pannek flawlessly. I had one problem ( was due to my lack of mobility from 65% 3td degree burns) abd they happily allowed me to come in the next morning as soon as they opened and let me hangout and make sure I could reach everything with my disability.Would recommend them to anyone!Thanks for the hard work over there guys !

I scheduled a consult with Rich (the owner) and had a list of multiple modifications I wanted to make to my '15 Camry XSE, i.e., chrome delete, new rims, lowering springs, alarm system, etc. Rich was very thorough and even made suggestions that improved on some of my ideas, especially since they weren't going to cost anything additional, maybe even slightly less. The end result was everything I had envisioned and then some. The work was outstanding. Rich and his crew were great with follow-up questions as well. Trust me, if you want mods made to your vehicle, Elite is a GREAT place to get them done. You won't regret it.

I booked a face-to-face consult for 06/21. I was so very excited for this consult considering that due to my hectic schedule, I previously had to reschedule this appointment twice, and due to the shop's unforeseen circumstances, they also had to reschedule my consult once more. So, after about a month of trying to get the right date, I was excited when the stars finally aligned for me to go to this consult. I wanted a front grill conversion for my Lexus GX 460 and after reading all of the great reviews, I felt I had finally found the right place who could do the work to a high standard. I live across town, so I took off work and drove about an hour each way to get there and back. This gives you an idea of how much I was looking forward to this.I arrived on time. However, I was told Rich was running behind with his consults due to one going over its allotted time. No big deal. The wait was about half an hour. I went and got a smoothie and came back. By then, he was ready. I sat down in his office and soon after his wife came in and joined us. We discussed in detail the work I wanted done, and both he and his wife gave great feedback and suggestions. They were so sweet and personable. I felt like I was talking to old friends. They both assured me Rich could indeed do the work, which I had no doubt about. We talked for about an hour. He went out to take a look at my car. I was excited and said repeatedly I was ready to make the next move to get the process started. He said the next step was for him to email me an estimate of the work, and once it was approved, the process of ordering parts and getting on his schedule would begin.Fast forward almost 3 weeks later: I never received anything. Never heard a word or a peep from them. So in essence, the consult ended up being nothing but a complete waste of my time. Mind you, I took off work and drove 2 hours just to be ghosted. I was prepared to spend about $5,000. However, since no one ever bothered to get back with me, I felt that perhaps that was small change to them in the grand scheme of things. After all, they did tell me they had celebrity clients as well. So, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Honda had a stereo/navigation issue. Dealer estimate was over $5000. Elite fixed it for $600!Super nice bunch of people to do business with. Highly recommend.

Recently reached out to Elite for a stereo system for my Jeep. I knew what I did not want and had a budget in mind. Rich put together a competitive quote, walked me through the products and the process. He and his team did an excellent job with installation and tuning. Great customer service and competitive pricing, will be recommending to all my friends!

I had several things changed on my car. The new sound system is outstanding. In addition, the phone holder works perfectly. I also had new tires, a convertible roof replaced, and a wrap removed and in another place added. All modifications were excellent, and Rich stands by his work. I m currently planning to get some work done on a new car and would not go anywhere else. Very highly recommended.

I had a GPS/Back up camera installed in my car. Rich and his crew did a wonderful job. Their work and customer service is outstanding. I am very appreciative of the great job they did and extremely happy and excited to have this system in my car.Thank you!

When first meeting Rich he knew I was a firecracker when it comes to detailed work, pricing and getting the job done. I was skeptical because I never done anything to car as different with wraps, color rims etc.I was very impressed with the finished work done on all my cars and obviously continue to go back because of great service, the finished product and thoughts to create more.Thanks Rich for all your help!!!!

Elite did a level kit, power steps and tires on my truck. They completed the work in less time than they quoted and I couldn't be happier with the results. Super nice guys with a super clean shop! Highly Recommend Elite Customs.

My original 10" sub blew after less than a year. I was charged full price to replace the speaker, plus I had to upgrade to a 12" with a new box which was more expensive than the original setup. On top of that, they couldn't even order me a speaker cover to protect the new 12". Initially I gave them a 5* review, but I can't leave that on here after that past experience.

Rich really know his stuff and so does everyone at the shop! Great guy too when there was some work the he would of outsourced he told me directly who he would outsource to so I could save some money - what a truly stand up guy to do that! Much appreciated

These guys know their stuff!! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality! They rebuilt my factory headlights adding Demon Eyes and amazingly bright LED headlamps. We added a custom fabricated MOVE bumper with Rigid cubes and light bar that Rich custom back-lit with LED's to run with the Demon Eyes. Thanks Rich and Brandon!

Absolutely a first class business. Rich went the extra mile and fixed equipment on my sons Jeep that wasn t even supposed to be fixed. They knew it was wrong and fixed it at no charge. He let me know what was going on the entire time and answered every question I had.

Customer service is above and beyond! The quality of work is top shelf and honestly, they took all the time I needed to explain everything, helped me figure out both what I needed and what I wanted. Knowing I can trust someone to be honest and up front with all my options really is rare. Please do yourself a favor and go to Elite Customs!

These guys are awesome they did a great job on my 2016 stingray the work was very professional they take a lot of pride in there work and it shows if you are looking to get you next project done and done right I would recommend you give them a call first you will be glad you did .

Great talent here. Always top of the line product. Surprised they don't charge more for what they do. One of the few shops in all of Tenneessee that does pure custom creations and one of a kind designs. Some shops say it's one of a kind but they got their design off the web... not here. True to the phrase, one of a kind.
