The dealer offered to take people out on an off road course with instruction from a professional at Bell s Reserve and it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot from it and my Crosstrek Wilderness shocked me with how capable it is. I ve never owned a car before where the dealer goes to this level of customer service to teach you about your car, how to drive it and what it is capable of.

We have a house in Tennessee and we needed a perfect car for the dogs so we found a Subaru outback wilderness. Michael Goyer was amazing, and helped us even by coming to the house to pick us up so we could purchase the vehicle in the snow. The dogs are forever Thankful. The whole sales staff were amazing and friendly. The GM jimmy. Great guy. Not used to such courteous willing to help behaviors coming from Miami. Thank you guys.

Worked with Mercedes, great young lady not pushy and listens to what you want and need. Worked with me for almost a month to get me what i wanted. Very pleasant not pushy and just a great saleswoman. Id recommend if anyone want a great experience contact Mercedes. Christopher in finance also did a great job. Very understanding.So again if you want a non pressure experience and a great salesperson i recommend Mercedes Mattingly she is a awesome person to deal with to find you what you want. Thanks again Mercedes and Christopher.

As usual, the staff was very polite and considerate of my wait time. They make sure that you are comfortable and provide you with refreshments. I travel a lot with my grandson and do not worry about any work performed on my vehicle.

Our van's engine died on Monday so we needed a car fast. We shopped around and found the perfect car for our family. We found it here. Michael was a great help in finding the right car for us. We bought the 2023 Subaru Ascent Limited and added a few items. The price was still under our loan amount, and we are so pleased. Everyone was nice and helpful. Thank you all.

I live in Colorado but my daughter lives in Nashville. So now you know where I m coming from. Taylor at Darrell Waltrip Subaru Service has ALWAYS taken care of my daughter, treated her fairly and respectfully and has gone far above and beyond to provide her honest and fair service recommendations to ensure that her vehicle is in the safest properly operating condition. 5 Stars cannot even begin to describe the gratitude, confidence, and respect that I have for Darrell Waltrip Subaru and Taylor in the service department. As a 25 year retired Air Force Colonel, I don t give out personal recommendations easily - but Darrell Waltrip Subaru and Taylor Jones specifically, receives my highest possible endorsement to anyone looking to have their Subaru properly and professionally serviced!

I visited Darrell Waltrip Subaru with my vehicle related to a headlamp recall. We had attempted to complete this service back in January but the weather got in the way. The service department contacted me on several occasions and we finally found a date that would work!I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and brought my elderly mama with me as I am one her primary caregivers. From the moment we entered till our departure this staff did everything to make our visit pleasant and enjoyable.I did a test drive of a new model, had a great conversation with a sales rep and the other staff members.We were asked several times if we were ok and needed anything we knew the visit would take a while. I received a text during the visit related to a few issues with my car and used that communication to share my wishes as to what I wanted done.How refreshing it was to visit a dealership and not be hounded or pressured to buy.It was simple and straightforward and because of this experience I WILL buy my next Subaru from this group.Thanks to Diana, Brian, my tech and Chris Catauro, our sales consultant, plus all others who made our visit and our day enjoyable by being people , not just business reps!

I purchased the below vehicle from Darrell Waltrip Subaru. It s a beautiful and reliable truck. I m so happy that the dealership was able to accommodate me with setting up a pre-purchase inspection by a third party to ensure I got the most reliable vehicle possible. Also I want to shoutout Amanda for her amazing customer service, even answering a phone call of mine on her day off. I also want to shout out Manuel for being willing and able to negotiate on a fair price for the vehicle.

Darrell Waltrip went so far past above and beyond. Being able to be provided a loaner vehicle was clutch. They were beyond patient as I changed my mind about repairs and kept adding to their workload. Bryan is an AWESOME communicator and was able to explain things in a common sense way so I could understand it all.Not to mention that when I went to pick my car back up, they gave my kiddo a hot wheels car and popcorn; that absolutely made his day.Everyone has always told me that dealerships overprice things. But, I think their pricing was quite fair.If I was able to give a 10 star review I would.Will definitely return for future business.

My daughter and her boyfriend bought a new SUV!!!The salesman Alex Leon was wonderful!He was very helpful and extremely nice.He walked them through the process ( first time).Excellent selection of vehicles and you know that you are not being ripped off.Highly reputable and I highly recommend it if you want a great car with great service then this is definitely your place!

Ellis Robert's was a fantastic Subaru service representative, he goes over, above and beyond in getting you back on the road quickly. He is very polite, helpful, knowledgeable. I appreciate his hard work in helping me get my 2021 Subaru Outback back out on the road, running like a Dream! I also appreciate Mr. Will Allen, Service Manager, he is the Best! Very dedicated, helpful, customer oriented. Thank you, Darrell Waltrip Subaru, for being so attentive, friendly, conscientious to our needs, and making you feel like Family!

I just happened to be passing through Franklin, Tennessee on my way home when I began to have trouble with my Subaru Outback. I was able to get it to Darrell Waltrip Subaru and though they were very busy they worked me in for what turned out to be a major repair on my car. I was so impressed by their service. The waiting area was equipped with snacks and drinks and my advisor, Bryan Bock, even offered to drive me to pick up lunch. I was so relieved to have my car repaired by professionals at a Subaru dealership and thankful to have found Darrell Waltrip Subaru.

Our buying experience at Darrell Waltrip Subaru was extremely pleasant, due in large part to our sales associate Mercedes Mattingly. We never felt any pressure to make a hasty decision. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle but was also not afraid to admit if she didn t have an answer; she just made it her mission to find out what we needed to know. She kept us informed about the delivery status of the vehicle we were interested in without blowing our phones up unnecessarily. We truly appreciate the service we got from Mercedes and the rest of team at Darrell Waltrip Subaru; we ll be back when we re ready to replace our next vehicle.

Imagine driving cross country and your check engine light comes on, and it s 2 days before Christmas Eve! I googled the closest Subaru dealer and Darrell Waltrip was closest by some 50 miles. After first calling my own Subaru dealer back home (who quickly diagnosed my thermal control valve), I called Darrell Waltrip right before closing. After quickly explaining my situation to the receptionist, I was transferred to David Pilgrim. After explaining my situation, he quickly checked to see if he had the parts, confirmed they did, said he would leave notes for the service department, and to drop off tonight or come first thing Saturday morning, and then he was kind enough to explain where the closest hotel was. I found the hotel and drove over first thing the next morning. Bryan in service checked us in and said it wouldn t be ready until early afternoon. To our surprise, they had it ready a few hours later. They picked us up from the hotel and we were back on the road to see family on time for Christmas! Thank you so much!! We truly appreciate the excellent service!

Ellis in the service department was excellent. He made sure I was fully aware of what needed to be done on my car and the repairs made my car drive like new again. The whole team is very professional and helpful. As long as the repairs they performed hold up (just picked up the car today), I have no complaints!

We purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness in November 2023 from Darrell Waltrip Subaru in Franklin and had a great experience. Mark Smallwood was our salesperson and he is fantastic. He had great knowledge about Subarus and taught us some cool features about our new car like Auto Vehicle Hold (AVH) and made the whole process really easy. The other dealership staff was also great, and I'm looking forward to taking our wagon in for oil changes and working out of their little office space and sipping an espresso.

From the moment I purchased my Ascent in 2020 I was impressed with the Franklin Darrell Waltrip. I recently encountered a young man, Peter, who quickly fixed my window without an appointment. Again, today, I had a nail in my tire and Peter was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I highly recommend this dealership.

I've updated my original review to reflect the dealership's superior customer service. Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and made a very difficult situation much more palatable. The service team at all levels had an incredibly positive impact. In fact, I cannot think of any time I've had a better experience with any other dealer.

This has been one of the best Subaru experiences I had! Derek was great! He communicated every step of the way, showed me the my Subaru app, and more! And he was so kind, even helped me move things into my loaner car! Definitely will always come back here to have my car serviced! Thank you!

Super nice employees, very professional,super nice facility and free coffee . Four phone calls and was promised a drive out car, no such thing occurred. Got here @ 9 . Still here @ 2. Factory recall work with promises made and not delivered. A total waste of my day and one hour out of my way, one way. Ellis says he's sorry.Ok but what does that mean to me? I was promised a drive out and expected such. He offered me an Uber ride . I turned it down. Walked across the street to Steak and Shake. Who owns the blame here? Me....why did I buy a Subaru? How about more straight talk and less equivocation? This all could have been avoided with a simple drop off and pick up. Instead of "yeah for sure we'll have you a drive out car ". 2:48 is my check out time! When I received my vehicle the dashboard was damaged. I'm not happy with these results.

My husband and I recently had our WRX STI serviced here for a recall and general maintenance. First spoke with Andrew who helped us get our appointment scheduled and ensured the parts were available so we would be sure to get a quick repair. We dropped off the vehicle to Derek who got us quickly checked in, promptly communicated throughout the entire experience, and quickly checked us out once the vehicle was ready. My husband was actually dropping another vehicle off at another dealership for recall work. Both Jenny and Derek helped facilitate transportation so he would not have walk the distance. Every person that we engaged with during our service were polite, prompt, and very effective at their jobs. We will continue to use their service department and can't be more appreciative of how we were handled throughout our service.

I purchased a car here and had a wonderful experience! Straightforward pricing and very knowledgeable about the vehicles! They even set up a one-on-one meeting a month later with an expert to go over the car in detail and explain all the technical details. Very professional! Initially, I had gone to another dealership closer to my house looking to purchase a car 2 separate times and even made an appointment. They were extremely unprofessional and couldn t be bothered to assist me. I m so happy I wound up driving further afield to Darrell Waltrip. Jeff Burdett greeted me right away and guided me through the entire process. I highly recommend him! The service department has also been wonderful so far. I ll be making the extra trek there for future servicing as well.
