My experience was really wonderful. Chris Gary was professional and friendly and explained everything to me so that I was completely comfortable authorizing all the necessary procedures. As many times as I questioned whether my car was even worth fixing, he very gently made me realize that fixing the car was the very best financial choice. I am extremely happy with my car's new lease on life, and I will always go to Darrell Waltrip Honda for any future maintenance or repairs.

Richard did a fantastic job helping our family explore options. He made the car buying process seamless. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and thoroughly explained how everything worked. He also took the time to help me sync my phone and explained the electronics. We will definitely recommend the Darrel Waltrip/Team Hendricks dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Hosea did a great job making sure we were satisfied and treated well. The entire team there was very friendly and helpful. Quanda was thorough and clear about the financing process and made it much more pleasant than any other dealership I ve ever been to. He explained the additional options but did not press or make you feel like you had to sign up for anything extra.

I purchased a new car yesterday and my experience at Darrell Waltrip was amazing. This is my second car from there. Jorge Rivera, Taye Holmes, and Nick Ward all helped me out yesterday and were all very kind and informative. I was able to get an amazing deal and was offered a great trade-in allowance. I m so happy with my new car!

This place, without a doubt, has given me the best service out of almost any dealership I've been to. Sam in service was very communicative and upfront with everything throughout the entire process, and Josian was extremely thorough during his tests and overlook on my 22 Civic, and was able to diagnose and solve the issue in my car in almost no time at all.10/10, would recommend anyone I know to these two hands down, and to Darrell Waltrip Honda any day!

Drove four and a half hours to work with Logan Edwards. The customer service was unmatched. Logan was able to get me in a sweet 2021 special edition pilot that was within my budget. The long drive was worth it and this dealership has a customer for life.

We are extremely happy with this dealership. Our salesman Alex Leon was incredible. He listened to our needs and showed us 2 vehicles that suited us perfectly including the price. The price was very fair as was the price given for our trade in. We were never pressured and Alex too the time to answer questions, pair the phone adjust features to our liking. We will definitely purchase here again.Honest, kind and very patient with us older electronic challenged customers. Absolutely we give a 5 star review.

My husband and I have visited the service department twice in the last week. We purchased a used Civic from another dealer and there were 2 recalls that needed to be addressed, and an additional issue with the car alarm/key fob not working properly. The service department from the other dealer could not get us in for 2 weeks, so we decided to call Darrel Waltrip Honda. Chris Gary has assisted us both times. Chris provided EXCEPTIONAL service both times! He is warm, professional, and earnest. He made us feel valued and welcomed as new customers, and we feel like we have a new friend in the car business! Everyone in the service department is friendly, the work is done in a timely manner, and we enjoy the free car wash perk. They did not have the part in stock for the other recall we have yet to address, but we know we're in good hands when they do. Chris, you rock, and we look forward to seeing you soon :)

Great customer service from the beginning as I needed a quick turnaround for a pre-buyer inspection. They got me in the following morning! My service advisor Chris Gary was awesome. He quickly got me into the system and the car back to the mechanic. I met the mechanic and had a quick look with him, I was impressed by his knowledge and advice on the car. The waiting room was very nice, the coffee machine was a nice addition.I wish I lived closer, y'all would be my go to service dealer!

We were traveling home from spring break when our van started having issues. We stopped in at the Darrell Waltrip Honda dealership to try and get our issues fixed. We were greeted Brandon Tidwell as soon as we pulled into the service bay. We told him that we were from out of town traveling and he brought our vehicle back immediately to have Jeremy start looking into the problem. While we were in the waiting room General Manager, William Berryman came over and introduced himself to us and asked if we needed anything. He checked in on us several times through the day while we were waiting for the van to be fixed. Tina also checked in on us several times making sure we were comfortable and that we didn t need anything. We are also invited to vote on our favorite Easter egg as part of a contest the dealership was putting out. Jorge Rivera showed us several new Honda Odyssey s with different features so that we could think about replacing our 2011 Honda odyssey. The Darrell Waltrip Honda Family made what could ve been a disaster into a pleasant experience by treating us like friends from out of town and fixing our van so we could continue on our vacation. This was my first time buying a car / even walking into a dealership and Richard was great. I didn t have an appointment but I was immediately taken care of. I didn t feel pressured to do anything that day - Richard respected that I was still shopping and gave me thoughtful advice. I ended up buying from another Honda dealership because they were able to give me a better price. However, I really appreciated Richard s service - it convinced me to go with Honda over Toyota! Everyone I met was great.

Wow! The car service here is unbeatable to any other dealership. I was just amazed by how quickly my car was serviced and the quality of work is excellent! Joseph Reynolds helped me from the first moment my car entered the garage to the final moments of finalizing the paperwork for the service. The waiting room felt luxurious and the seats made the short wait fly by. Before I knew it, my car was ready. Mr. Reynolds is an excellent employee and I was proud to have him help me. I spent $1,300 here on repairs and updates, but you guys couldn t run it through the car wash before I picked it up? This is covered in bird ****. Then when I say something about it I ve got to spend my time on a workday doing the car wash myself? Guess I ll just start driving to the one in Murfreesboro.

David Pilgrim in the Service department provided excellent and outstanding customer service. His communication and help was essential in dealing with and resolving the situation with our 2018 Honda Civic. Greg Schmidt is the best! He makes the car buying process less stressful and more fun. I bought my first Honda from him in 2004 and just bought my third this week! The renovations and upgrades to the Franklin TN Darrell Waltrip dealership make it even more comfortable for customers, too. Greg does not push you and he really takes time to get to know you and what your priorities are in the decision process. Everyone working there who interacted with us was friendly and kind.
