My experience at Darrell Waltrip was nothing short of an amazing experience. It felt so good to go to a real dealership and have such amazing people do what they have to do to make sure you drive off with something you want. I started off talking to Eric Hess. He was such an amazing salesman. I finished the deal with Miriam Hernandez. She was so sweet and so amazing. I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the whole Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC family. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Lawrence runs an impressive dealership with the friendliest staff and best customer service. Our Sales Associate Mariam Hernandez is a gem. Her bubbly personality, friendly demeanor and knowledge of the vehicles was truly impressive as she took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Throughout the entire process, Mariam ( and Lawrence) went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect car for our girls Their patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help me make the right choice were evident every step of the way. Thanks to Mariam, I drove off the lot in a beautiful car for our teenage girls feeling excited! I cannot recommend the entire team ( Mariam Hernandez, Mark Gray and Lawrence Martin ) highly enough!

The team at Daryl Waltrip was fantastic! Reed and Eric were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. We had a long list of wants and needs for our new truck and they went above and beyond to make sure they put us in the perfect vehicle. Won't buy a vehicle anywhere else moving forward.

I came here hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. I have less than stellar credit and was turned down by several different auto dealerships. My salesman Reed was absolutely amazing! He told me he was going to get me in the car I wanted with the payment I could afford. He succeeded! In addition, Rory, my finance manager was truly amazing as well! I cannot tell you how happy and grateful I am for Reed and Rory! You both have made me such a happy girl! Thank you Reed and Rory from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond! I highly recommend these gentlemen and this dealership if you're looking for honesty, transparency and integrity!Update 8/29/23: So, the new vehicle had an issue. They gave me a loaner vehicle. I fell in love with it! I told my salesman, Reed, who was off work, that I was concerned about the issue happening again and that I would rather purchase the loaner I was driving. Reed was great and responded quickly even though it was his day off. He told me to see Caleb when I arrived and that Caleb would take care of everything.When I arrived at the dealership, Caleb came out immediately and met me at the car. He brought me a cold bottle of water. Then Rory, the Finance Manager, I worked with previously came outside and told me that he was finishing up the paperwork for me to purchase the loaner vehicle. I was shocked.Caleb was so awesome to work with! He was very attentive and had my car washed, filled up the gas tank and put my temporary license plate on. Rory had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, which only took five minutes. He was able to lower my interest rate and my payments significantly. I was in and out of the dealership in about 20 minutes.Thank you Reed, Rory and Caleb for making this transition so easy and painless! You all went above and beyond to resolve my issue and put me in the car I wanted.

I had a truly enjoyable experience here. Caleb, my assigned dealer, was very kind and thoroughly explained everything, making an effort to address any concerns I had. Especially, the newly released car this year is so beautiful - I'm very satisfied with both the exterior and interior design. It's been about a month since I made the purchase, and I'm very happy with it. If you're considering buying a car, I highly recommend visiting this place.

This is the best dealership hands down!! They offer you refreshment and make you truly feel like you matter!! My experience at Darrell Waltrip was absolutely amazing! !! Eric Hess was the GREATEST, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and he did exactly what he said he'd do! Eric was very hospitable as well offering anything we wanted for snacks or drinks to make our time there more pleasurable. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase their next new/used vehicle as his approach is amazing as he is very calm, non-pressuring, and quite humble. He has definitely earned my future business. Daniel Johnson was also amazing as well ensuring all of my finances wants/ needs had been met, and actually got me a better deal than originally stated!!! The whole team there at Darrell Waltrip was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and made my time there great pleasure!! I'm 48 years old, and I've bought many vehicles in my time, but this was BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership, and the least amount of time ever spent at one as well!! I was in/out, test drive to keys-in-hand on my way home, within 2 1/2 to 3 hours!! If you're looking for a good deal on a new/used vehicle head straight to Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC in Franklin!!

My purchase started with a telephone conversation with Roy R. He was knowledgeable and took the time to confirm what vehicles were actually available while he was on the phone with me. We had set to meet at 3p so I could look at the car I had interest in. I found another dealership that was closer to my house and had a color I wanted. I let Roy know that I was going to at least check out the red car at the other dealership. I expected I would end up buying the red car from the other dealership. My experience at the other dealership (Serra) was absolutely, indisputably horrible. While at Serra, I reached out to Roy and told him of the horrible experience I was having. I told him that I don't have time for the unscrupulous games that were being played at Serra. He assured me that he wouldn't waste my time or his own time in that way. He told me my vehicle was still there waiting for me and he sent me a very nice video that he made of the Terrain Denali. From the time I walked into Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC, I had an IDEAL experience for a car purchase. Roy was outstanding, showed me all the features, took time to make sure I understood everything, and advocated for me as a buyer. He was great. Rory took care of the accounting/financing part of my purchase and he was also awesome. I am going to send all my friends and family to Roy R at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC. He's the best!

I loved Mr. Harrison, he was very professional and I would recommend ANYONE to come in and deal with him. Very patient, passionate and I just love him he made me and my daughter feel like family. They wanted to wildly overcharge us for services that we caught their mechanic lying about on video. For example, we got brand new tires in January and they said we had 50% left on the tires during inspection video. Quoted us almost $4500 for services that cost no more than $2000 anywhere else. When we asked to take our car back home without receiving services they tried to scare us into leaving the car there deeming it unsafe to drive after we just safely made a trip from FL to TN. They couldn t give us any clear answers about when parts would be in or how long it would take. When we finally declined everything they miraculously had our back ordered part within 10 minutes haha. We will never be giving this dealership our business.

I always take my C7 to Darrell Waltrip GMC for service and maintenance. They are efficient and fast. Ryan is my favorite tech. He s always polite and explains what needs to be done. I have been a customer there for about 4 years and am highly satisfied.

Darrell Waltrip GMC of Franklin,TN is a first class operation. From the sale of the vehicle with their professional and courteous sales staff, to their award winning service afterwards. The dealership has an amazing service department with knowledgeable and professional consultants. We recently worked with Tim H in the service dept and besides being extremely helpful, he resolved our issue with our Yukon much faster than initially expected. It is a pleasure to do business with this dealership an for sure we will continue to be a repeat customer.

Just bought a car from Harrison! He was fantastic! Didn't plan on buying when we went in but fell in love with the envisita. Between Harrison and Kyle, I couldn't resist. My boyfriend has bought several cars over the past 5 years and he said this is the best car buying experience he has has. Can't say enough good things!!!!!

Amber Person has a great personality and was super helpful! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in new or used vehicle! Currently everything is expensive and I was not looking forward to my options but I came away thrilled with a car that I wanted and at a fair price considering the market! We couldn't be happier and everyone we interacted with to complete this transaction, was fabulous (Eric and Kyle on the finance side)!

The dealership is a couple hours away from my home and I must say it was worth the drive. The sales representative Mike was nice and courteous. He made sure we were satisfied with our vehicles and took good care of us throughout the buying process. I brought my GMC Sierra to the Darrell Waltrip to get my transmission serviced. my service writer Chris Christianson was very polite and speedy with getting my vehicle in. no complaints at all with my experience. the technician Ryan Ring that did the work was very fast and did amazing work putting a net transmission line in that has a different thermostat that opens at a cooler temp. my truck is running a lot smoother after the work they performed!!

OMG, let me just say, I will never go to another dealership again. They are an hour and a half away from me, but the experience was worth every bit of the drive. My initial experience was with Reed who was great. He was fast and helpful going through my application process. The minute I pulled up, Kevin Chang, made me feel like a celebrity lol He was AMAZING. He was patient, thoughtful, and very attentive to my needs and wants. Even the Finance guy was nice. EVERYONE had a smile on their face and spoke when they walked by or even made eye contact. This is like a Disney World dealership for adults in ole Franklin, TN. You leave happy and I'm forever grateful for the wonderful treatment I received. THANK YOU!

The team at Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC were absolutely amazing across the board. Chase was a wonderful salesman to do business with and though it was a tricky situation he was always on my team. Kyle and the management team thank you for the behind the scenes workthat yo guys did. Cory was absolutely amazing also and creative. I have worked at a dealership for several years and have purchased my last two cars from different dealerships and I have not had such great service as from Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC. Harrison, our sales person, went over and above helping us with finding the right used car for us that met our needs and when we did he, and others made sure we were happy with our purchase. This included letting me visually inspect the car on a rack in the service bay and fixing issues I saw. And a few weeks after we purchased the car the hvac had an issue in which the dealership fixed the issue which cost over a $1000 at no charge to me and gave me a nice loaner car while it was being fixed. I can say I am truly happy with Darrel Waltip and their sales and service department.
