I had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Custom Built in 2021 as I was in need of a major life change. I wanted to open my own mobile business and really had no idea where to start. I was connected with Josh and from there, I got all the support I needed to conceptualize, curate and create the mobile bar of my dreams. Josh was there step by step; from procuring my van and getting it into driveable condition, installing a full tap system, to connecting me to graphic designers for my logo, and beyond. He s so well connected and a true entrepreneur so any guidance you need, he s there to help problem solve and make sure you are getting the best available resources. He worked with my budget and kept things realistic throughout the business planning process. The Custom Built brand upholds its name, truly customizing the experience for you wether you need bells and whistles of starting your new business or enhancing your already thriving biz by adding a mobile option. Working with Josh and the Custom Built team has been such a great experience for our business. We got a 1967 Ford Econoline turned tap truck from them for our mobile bartending biz here in Detroit. Every detail about the van was looked over and thought out from the new engine & transmission to just basic details on the tires and custom wrap with our logo. Not only did Josh answer all of my 1,000 questions, he took time to Facetime me to see the van and sent over updates as we waited for the delivery. He then took time out of his schedule to DRIVE IT UP TO MICHIGAN from Nashville to go over everything with me in person and make sure I was happy. To be honest, when it got here it was even cuter in person and I was so excited to set it up. However, once we jumped in the car to take it for a test ride, I was shocked to see it was a manual. It was a detail listed clear as day on their website, but something I stupidly overlooked, as I don't know how to drive a stick. Josh right away offered to take it back to Nashville and find something else I would be happy with. This guy just put so much time into our custom build, and still wanted to make sure that this was right for my business. It was truly a testament to how much he cares about who he's doing business with and that this wasn't just a sale for him. We decided to keep the van, and without any hesitation Josh jumped in and started driving lessons with me. I appreciate SO much what this company has done for our business and I can't wait to get our next build from them in the future. Know you're in good hands when you're doing business with CBUSA.

My experience with Custom Built was amazing. If you want a custom vehicle/tap truck or even need some help making your mobile buisness come true they are a one stop shop from start to finish. 5 stars!!
