They do great work for a fair price. If I had to pay out of pocket I would 100% go to these guys. Had a small issue with the windshield wiper fluid after repairs, they took a look at it next day. Turned out was a small blockage nothing related to their work, but still fixed it for free. I highly recommend them.

The only bad thing was having to wait 6 weeks to get it fixed. It was worth the wait! This place had the best reviews and I can see why. My car looks like new. Had a minor accident in my driveway where my trunk got dented and bumper paint scuffed up. Car was driveable, however, where the trunk dented one of my taillights could not go back in so there was a hole into my trunk so needed this repaired. All other body shops weren't able to get me in until several months later, but John at Creswell Body Shop got me within a few weeks.Impeccable attention to detail on getting it right and John was meticulous in finding another trunk that worked since he ended up not being able to repair my dented one. I didn't go through insurance and the price paid was extremely reasonable. I would guess that if I had gone to another chain body shop, the quality of work would be shotty at best and the cost would be much higher than what I paid!Highly recommend Creswell. I don't need the coffee sitting lobby with the TVs - these folks are cut and dry and get things done to try to help the customer as best as possible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in last year for a quote and was told that a quote would be emailed to me. I waited a couple of weeks and called back saying they were busy but would work on it. I then called back two more times in the next couple of months leaving voicemails and never received a call back or quote. I would have appreciated it if they would have told me on the front end that they didn't want my business so I wouldn't have wasted months waiting on a quote.

Honest and very reasonable and he has a ton of experience and a ton of experience with insurance companies so I know he can help you out!! I have taken my new car 3 times to him in the last year!! Not his fault but mine. I got a new car and ironically I hit my husbands truck in driveway backing out and then was hit by two other people after that. And we also took my husband's truck to get it repainted too!!! He did an excellent job every time!!! He goes above and beyond customer service and that is VERY rare these days. When I asked about body shop recommendations on Facebook and At Home, I got a lot of replies and John was recommended multiple times and the most out of everyone. Usually you can just stop by anytime and he can look at your car and give you a quote with a copy on paper right then for no charge!!! Bailey works in the office and is great too!!! Very Pleased!!!!

Was able to schedule my auto body repair several weeks out. They had my 2003 Nissan Maxims for only 2 days and now it looks great! Great service great prices. Can't say enough good things about this place. Two thumbs up.

The staff was friendly, trustworthy, and helpful throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job on my car, and they worked super fast!!! They had my car done 2 days earlier then expected. I cannot say great enough things!!

Best estimates and even better work. People works hear are just great. It takes a week to get their appointment(for the work, estimate done in no time :-) ), still its worth a lot. I visited around 4-5 body shops before meeting them, but these guys are just great. Would recommend them any day.

I had an excellent experience several years ago. A deer jumped into the side of my Toyota Highlander while stopped in traffic. After the work was done you could not even tell their had been damage. Perfect match on the paint. So when a friend asked for a body shop in Franklin last week I was happy to refer.

Nothing fancy, not like the bigger named body shops. But they are all about doing the repair right. John took extra time to match my silver paint... It wasn't a standard Toyota silver and it took time for him to match, but the result is excellent. You cannot tell the difference between the repair and the rest of the vehicle. I appreciate his personal attention to getting it right.

The rear passenger quarter panel on my 2016 Chevy Malibu was dented about 10 inches in diameter. I got repair estimates ranging from $2,000 to $850 at other shops. I tried paintless dent repair, but it still looked bad. Creswell's was recommended by Steve Parrish, a paintless dent repair techinician I recommend (he did not do the work on my car that looked bad, he told me to go to a body shop and was right) so I went. While the building looks run-down, all the people I met (from Jim the owner to Morgan the receptionist to Nick the body shop technician) were friendly and helpful. They took extra time to talk to me and address my questions and concerns. Also, their estimate was $200 less than the cheapest estimate I got previously. The work was done on time and for the agreed amount and the car looks like new. I am VERY happy and will definitely be taking all my vehicles to Creswell's in the future. Highly recommended!

If I could give them six stars, I would John is great to work with, they did an amazing job with my vehicle, they were great to communicate with, and made getting through this insurance process so much easier. I highly recommend Creswell Body Shop!

John runs a professional truly excellent body shop in every regard. He works with all the insurance companies and is familiar with their policy and practices. I got to know him on a first name basis because I raised three sons in Franklin. I highly recommend him.

Nobody was there during business hours. I called and left a message around 8:35am which was not returned until after 5pm. Apparently the receptionist was on vacation. There was no message on the voicemail or sign on the door to that effect; I called and went in person and was wondering if this place was even still in business. When I was called back, I explained that I wasn't able to reach anyone and I had to take my car somewhere else. He seemed offended, like I was being inconsiderate of the receptionist's vacation by not waiting a day or more to bring in my damaged car. Glad we went with someone else, never telling when they just won't be reachable!

Easy to get along with and I couldn't find the previous damage to my vehicle. Prices must be good too. The at fault insurance barely baulked at the price quoted.

If you need an estimate they will assist you with no appointment. It maybe that you will have to wait a week or so before They can get to your automobile but it is worth it having it done correctly. You will not be disappointed.
