I bought a Mini Cooper S that they had for sale. I look forward to bringing it to Cooper's Garage for service. The shop was really cool, the team was very friendly, honest, and answered all my questions about the vehicle. They really know their stuff and I can't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else!

I moved to Nashville a year ago from Atlanta, where you can get Mini service almost anywhere... The only place that would work on my Countryman was Mini of Nashville. After a week of somewhat minor maintenance. My car wasn't running properly. They recommended additional work that was EXTREMELY costly. A colleague recommended Cooper's Garage... He expressed the experience he had and gave them rave reviews. Rightfully So! From the initial conversation I had with John "JOMO" Monk, the Crew Chief, I felt this was the kinda place I wanted to trust my Mini with. The Detail and care throughout the entire process was seamless... The most expensive $$$ Job I have ever had done to a car i owned, but it would have been 2 to 3X more according to the Mini Of Nashville estimate. I Highly recommend any Mini owner to take their car to Cooper's Garage to have it serviced.

Do you love your Mini??If you do, (and let's face it, who doesn't?), then you'd better be taking it to Cooper's Garage!John and his staff there are the best! Period!!From the moment you walk in, you know you are at the right place to get any and all work done. The customer service is excellent! And the knowledge and expertise on Minis is amazing!!I guarantee that when you drop your car off for service or repair, you know that you are getting the best!If I could give them more than 5 stars, I happily would!!

This review is LONG overdue! I also knew John from the dealership and was so bummed when he left. I always felt he was fair and honest with me, even when I *ahem* injured a loaner car. After he was gone, I felt like every dealership service trip I made was always a huge expense, because they conveniently always found something wrong that would cost thousands to repair. I'd dread going in for just an oil change because I knew I'd be walking away with my bank account empty. I was so excited and RELIEVED when I saw that John had opened his own shop right after my warranty and good will had expired at the dealership. Now I don't dread taking my car in for a mere oil change, and even, dare I say, look forward to it. If something needs to be done, John knows I'm on a budget and lets me know if I'm able to wait on the repair so I can be prepared for the expense. Can't beat the reasonable prices. The crew in the shop are all so talented and knowledgeable -- John really hired the best of the best. Katie and I always have the best conversations while waiting for my car to be ready. Sorry, John, but your girl really is the face of that place ;) They're all really good people, and of course Hershel the wonder pup. I recommend Cooper's to ANYONE who has a MINI. Literally, anytime I meet someone that owns one, I tell them about Cooper's within seconds. STOP GOING TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Even if you warranty is still active, go to John first and he'll be honest and give you advice in the best interest of you, your budget, and your car. Thank you Cooper's!

John & Mark are awesome. First time I've ever, ever felt comfortable allowing someone to work on one of my vehicles. They take a serious and personal interest in you and your Mini. Way better than any dealership or other import specialist garage. Prices are reasonable & customer service is awesome. John & Mark have a true passion for Mini Cooper's and it is reflected in their concern in taking great care of a customer's Mini. If you own a Mini Cooper and take it anywhere else, including the dealership, you are making a mistake both financially and repair wise.

Brought my (used, but new to me) Mini in to be serviced and make sure everything was running well and the customer service was spectacular. Was treated as if they had known me for years and were very timely. There were some minor issued that needed to be addressed before they became major issues and the total came about to be probably half of what the dealership would have charged or a non-mini specializing shop. Don't waste your time at other shops if you need work done to your Mini!

Great guys! When my Mini broke down on the way there they came and rescued me. Got the car back to the garage safely. My car was there for 2 days. They got her fixed and even stayed late for me to get there after work. They were great with my children also. Very friendly. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend them for anyone that needs work on a Mini.

The experience was great, John and Mark make me feel like I'm dealing with a close friend, they kept me informed all through the repair. Service was completed quickly. The service they provide compare to the other place I had been was hands down much better, the knowledge at Coopers Garage is far superior to the other place also. They both are from Mini dealership and wanted to improve service for Mini drivers, and they have done it...Don't hesitate to call Coopers Garage you'll love the experience...

They restore my faith in humanity!! Two words: Above and Beyond. If you own a MINI out of warranty, DO NOT go anywhere else. These guys are hard core MINI fanatics, they are MINI/BMW factory trained experts, they don't suggest repairs you truly DON'T need, they explain any problems and what they are doing, and they keep you informed on the progress of your service work. Our MINI will never be touched by anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if the ratings went that high.

These guys have it together. The owner spent time with me discussing the ins and outs of the different coopers that are out there. Watched him treat all their clients and their vehicles with the utmost respect. If I decide to get a mini. I will have them inspect it and then do all service. Also I had called in looking for info preceding my visit, these guys were super knowledgeable and willing to educate even over the phone. A+ business!

We own a foreign vehicle. It is a specialty type vehicle. We were recommended this autocenter because of their knowledge of this vehicle make and model. We loved the experience. While the techs were servicing the vehicle, we were treated as if we were family members. The service center was not dirty nor smelly like some service centers. They are a clean location and we were greeted at the facility by Hershel, their dog.Overall, we had a very positive experience and will be returning to this service center for all of our automobile's servicing.

My wife's Mini needed a little work and I found John's garage. We actually purchased the car from John back in 2009. Great guy who knows Mini's better than anyone. Highly recommend. You won't pay as much as at the dealer and it's so much easier.

I finally made it down to Cooper's after hearing about them for years. I own 2 MINI Coopers but just haven't been able to bring my 09 MCS down there yet. Today I brought my '16 JCW there for an oil change but also so they could do an overall look at it as it has had some mods done to it that I wasn't completely familiar with.First I called yesterday just to ask them about it and spoke to John on the phone. I spoke to him before about the vinyl stripes on my car and then yesterday when asking about my exhaust. He never seems like he is in a rush and always sounds like he genuinely wants to help you figure out any problems or your wants for your car. When I arrived today I was greeted warmly by Katie. Now keep in mind that I had seen both of them on our local MINI group on Facebook but this was my first time meeting them. They are so friendly! The shop is like going to your friends house. Its very welcoming. Katie even gave me a tour and a little history about their shop.Soon after John took my car into the shop. Of course he threw out a ton of compliments about my car and made me feel more welcome to their business. Once they started working on my car. I just had an oil change done, but while it was up on the lift they walked around and looked at different parts of my vehicle and talked about some of the differences between the R56 and the F56. They then looked at all my mods and really took the time to explain what they thought had been done to my car. After that they lowered it down and we just stood there talking about MINIs. The only thing missing was a beer in our hands because it felt like a few friends just hanging out and talking cars.Apparently it was the birthday of one of the guys working there, sorry I forgot his name! But well.. lucky me I got cake and ice cream too. What kind of shop does this? One that cares about the customer I tell you. You've got a loyal member in me.. I am sold on this place!

This place: AMAZING! My little MINI has found its soulmate. I am so glad I decided to take my new-old car here. John was upfront and helpful with everything from the first phonecall I made. This is more than just a maintenance/repair shop; he is passionate about these vehicles which means you and your car are going to get the individual attention and care it deserves. My MINI needed quite a bit of work done after it had been sitting, inoperable, for a couple of years and it is like a brand new car now! There is no conceivable way that even the dealer would have done a better job. John worked out and made plans for a two-step repair process and explained in details that weren't overwhelming.Thank you, Cooper's family! Me and my MINI will see you in 5,000 miles

My fianc and I own a 06 Mini Cooper S, and it is our baby. We have personally put around 80,000 miles on the car and found ourselves having trouble with the battery. We took it to Cooper s after being turned away from Firestone. The owner of the shop, who happens to work the front desk, knew that we don t have a lot of money and rather than put the car through his shop so that he could collect some cash, he informed us that we could purchase the new battery directly from his supplier and install it ourselves. He told us how easy it was and gave us the confidence to tackle the job ourselves. John could have very easily charged us several hundred for the battery plus labor, however, he helped us rather than himself. For this reason alone we will never patron any other shop than Cooper s Garage.

Awesome to work with. Took my car in and turned it back better than it was before. Price was great, work was very efficient and well done. John and Mark are a great pair to work with. I was always kept in the loop, regardless of their work load. Never had any doubts or worries. Went above and beyond my expectations and assisted in every way possible. Would definitely recommend everybody I can.

I should've written this MONTHS ago, but anyway...Cooper's Garage is the best. John and Katie are incredibly kind, and as a woman, it was so nice to have a woman there and feel more confident that I was being given fair prices. John was great about telling me all the possible repairs and then breaking it down by what was most necessary vs. what wasn't totally necessary (I was on a college kid budget, so every saved dollar mattered!). The shop itself is so nice (couches, TV, water, snacks, etc.), and they didn't even mind when I picked up some tacos nearby and ate them there when my car was being worked on. Also loved our chats about music :) These are people who work only on MINIs and have been for a long time, so they really know what they're talking about. Awesome experience all around with the couple of times I had to bring my car in. Wish I were still living in Nashville so I knew exactly where to bring my car!

I inherited a low miles Mini from my grandfather and was looking for the right place to take care of it. I definitely found it at Cooper's Garage. Not only was John friendly, but he took to time to answer all my questions. Their lead technician Mark figured out my check engine light needed a small repair, not a big one. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and you can tell the are true enthusiasts. They have earned my business from here on out!

I bought my first MINI from John when he worked at the dealership in Nashville. There is nobody, and I mean nobody, I trust more to work on my MINI than John and his staff. He loves MINIs and it shows in every aspect of his business. I drive to Nashville from Birmingham to have my car serviced (on our 3rd since '08), so that should tell you something!

Just a bunch of hard working Mini guys over here. They know their trade well. Thrilled with the results and the price. I dropped off my Mini after telling the team here a little about what was going on and did not tell them a price range to stay within. They took care of the issues and did not try to inflate the cost at all....and they were fast. These folks are a rare breed and you owe it to yourself to check them out. Cooper s Garage for Life.

My new-to-me MINI needed a lot of work to be a healthy, dependable car. I took it to Cooper's Garage to get an idea of cost and what exactly needed done. The guys were great. Never talked down to me, explained everything it needed and why. When I asked about doing a few other things, they explained why I didn't need to spend the money on that just yet. They taught me a lot of things about my car and were more patient than I could have dreamed. Their knowledge is phenomenal. The reception area/room is really comfortable offering coffee, snacks, WiFi and conversation. Katie, John and Mark are really professional and friendly.I highly recommend Cooper's Garage.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. Top notch care with incredible knowledge of Minis. They know the cars, warranties, and special quirks some may have. They made recommendations of things to repair and gave me the option to replace now or wait with their education of the pros and cons. Even found a part needing repaired covered by manufacturer's extended warranty..

What can I say about John and Mark and the rest of the crew at Cooper's Garage, except for: this was the absolute best experience I've ever had at a repair shop!I took my 2011 Cooper S Clubman in for a check engine light/engine stutter at cold start. John contacted me the next day with the repair info, including the fact that my main repair was covered under a warranty extension, saving me a TON of money! The repairs were done at the quoted timeframe and I was back on the road loving my MINI, in no time!I've never walked out of a repair shop less stressed and than I did at Cooper's Garage. I can't say it enough; these guys are legit. They know their stuff, they're fast, MUCH cheaper than taking your MINI to the dealer and you'll walk out of the shop feeling like you made a couple new friends. :)

Took my Mini in to get an oil change today. I found out thru their multi-point inspection that other things were wrong. Huge thanks to John Monk and his team of amazing mechanics. They care about not only the car but the people who drive them. Cooper s Garage is the place to go to when you need anything and everything fixed on your Mini. I won t go anywhere else!

Absolutely blown away by the level of service, knowledge and experience of the staff at Cooper's garage. Having a very strange issue with my daily driven 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman JCW "rodent damage", I was understandably freaked out. John and Mark not only fixed my mechanical problem with the least amount of waste and cost to me, but also explained everything perfectly and made the experience as pleasant as possible. I can't thank them enough for not only the great work but for answering my endless questions and giving me access to their wealth of Mini knowledge. Their passion for Minis and fact that they care about their customers shows in everything they do.

After the Mini dealership quoting me a price of over $1000 Cooper's Garage did the work for $582! They did a huge job in just a few hours and had me out the door that same day! Husband and wife owners are very compassionate and really care! I am grateful that I found out about them before I took my baby to the dealership! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable & helpful Mini Cooper mechanic. John did a great job & also gave us a list of items that needed to be addressed in the near future. The big thing is that he wasn't pushy & he took time to explain the issues.
