Quality of work is really good! Truck was ready sooner than expected and Caliber communicated with me at least once a day with progress reports. Tim is a good advisor, he explained the process well and was always available for questions.

So far so goodThey were ready on time for my estimate appointment. They were busy yet they had it organized. I will update when my repairs are done. Which will be in about a monthThat may seem a long time but after a rare snow and ice storm they were very busy

I have recently changed one dent and bumper replacement for my new Honda CRV 2023 , during the repair caliber team replaced a sensor.Post that I got scared on interstate highway with attached error where I was supposed to drive more than 1000 miles.For the simple repair they took around 3 weeks time which I feel it s too much!!! I feel it s kind of scam.

We were hit by a careless driver and Caliber Collision was in the network for the insurance carrier doing the repairs. Caliber Collision made the repair process so easy. We were informed, everyone was kind and we received our vehicle back earlier than anticipated.

Excellent customer service, daily updates, all staff members were professional and ensured that I was satisfied with every aspect of my repair. The repair was completed weeks ahead of adjuster s estimate. The manager got personally involved to ensure that I was very satisfied with the entire repair. I ve already passed on six recommendations for this specific Caliber shop. Thank you.

Justin and Tim were great to work with! The service was amazing and they were able to finish the repair sooner than expected. I received outstanding service from Caliber Collision at this location.An MTEMC truck hit our 2014 Ford Fiesta in front of the rear wheel well. I took it to Caliber Collision in Mt. Juliet for an initial estimate. The insurance company added two weeks delay getting another estimate because they wondered if it should be totaled. After saying it wasn't a complete loss and that any additional damage found would be covered, I took the car to Caliber Collision on Seaboard Ln.Julia and Tim were great. They accepted the estimate from the Mt. Juliet location, explained the repair process, and began work. Then I got a call from the insurance company. Caliber's protocol required the roof to be replaced (following Ford's guidelines). It's a corporate policy for which I do not fault them. But the insurance company said that they would not pay for that repair as the additional charge would result in their declaring the car a total loss.I spoke with Tim at Caliber and learned that they were locked into their policy. He suggested that another shop might repair the car without replacing the roof. I decided to move the car to another repair shop, but Caliber had partially disassembled the damaged area.Julia and Tim cheerfully and unhesitatingly worked with me, communicated with the insurance company, got the car reassembled. They were consistently professional, friendly, accessible. They returned calls promptly. I would happily have let them repair the car if not for the insurance company.Thanks to them for making an unpleasant experience as good as it possibly could be. Because of the high quality of service I received, I highly recommend using Caliber Collision at this location.

Caliber Collison on Seaboard Lane in Franklin did excellent work on my car. Justin communicated clearly throughout the process. I never wondered what was happening because I received frequent updates. The work was completed on time and was beautifully done. The whole team obviously takes great pride in their work. Got an estimate for repair. They never called me back. I called a week later to get the estimate and they didn't know who I was. I didn't get the repairs done there. Went to Gerber and got my estimate back in less than 24 hours.

This location was excellent! Justin was especially helpful in customer service throughout with updates, initial assessment was well done and potential additional issues were explained (which as it turned out I only had one additional issue identified), and received a clear itemized detail of repairs on my 2012 Mini Clubman Left front collision. They were able to get the proper parts in a timely manner, and the paint job looks great, fenders etc lined up well No issues after driving 100 miles since I picked up my car.

Just recently had my truck repaired here. The experience was beyond amazing. Justin Smith kept me informed every step of the way and even got my truck done way before the expected date.
