This place is truly amazing. The front office staff are all very friendly, especially Keo. He is very knowledgeable and kind which truly helps in this profession. I highly recommend Caliber Collision any day.

It s easy to get 5 stars when you have employees and their family members giving reviews! But when you re someone who works there, you and your family do NOT matter! Chris Deckard will lie and fire people after failing to keep promises he made. You have screwed over our family

Everything was perfect! After a little fender bender that caused more damage than you would think, I turned to Caliber Collision for my repairs. They took great care of my car, made sure everything was done right, and kept me updated the entire process. I even got my car back early! I recommend Caliber for anyone that needs repair!

Great customer service when our insurance agent no longer offered help. They were very understanding of our situation & accommodated us way beyond what we expected when parts were continuing to be delayed. When our car was finished, it looked brand new on the outside & was even throughly cleaned on the inside. We are VERY happy with Caliber & will be using their services again if we ever need to!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Air conditioning

Nice guys. The service rep said he would call or text with updates but we always had to initiate updates. They Helped us with the rental car process and working with insurance company. I had a great experience there, Rodney Mcillwain was assigned to me as my car s damage estimator. He was very helpful in helping me learn about the entire process and kept me updated about the progress. My car is fixed and I am happy with the repairs done and overall experience.

Had minor damage to the rear of my car. Caliber Collision in Franklin gave me an estimate of about 3 weeks for total repair time. I got daily text or every other day text updates along with email links to allow me to follow the status. Then out of the blue, I got a call From Chris telling me my car was done! Less than two weeks! Top notch service and communication! Cannot recommended enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my Superduty here to have insurance repair work done on front grill, bumper and fender, alignment. I was surprised how quickly I could get an appointment to drop off the vehicle. I think it was 2 weeks or just under. The repair was another two weeks, so about a month total. My repair manager, Chris, was super responsive and kept me up to date throughout the process, start to finish. Reception always answers, no going to voicemail. I received text updates as well as some phone calls, and voicemails when I didn't answer. The parts and work look great. John runs a solid business with great customer service. When all body shops were giving many months of repair time, Caliber was able to collaborate between shops to get it done within weeks. I had to follow up and get my windshield replaced and John was giving me constant updates on how the work would be able to get done even with supply chain constraints. Not sure if the lady who picked p the phone was having a bad day (Candy or whatever her name was), but dam she was not only rude and unhelpful, but she completely shot back in a very dismissive manner on every question. To the point of simply answering one word responses like "No", "call another location" "I can't help you with that". She even got as far as saying "we don't use the same system so I can't see anything" "I'm 3 weeks out so I can't help you".....she was simply just bad at customer service. I mean come on.....you're part of a franchise multi-location entity, I'm sure you can SEE the information.I ended up calling the Brentwood location, they not only could look in the system to pull up all the information, but they were super helpful in scheduling and bringing us in on the next day, even helping with dealing with the insurance company.From now on, they get my business and every opportunity to recommend them.

I regret having my car serviced here after a collision that wasn t my fault. I m still awaiting parts that the service manager keeps promising to order. They also don t do a good job at matching or even blending the paint colors. Not satisfied at all with work done or the time they took to compete it.

Estimate repairs were supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks. But because of the lack of detail, the wrong parts were ordered multiple times. The repair took a total of 8 weeks costing me an extra 450 for the rental. Unacceptable to me. And they have know how I felt and no one has contacted me. I understand that the supply chain is slow. However, if they would have ordered the correct parts it would not have costed me an extra $450.Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2020 Genesis G80 here for a fender bender repair in August of 22 as they partner with USAA, my insurance company. The plastic rear quarter panel was repaired (not replaced) and looks as it did before. I was told that the damaged wheel needed to be replaced, and would be delivered by November. It is now January with no replacement, though of course I had to pay to retrieve my vehicle back in August.What is annoying to me is having to place multiple calls to get the service technician who oversaw the repair to return a call. An update on the estimated date of arrival would be a nice customer service touch. I believe I ve been more than patient awaiting this part with no updates.

Caliber Collision did a great job on my body work. Looks like nothing ever happened. On top of that, they washed my vehicle. I have never dealt with any company related to auto repairs that communicates so well. I had texts and calls every step of the way. They were able to get my car done a couple of days early so that I didn t have to go without it for the weekend. I can t say enough good words about them.

I was treated very well, taken good care of and will definitely return if I am in need of their services. I observed Darren the general manager interact with customers as if they were friends.
