I cannot express how impressed I am with AW Collision. Joseph Wells has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly accommodating and always responds quickly whenever I message him for updates. I feel their pricing is reasonable, and their customer service is exceptional. They have worked on several cars for both myself and my clients and I will continue to recommend them in the future!

Joseph Wells who evaluated my car was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Above all else, he displayed incredible integrity in the assignment and recommendation for my cars repair. It would have been easy for him to tell me your car needs to be painted. Instead, he evaluated the situation, made the repair and I was on my way home. It s rare to meet someone who displays such integrity as it relates to generating sales for his company. But he did and I have a feeling it s just how AW Collision operates. My experience with AW Collision was honestly beyond my expectations. I wasn t sure what to expect, but the moment I dropped my car off for repair I never had to lift a finger or wonder what was going on. They called enterprise to pick me up, they kept me informed of the repairs every week, they did all of the communication with Geico, and my car was completed when they said it would be. And, the repairs are perfect! If I ever need work done on my Audi again, I will definitely use AW. They have earned my business!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with AW Collision after being referred to them by BMW Nashville following a car accident. Expecting a level of service befitting a dealership recommendation, I was instead met with a series of frustrations. Initially promised a 3-4 week repair timeline, my car's stay extended to two months due to continuous delays. Communication was severely lacking throughout this period, with Janelle at AW Collision providing little to no proactive updates. Each promised pickup day came and went with a new excuse, requiring me to incessantly follow up.When my car was finally ready, the lack of customer service persisted; I received no walkthrough of the repairs or an explanation of the work done. To add insult to injury, shortly after picking up my vehicle, I encountered a check engine light and subsequent issues leading to an additional $1,000 in repairs, potentially linked to AW Collision's work. Despite my attempts to discuss this with Janelle, I received no response.I strongly advise against using AW Collision for vehicle repairs. Their handling of my situation was unprofessional and costly, both in time and money. It's disheartening to see such a business recommended by a reputable dealership like BMW Nashville.

I had a great experience with AW and their team. I worked with Kyle Vojtesak. He kept me updated and walked me through every step of the repair process. I would highly recommend AW to anyone needing collision repair. Great customer service and my Audi looks brand new!

Stay away from this place. A bunch of thieves and they do it shamelessly. The place looks nasty and bad as well. They charge you $150 for storage fee per day, so just to have a car parked there prepare to pay $150 per day, and the place where they park the car have no roof and its in the open (see picture). They had the car for like 3 weeks and charged over $4,000 to take a bumper, light and and some plastics out of the car to do an estimate. We ended up picking up the car, no repair done what so ever, because their estimate was higher than buying another BMW.Customer service lady in charge of our car was rude as well, and with smart answers the entire time. Horrible place and hope i don't ever have to deal with them again. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was sent to AW Collision by Honda to have a shattered mirror fixed. What I thought was going to be a long and stressful process was instead extremely easy and completely stress-free thanks to Joseph Wells and the AW Team. It was going to take about 3 days but Joseph was able to repair my mirror but even patched it up in the meantime so I was still able to drive my car without spending any additional money. He was able to quickly give me an estimate and stayed true to that price. The whole process took about a week and a half. From ordering the part to bringing my car back in to be repaired, Joseph was on top of communicating with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend AW in Franklin if you ever have any need for repairs. Make sure to ask for Joseph Wells for incredible customer service and a timely repair. He truly went above and beyond to make this experiment as seamless as possible. Joseph Wells was highly professional and provided honest feedback. I could not recommend this repair shop enough!

Anytime your car goes to the body shop it s stressful but the team at AW Collision with Joseph Wells made my experience a 5-star. Not only was my car ready 2 weeks before promised, but I was updated twice a week on progress. When I picked up my Mercedes it looked brand new and even cleaned inside and out! Highly recommend this top-notch and very organized and friendly organization.

AW Collision did a great job on my Porsche 911 Turbo from a deer strike. Wyatt took care of everything from handling any communication with my Insurance to keeping me updated on the progress. Actually, I felt that Wyatt personally took it upon himself to make sure the car was repaired correctly. There were a few issues that even the management went above and beyond to make me happy. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst experience with a collision center I've ever had. I took my SUV for a comprehensive issue caused due to a tree. It took them five weeks to fix it. Five weeks and $13,000 dlls later, I got my car because I told them very firmly that I couldn't wait any longer. (They made me exhaust my rental coverage) I received my SUV not washed, all dirty, with NO gas at all ! (NO idea how that could happened if I left the car with at least half of the tank) and the worst part, a job poorly performed !! The door they repaired besides that having all the hands marked on the glass, it was not aligned, or sealed. You could hear and feel all the air coming in. I took it to the BMW (since they recommended) and they did a quick fix FOR FREE and they said with they own words: "it was pretty bad" This didn't fix the issue. I didn't even care to deal with AW collision that besides that rep that I was assigned to me -Joseph Wells- never cared to reply any of my messages, the manager knew about all my issues and never cared to show me his face or talk a word to me. If these people are not racists, I don't know how to call them because I am sure that they don't deliver the same job to their neighborhood. I still cannot believe how BMW of Nashville can recommend this collision center as the "only certified by them" Totally a nightmare for me.

Highly recommend AW collision if you need any advice or repairs! The estimator, Wyatt Williams, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the parts/labor of what I was inquiring about. I had a small piece break off that their technician was able to put back in place free of charge! Great customer service. Wyatt was kind and went through all the details and answered all my million questions! Will definitely be coming back for any car needs in the future.

I have used AWC for 2 Audis, 1 BMW and 1 Mercedes. Their work is impeccable and all my cars looked great upon completion. Joseph Wells offers exceptional customer service. He worked with my insurance company directly and facilitated necessary documentation for quick turn arounds. I received daily updates on my cars status. Joseph is courteous, professional, and communicative. He gets the job done! Highly recommend.

Joseph Wells is nothing but a true professional, you have a very bright future ahead of you. The quality of work at AW is almost unbelievable when compared to all my experiences with collision centers throughout the years. Most collision centers cut corners, use the cheapest aftermarket parts they can find...and the repairs are always noticeable. Not AW...if you have a German car you love and you want to make sure its repaired back to its original condition, AW is the only place to go. Joseph is a top notch professional as well, he kept me informed through the entire process...best of all, he watched out for us and made sure the insurance company understood EVERYTHING that was needed. Please Note: AW will not be the lowest price you can find, they will quote OEM parts (and only install OEM parts), they replace every component that is damaged (no matter how minor), and they wont agree to a $50/hour rate that most insurance companies try to leverage. They specialize in cars that require $400 oil changes and $3k brakes(A headlight for an Audi Q8 = $4,800). If you are driving a 20 year old BMW or a Toyota Corolla, your insurance company is not likely going to approve a repair from this shop - I've read most of the 1 star reviews, come on.

Joseph Wells was extremely helpful when I took my 2020 panamera porsche forcollision repair. The insurance adjuster at Farmers Bureau Mississippi wouldn't call me back, respond to my emails , nor want to pay for all repairs for my vehicle. I drove from Memphis to Franklin ,TN because AW Collision in Franklin, TN is the closest Porsche certified collision center. Insurance adjuster Whitney Colbert was my adjuster. He never supplied me with info for a rental car.Joesph wells was so patient he called and got the rentalcar r for me. EVERY week he sent me updates on Tuesdays and Thursday about my vehicle.my car looks agreat . Thanks to Joseph my car repairs were soomth. I recommend this businesses ask for Joseph Wells

I brought my vehicle to AW Collision after having someone run into me. Joseph Wells was my advisor and was a tremendous help every step of the way. From start to finish, mr Wells provided excellent customer service in keeping me updated and working with the other party s insurance to ensure I was treated fairly and my vehicle was correctly repaired. I couldn t say enough good about him and the company based off my experience with them. What an awesome team! I d recommend them to any friends or family in need of body repairs. Update as of December 6, 2023: I originally gave this shop 5 Stars for the work they performed but based on recent situations I can t stand by that 5-Stars. Excellent Service means going beyond and in my last (I won t go back) transaction with AW has caused me to question the validity of the service I received. I have a beautiful, all black Audi Q7. Prior to the accident I had, for which I was not at fault, with someone who had State Farm, there was a concern from State Farm. They were alleging the body shop was upcharging by 25% on certain services and that they were not going to cover. So I ended up spending $2,500 out of pocket to get my vehicle out of the shop. Work look immaculate. That was on November 13th.After a week, I started noticing brush swirl marks on the outside of my windshield. Didn t think anything of it. Wash the truck a few times and noticed it wasn t going away. Now I m noticing there is a problem, I never had before, with my windshield. Also, on the inside of my winsdshield my tint was scratched up badly. So I took my vehicle back to AW to have look at. They said because I ve driven it a 1,000 miles they can t say the damaged happened there BUT they would fix the tint that s on the inside. That makes NO SENSE. They are willing to fix the cheapest part but the windshield itself they won t, after I spent $2,500 on up charges that I am now understanding why State Farm wouldn t pay. All they had to do was fix my windshield and they wouldn t. My vehicle was in the shop for almost 6 weeks. I never had my windshield replaced, never needed any work on it. Never had a rock chip! But they want to say I did damage to the outside but they damaged the inside.It honestly does not give me great pleasure to leave this review. But this situation is what it is. I would never take my problem to someone else to fix and expect them to cover it. They worked on my windshield, they had to cut the windshield out but now it s my fault the windshield has swirl scratches on the outside.Take your vehicle somewhere else so you won t have an issue like what I went through.

Horrible experience. The Mercedes Benz of Nashville (in Brentwood) outsourced to them. Michael McRedmond was the contact. Kept my GLS450 for over a month due to a collision I had had. They kept it and had it parked it in a field where mice ate the wire casing underneath my car and they charged me a lot of money for it. All around bad experience!
