Battery purchased here April of 2022, but went bad 1.5 years later. Autozone honored the 3 year guarantee and replaced it quickly. Despite the busy-ness of the store when I walked in and the less-than-ideal weather, associate Patrick was very helpful in replacing the battery and also found a problem with the negative terminal that needed to be addressed.Excellent experience today at AutoZone Franklin! Thanks!!

Just wonder who teaches priorities at this store. Standing in line waiting to check out gal buys headlight bulbs and instead of checking me out before going outside to install them says someone else will take care of you and the manager walks out the door. Stood and waited and waited while the commercial sales guy chatted about what he did last weekend finally someone else walks back in the door from installing a battery and takes my money. This store is a joke. My advice is go to a real parts store or anywhere that they make the customer waiting a priority - If they want to install all kinds of products they should become a pep boys.

It's so rare today to get quality customer service, let alone have someone go above and beyond for you. Taylor Homesley and the Auto Zone team will save you money and countless hours of frustration! I had two cars both with dying car batteries. Drove the first vehicle there, and Taylor installed the battery quickly (it would have taken me an hour with my meager tools and rusted-out bolts). Then I drove the second vehicle back, and Taylor spent extra time with me to deal with corroded terminals, rusted-out connectors, and the weird plastic snappers on the Honda Pilot to replace the battery. After that, he cleaned off the battery and connection ports to ensure dust or debris obstructed the connection - I love it when people take pride in their work and products. The only downside is that you might have to wait a few more minutes at this Auto Zone because a customer like me got there ahead of you and needed some extra help and attention. But even then, I watched Taylor greet each customer and say, "Thank you for your patience; I will be with you shortly." Taylor got a customer for life today.

A fantastic experience at our neighborhood AutoZone. Not only did they have the bulb in stock, but this young woman took time away from her register to gather the tools for a quick fix. She walked with me out to the car and together, we'll mostly her, replaced the bulb in less than two minutes. It's the little things and today AutoZone excelled at the little things.

Well, I would like to say my goddaughter received her first car yesterday and it was a problem with the battery cables when we couldn t get the car started because we had to turn the car off and do all this and all the people that we bought the car from we ended up being a day. They started the car, but we couldn t start the car once we bought the car, come to find out we needed a battery. We pushed her about 30 miles to this store and I just want to just say the people at the store was so so helpful I mean so helpful helped us bro fair Nick for us gave us the best service that we could ve ever received. We are truly grateful she even just have been in the presence of those people. Just want to thank God for allowing us to opportunity that he allow yesterday For us to meet such great people we never expected such gratitude. Want to say thank you in Jesus thank you and thank you and we cannot thank you enough this was really a wonderful place. I won the first store overall 100% satisfaction and I mean you guys were on it you guys were great, and did not stop until my goddaughter was ready for the road and I just got to say thank you so so much thank you AutoZone in Franklin into the man that helped us last night with the battery I just wanna say thank you so much Cuz we had no idea what to do and you were awesome into the lady that hit with the cable and tried her best. I just wanna say thank you thank you thank you thank you you guys were awesome.

Taylor and his team are the best!! They have the advice, knowledge, and over-the-top service to match their great selection. He diagnosed a dead battery, advised me on what to replace it with, replaced it, and cleaned up quite a bit of corrosion. he left things better than he found them and got us back on the road.

I had an AWESOME experience at this location today which hadn't been the case in the past. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I received World Class customer service. It's the small things that will keep loyal customers. All employees should be trained to treat customers the way Taylor does.

The customer service at this place is impeccable! I went into the store today due to an issue with my battery and the guy Taylor went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations!!! Blown away by the service here it s magnificent. Our rental got a large scuff while parked at a restaurant. We went in and told our situation and a gentleman suggested a spray to us. He not only came out to the parking lot to get rid of it for us, but it was all on the house. The southern hospitality really shines through here!!!

Taylor was very helpful in explaining several thing my car dealership was trying to charge. He took the time to explain how to go about doing some of the things myself and helped me purchase exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I ever need assistance again.

Almost went to Advance to get the part, after calling them and saying it was OK at 2 minutes after they wouldn't do business. Called AZ and they were very helpful and had the part. Also got my points !! I wont do business anywhere else.

Don t buy battery at Autozone. Purchased a battery spring 2019 that was manufactured in March 2019 see photos. It just malfunctioned and will not charge. Autozone advertised a two year replacement warranty. Took it back to Franklin Tennessee Autozone today and they would not replace or even test the battery. Had a similar issue a couple years ago with a battery I purchased at Oriley Autoparts and battery was replaced with no issues. Wished I had gone back to Orileys.

Taylor Homesley went above and beyond in customer service-spent an hour repairing my windshield wiper frames and installing new ones. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Will be coming back for sure

Needed a lightbulb my headlight went out, thanks to Darnell the Trucker for the door to door service. All this Art work is the n the windows of Auto zone, I had to take a picture and read up on my folks since I looked be right down the road.

There's always been an AutoZone on Columbia Avenue in Franklin. It's not in the same place as long ago, but it's still just as busy. Glad to see some traditions continuing, however, the store these days is so clean and bright that it messes with my nostalgia! Great store.

Great customer service. Took my moms car here for battery issue. They checked it and it was bad and replaced for free since it was under warranty. Store manager came out to replace it. He noticed the battery terminals were bad and replaced them for free. Awesome customer service!

No one ever wants to have a dead battery, but if you do, go here. I was served by Miller today and when met with challenges due to unknown car information, he solved the mysteries and replaced the battery for me. Calm and kind and very much appreciated.

Came in on a rainy day needing wipers for my truck. Miller immediately greeted me as I walked through the door and made sure I knew where I was going. I wasn t sure the wiper size I needed so he looked it up on the computer based on my vehicle and he went over, in detail, the benefits of each type of wiper. I ultimately made a choice and he even installed the wiper blades for me. Great service at this store per usual. Thanks Miller!

Customer service is always great at this location. They just recently moved into this new building so the sales floor is real nice. Clean and shiny. Everyone at the counter is always for help and help you feel comfortable with whatever question you may need. Also their rewards program is great to get as it helps when you buy car supplies regularly. For our car needs it's the only store my wife and I visit in town simply because of their fantastic service.

I recently had to get my battery replaced and Taylor (the Store Manager) went above and beyond to make sure I had the right battery and it was installed correctly. Cannot recommend this place enough!
