Very professional. Clean waiting room. Impressive text quotes which were spot on. Very reasonable prices. Thorough and found 2 other actual problems they evidenced with photos. This potentially saved us from future unknown problems while traveling out of state on vacations. Outstanding warranty. Highly recommend and will use them again, if needed!

I m from out of state and borrowed my brother s extra car to pick up my mom from the hospital in Lebanon. On the way to her house the flat/low tire indicator came on. I pulled into the Mt. Juliet location and explained my situation to Matthew. One of the technicians proceeded to check all the tires and fill them with air for no charge. Everyone was super courteous and personable. I will recommend them to my family and friends here.

Front staff is always so friendly and welcoming. This is my go-to for auto repair. I love the digital inspection that I get whenever I bring my vehicle in. They take pictures so I can see what it is that needs repair, and if need be they will walk me around and show me in person. The techs break down what work needs to be done and I feel informed every time. Very convenient and easy. We love Autofix!

I really hate posting this but I figured I had to do other people a favor. Really tried trusting this place and even after several mistakes I forgave them and gave them another chance ($2,000 chance), that is.. until they tried to treat me as an ATM.Just had new rotors installed 2 months ago and they told me that the are already starting to score and that I would need new set ($1,000 parts/labor) asked to show pic, nothing wrong with them so I declined.I decided to take my vehicle to another mechanic. One look and he shook his head, rotors are perfectly fine.So unless you feel like just donating them money, I d stay far away from them.*edit 4/8 response to businessThere was nothing to turn nor to be saved, rotors were completely fine, the only thing saved is $1000 from you guys. I didn t want to mention it, but since you responded the way you guys did, I ll go ahead and mention the pads you charged me $150 for I found online for $17, exact same brand.

excellent. we have been customers of Euro Zone for years. i had my 2017 Nissan Rogue in for the routine 100,000 mile service, but they identified some dangerous elements of my car and repaired them. Very reassuring that they look out for your safety like they do.The staff was incredibly helpful and resourceful.And i met a musical hero of mine, Joe Stamply, in the waiting room and had a great conversation about mutual musical friends and experiences.Where else could you find that.thank you.MAB(your commercials on 99.7 do the trick.

I went to Auto Fix three times after buying my car. I have never taken it anywhere else. I recently went for an oil change and was told the cap to my break fluid was missing and would require a flush and replacement. The associate handed me an $800 estimate for superfluous services and said it s not that bad then proceeded to try to convince me to get a rental car for a minor issue that was not affecting my driving or safety. After paying the $180 bill to replace the cap and fluid I asked the mechanic how this could have happened. He said it was likely the last person who serviced my car. I have not had anyone else under the hood since I bought it. Total scam.

The work done was top of the line work. My estimate had changed by time I picked my truck up however the customer service shown that they are for putting the customer first. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and recommend people who needs work done , this is the place to go. AutoFix

I took my 20+ year old car in to have the brakes looked at before I make a 3 day trip back to Canada. After having the brakes looked at, Tim Quaranta worked with me and between him and the technician that looked at my car they decided that I would be okay to drive back to Canada without having work done. In my opinion, they could have tried to soak me for a lot of money but didn't. That is first class service and I would recommend them to anyone for not taking advantage.

Staff is always smiling and courteous. They scheduled my vehicle in a timely manner on short notice. Routine maintenance relatively quick... waiting area is clean. I've compared prices to other auto shops and dealerships; they are definitely competitive as well.

AutoFix has been Great. I have been dealing with them for years on several different vehicles. The quality of work, and the timely work that they do is wonderful. Pricing is very good, and the management and staff are Amazing. I am a mail carrier, and the convenience that they have given me, and how they work around my crazy schedule is great. Thank you for what you do AutoFix! Also, I have told some of my mail carrier friends who have a POV like me to come to them also for work needed to be done. They recently fixed my suspension issues on my 2003 Lexus, and it drives like new! Thanks again Autofix.Service: Transmission

Everyone at AutoFix was amazing!!! We had a last minute repair before traveling out of state for the holiday plus finding that our brakes needed desperately replaced. Thru not only was able yo fit us in but also went above and beyond to get all repairs completed within a timely matter the same day!!! And with a smile on their face! Thank you thank you!! To All staff at AutoFix! You are All So Appreciated!!!

Highly recommend AutoFix. Price is reasonable and the gentleman at the front is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained things in great detail, which I appreciated. I was looking for a reliable place and I m glad I found AutoFix.

This place is horrible. Over priced, charged 100% mark up on some parts. They go by book time not real time it takes them to complete the job. If the job takes them 1 hour book time will be 2+ hours. Replaced brake master cylinder after I told them it was replaced a month or so ago.

The mechanical work has been pretty satisfactory, but every time I call to get my car in the people I talk to are in so much of a hurry in a rush that they don t listen to what needs to be done with the car. This last time I had four items I would like to get taken care of and she was in such a rush that I stopped after two and I won t do the other two there.

Do not go there!n!! Went in for replacement of ECU electronic module $4000. They were the highest cost, higher than two dealers. Charged $596 for diagnosis and then quoted $8000 for engine replacement. Run from this place.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

AutoFix was incredibly professional--and even though I thought I had a broken headlight, they correctly diagnosed that I actually had a broken turn signal and bad oil, and fixed both for much cheaper than similar auto repair places.

What a great experience! I travel down to Franklin from East Nashville due to their payment plan for a relatively expensive fix to my jeep. They were communicative and so helpful! I ended up needing to go back and they promptly fit me into the schedule and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Any car issues are a pain, but they eased the situation and helped me understand!

Took my 95 F-150 in there to get looked at.They came back in 10 minutes at told me to, bring it back to whoever I bought it from And did not help me diagnose any issue.I will never take ANY of my vehicles there again.What has this world come to?

Autofix was great for my AC repair. I called to tell them what the issue was, & was able to bring my car in and get it looked at for free right after. They had it for less than an hour and let me know the solution, which was $100+ cheaper than all other quotes I had gotten. I told them I had to think about it because it was an expensive repair and they didn t pressure me at all. This is ultimately what decided to bring me back several days later and have the work done. I appreciate the professionalism here, as well as the no-appointment approach and the knowledge of the mechanic which resulted in a bit of a money-savings for me.

I received a promotional mailer that had multiple options for discounted services. When I called to book I mentioned that I was unsure if it was worth it to get an alignment if I was getting a new car soon. The person I was speaking to assured me that it would be better in the long run if I did, and when he quoted how much an alignment would be I was shocked as I was expecting it to be more than what was quoted. As for the service call itself you have the option for a timed appointment or just leave the vehicle with them. I had an appointment originally but had to switch to leave it with them and they were understanding of that. It s also nice that they have a courtesy shuttle to take you to and from the garage plus they text you when the vehicle is ready! All in all a great experience! I will most likely use Auto Fix again!!!
