Finding a mechanic I trust isn't easy, but I trust Auto Clinic!My daughter needed work done on her car. The staff here were professional and the word price was reasonable so we chose to use Auto Clinic. They did a great job, fixed the issue and got it done quickly. But more than that, by the end, they acknowledged that their quote was for a different feature package and actually cost less than they quoted. They could have pocketed the extra and we wouldn't have known. But they proved they are trustworthy. I highly recommend Auto Clinic!

Cannot say enough good things about Auto Clinic of Franklin! The staff are kind, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it repaired the same day. They even let us know that the initial quote included a part for a car with ABS (which our daughter's car doesn't have) so the final cost was $125 less than expected. They obviously didn't have to share that info and could have taken it as profit but they chose to let us know and save her money. What a blessing!

Edit 9/16/23: I finally encountered an issue at Auto Clinic. After a brake job I was hearing a grinding sound. Brought it back and they diagnosed/remedied free of charge as it was due to a mistake. Mistakes happen, but not all businesses make good on them. They've been keeping my vehicles running for years and I'll continue to drive out of my way across town to come here.Good, honest people. They diagnose issues for free while other shops charge diagnostic fees. Give options on things that must be fixed vs things that could wait. They have sent me to the dealership after diagnosing issues that they felt were under warranty, they were right and it saved me $$. Hard to find a mechanic that has these qualities, that is why work has to be scheduled forward at auto clinic. I send all my friends here and none have ever been unhappy.

I'm a little ashamed for not posting about Reece and his team sooner. These guys are amazing. I've been coming to Reece for years and he's a long time family friend. Everyone that works here is intelligent, considerate, patient, honest and efficient. It's honestly a relief to know that places like Auto Clinic of Franklin still exist with excellent customer service and professional staff. Cheers guys! Greg Hubbard is fantastic to work with. He makes the process of car service and repair an enjoyable one. In fact, my husband & I have been so impressed by Auto Clinic of Franklin our extended family hears us rave about how great they are.... & they've all switched to using them as well!

The absolute best gas/diesel mechanic shop in town (Down Home Diesel right down the world does amazing work but is expensive, good guys there too)Auto Clinic has been my go to for simple maintenance and part replacement since about 2015. Even if I moved 2 hours away I would trailer my trucks to them because I know I ll still be saving money. They are honest (the most valuable trait of a shop in today s world), communicative, do good work, and have let me examine broken parts and explained in detail the process (for my own future knowledge). If you re new to franklin, stop kicking sand and go give these guys your car. You ll save money and be treated well.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I just moved to Franklin, needed to find an honest auto shop in a hurry because my truck was in bad shape after driving across the country. The guys here went above and beyond to diagnose my vehicle, they provided me with different options and quotes. Logan was so extremely helpful and honest, keeping me updated on the repairs. Austin and all the guys I met were friendly and I felt like I was in good hands, 100% recommend this shop!!

I ve had numerous repairs and maintenance appointments here including my personal and company vehicles. They ve always provided the correct diagnosis, repairs and reliable maintenance service, with honesty and integrity not commonly found in the area. Super clean shop and waiting area with friendly customer service, helpful advice, and competitive pricing. They are former Beaman dealership employees so you can trust their expertise. Unlike other repair shops, I ve never felt they were too busy and not attentive to my vehicle. I highly recommend their services to all my friends and family. You won t be disappointed.

I searched the South Nash area for a place to fix my trucks differential. The gentleman I talked to walked me through what could be the problem and what would be the best procedure. He also gave me a quote. Not only was that quote on the money, they did more work for less than the dealer would have. Price was right! Knowledge was great! Truck runs great. Thanks to everyone at this shop!! I would highly recommend.

Jeremy and Reece are great guys with an awesome staff! It's so nice to know that they are taking such good care of my car - I truly feel like one of the family. I've always gotten honest evaluations and great service here, and expect to be a customer for life!

These guys treated me well and got me fixed up in 2 days. Had 3 other shops tell me either my truck couldn't be fixed unless an extensive engine repair was done, or they flat out wouldn't do the repair at all. These guys not only fixed the problem quickly but also for 1/5 of the cost I was told it would take. As far as I'm concerned this place sets the bar, and every other shop will struggle to keep up

I was referred by someone to go here and I went thinking I had a Alternator problem come to find out and thankfully it was just the battery. The staff was extremely helpful and honest!!! (hard to find now of days) but, I would highly recommend any of the team there as there super helpful and good ole boys!!! I'll definitely make Auto Clinic my only place of business that I go to from now on when I have issues with my vehicle.

Greg and his staff are TOP NOTCH! We take all our vehicles to the guys at the Auto Clinic. My truck was having some trouble while on a trip. Greg collaborated with the out of town mechanic to get me back on the road.They treat you like family and they are honest!

Honest and good mechanic.Always good to get things done quickly for a fair price.Part of a good mechanic is being able to advise you on what needs to be done now and what you can wait to do later. These guys are great at giving good advice.

My husband and I were referred to AutoClinic by a friend when we moved to Nashville 3 years ago, and have never been disappointed. We had previously tried another mechanic, but once we found Jeremy at AutoClinic, we haven't been anywhere else. Their honesty and fair pricing are a hard quality to find these days. We love their drop off service- we leave a car out front with a note, and they call when they know what's wrong, and we discuss the options for repair. We are a working class family who values our hard-earned money, and Jeremy treats us that way. We truly appreciate the service that we get with all the guys at the AutoClinic.

The Auto Clinic prices are reasonable and their work may be relied on. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's the best place of its kind in my experience (my age is 76).

Very good at diagnostics. Have saved me and other friends serious money. Also very customer friendly. They are a bit hard to find on Old Carters but worth the hunt.

You will not find a more honest, professional, and experienced group of mechanics in the Nashville/Franklin, TN area. Been doing business with Reece and Jeremy for over 5yrs and they have always given me top notch service.

Before you go the franklin auto clinic please read...You all no that when you go to a mechanic to get you vehicle fixed they can pretty much make up any price to charge you if you dont no that they can and do. I had a minor problem with my truck and thought i would take it to a local mechanic in franklin " franklin auto clinic " after i took my truck into the shop to get a problem with my engine fixed needed new wire plugs etc replaced witch they told me was the problem causing my engine light to turn on and they said not a problem we will fix it. I get a call 1 day later saying we put new plugs and wire on your engine but it was not the problem...A... why would you tell me that was the problemB... why would you complete the job knowing that it wasent the problemC.. they charged me 500 dollars.... for new plugs and wires replaced 60 bucks in partsD. every time you call them they seem to always be in a rush to get off the phoneE. after getting the great news they didnt fix my car and i ow them 500 bucks for doing a job they told me was the problem witch wasent they continue to give me a list of problems with my truck like brakes.. new oil change ... etc.. they did a full expection on my truck and will find anything and everything that is wrong with your truck so they can fix it and charge even more $$$$ like quoting me 500 bucks for 2 front brakes and rotors....after doing the research is 84.00 in parts so they charge 416.. profit thats called screwing someone i would of rather just had them focus on fixing my truck the right was then worying about other problems they can find to screw you againyou no if you are questioning witch auto clinic to go and doing to research before going to one just keep this in mind i am a hard working male and i felt like someone did me wrong once i left almost like a sick feeling in my stomach for a good week so i took time out of my day to go on here to write a review witch ive never done before to maybe help someone outgood luck

Impressed with the integrity of this company! Choosing a mechanic can be intimidating but I found the folks at Auto Clinic of Franklin to be honest and have the customers interest as their primary concern! We will be back!
