Stopped in to get a extension brush to clean my car. The employee was a great help and pointed me to the one he purchased. It was exactly what I wanted. And cut down my car washing to half. It had a super soft mop head. Plus I signed up for bonus points and instantly got a $5.00 coupon.

Went in to have a battery tested after a high sales scare tactic oil change venue tried to tell me I needed a new battery- Advanced Auto Parts tested my battery for free and shows me that my battery still had life to it and did not need immediate replacement. I appreciate she took the time to provide excellent service and care even when there was no purchase needed. Will return when I do need a battery without hesitation.

I will not shop at any other auto parts store. Anytime I go into this location everyone is so helpful. I just purchased some wiper blades and Jeremy helped me find the right ones (who knew there wasn't only 1 type of blades) I respect the fact that he didn't try to force me to buy the most expensive option and he asked me if I needed to purchase wiper fluid. He was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy! I've also dealt with Wayne in the past and he is a rock star! 10/10 service 100% of the time!

I recently visited Advance Auto Parts on Columbia Avenue in Franklin Tennessee and received absolutely fantastic service. The parts counter rep, Wayne, spent at least 20 minutes with me helping me find the right fasteners for my truck's tail light. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help me out.What really impressed me was that Wayne even walked out with me to my car to make sure that the fasteners he recommended fit my truck. It's not often that you find someone who is willing to go that extra mile to make sure you're getting the right parts for your vehicle. I truly appreciate the time and effort that Wayne put into helping me out.Overall, I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts on Columbia Avenue and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and exceptional service. Thanks again to Wayne and the rest of the team for all of your help!

Always a pleasant experience here at Advance. The guys are super helpful and always help me find what I need, and if they don't have it in stock, they can usually get it within a couple of days. Highly recommend this location.

I order my parts online regularly and they're always waiting for me at the store 30-45 minutes later. Returning things I don't use is easy, the guys are always friendly and helpful, and can't beat the regular online discounts. Just wish they would Honor the online discount if you're physically in the store already, but the guys have told me multiple times that's a corporate issue they wish they could change because they're frustrated by it as well.

Service was good initially until I had to return the item I purchased minutes after leaving the store. I tried the product but it would not work for me. When I walked back in to return the guy who was previously very helpful became sour. Very apparent that he was not happy that I was returning the item. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

We use this store for all our car needs. Are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped install a new battery and windshield wipers. As a woman they are not condescending to me and actually listen to my comments. Have been great about returning items.

I was traveling with a family of 6 from AL to OH when we had an issue with a vehicle sensor. I was able to relatively quickly fix the issue in their parking lot but got greasy hands in return. I asked to use their restroom and was told that they have NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. I've never experienced this at a parts store.I showed them my hands and insisted that I needed to wash up somewhere so I was offered the faucet at their MOP PAN. An employee begrudgingly got me some hand cleaner from the restroom that was next to the mop pan. This store and Advance Auto Parts should be ashamed for denying a paying customer a restroom and a clean sink to wash their hands. I rate places based on how I think they would treat my wife or kids if they were there doing business. For that reason alone, they get one star.

Picked up a UPS delivery here. Second time in this store. Both times, I've been very impressed by the people who work here. I made an extra purchase for my daughter's car that I've been putting off. Appreciated the advice from the guys here.

These guys are great! I called and they answered the phone (two places I called before this didn t). They let me know on the phone that they had the battery I needed and they could install it. Jeremy helped answer my questions and installed the new battery quickly. I am very happy with the level of service I received.

I usually only get cleaning supplies here, so I'm limited in what I can comment on. That said, this store is always clean, well stocked on items I am looking for, and the guys working at the store have always been friendly and willing to help with locating items or answering any questions automotive related. Good place.

Upside: the employees. They are overly helpful and greet you right when you walk in and will find everything for you (and some things they'll install). Downside: pricing online is cheaper with discount codes and sales and you'd be better off to buy it online and pickup in store. But then you have to find it online first... ugh. I wish pricing would just be the same both places so I wouldn't have buyer's remorse!

You get good customer service, but sometimes I can buy my parts on line at a cheaper rate. That being said if you need it right now they most likely will have it , within 24 hours.

Standard Advance Auto Parts fare. Reasonably helpful staff. The building itself is difficult to see when driving south on 431. When heading north you can see it properly though, however it is easiest to turn onto the street when heading south.
