Fed Day was great to work with when buying our be Canyon. We are out of state buyers and he coordinated and organized everything with us ahead of time so that when we arrived at the dealership all we had to do was finish the paperwork and we were on our way in just a little over an hour.Our finance manager was also great to work with and didn't try to oversell us on upgrades.

I had a 2 inch leveling kit installed and Logan was great on the initial consultation and appointment booking. I also interacted with Daniel and two other people (a man during the evening pickup and a lady when paying my bill).....all were consummate professionals. They also ordered a warranty repair item that hopefully will be coming in soon (backordered). I'm sure they will get me in as soon as they receive it.

I traded my old car for an almost- new car at Valley Chevrolet yesterday. My salesperson, Michelle Matthews, was the consumate professional. She was ready for me when I got there and had the car pulled around and ready to drive. She worked through the deal with me. I was in and out with a new car in less than three hours. It was stress-free and easy. I highly recommend that those who want a new vehicle take a little drive to Fayetteville to Valley Chevrolet. It's pain-free. Thanks Michelle and everyone there. Love my new car!

My experience was quite out of the ordinary but nonetheless, an absolutely amazing one. I'm from Louisiana and had been looking all over for the new 2024 Buick Envista. I finally found the one I wanted at Valley and made the call. I spoke with Fred who handled everything over the phone. This happened on a Thursday. They even agreed to meet me half way to shorten the almost 8 hour drive. By Friday around lunch time, I had taken possession of my new Envista!!!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

I was working Leisha who was extremely dedicated and helpful from start to finish. My sale was especially difficult because I m from Houston and had a trade in as well. Nevertheless, she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and easy transaction.

The entire vehicle purchase was a wonderful experience. Very professional staff with everyone friendly and helpful from our sales rep Rebecca to the sales manager Lewis and yes even the finance went well with Heath ;))The wife and I both felt like this was the best buying experience ever which was our 10th vehicle in 40 years.

Overall I had such a wonderful experience! Fred and Michelle were both awesome. Everyone I spoke with on the phone beforehand, to the sales person , as well as the financial person were all super nice and helpful. This is my second vehicle purchase through their dealership and I will definitely recommend to anyone and buy again in the future.

You hide fees which is very fraudulent in the state of Tennessee and you all are doing absolutely nothing to correct it!! I have asked for copies of my paperwork and have yet to receive that either.. I will never do business with you all again and I will continue to report you all to every BBB, GM and consumer affairs outlet that I can.. That was the most slimmest thing a sales man could do to a client and it's almost like you all are proud of it!! What a shame!

I saw a very nice looking 2015 FR-S on their site a few weeks ago and called over the weekend to ask about it. I spoke with Rebecca who was knowledgeable about the car and was willing to get me an out the door price prior to my driving down since I live over an hour away and I hate playing the typical dealership games.She called back within half an hour and they agreed to my offer so I headed down for a test drive. The car was not misrepresented at all! It was immaculate inside and out, drove wonderfully and put a huge smile on my face.Now, this is a fairly difficult car to find:2015 Scion FR-S, Release 1.0 series, upgraded sound, leather, spoiler and most importantly...a MANUAL 6-Speed!There were no tricks or games when it came time to purchase. They fully honored the price we agreed upon in advance, got me an excellent rate so I financed through them and was happily driving home within an hour.I've loved the Scion FR-S since Toyota/Subaru debuted the concept all those years ago. They got me in an impossibly fun and stock (unmodified) version of the car I've wanted and they were so easy and nice to deal with.Can't recommend these folks enough. I have been looking for the Chevy Trax for a while. Your dealership is the only one I could find that actually had them in stock on their lot. I couldn't believe it was true. It was and Michelle had the car out and ready for me when I arrived. She was wonderful and so was Heath. I would definitely recommend Valley Chevrolet to everyone I know. Don't go to this place for service, They kept my car over a month and couldn't fix it. On top of that they charged outrageous fees just to look at the car.

Leisha is an awesome sales lady. Traded on my 2017 GMC Terrain and got the car I wanted a 2020 Chevy Traverse. Love it! Would recommend!

Loved EVERYTHING about this deal. I usually hate everything about purchasing a car and have been without one since January because I dreaded the experience. Michelle was amazing to work with even though I had to do everything through text. The finance guy (I m sorry I don t remember his name) was awesome explaining everything to me like I was a person and not another deal to work. He encouraged me to look over everything and didn t try to sneak in fees like other local dealerships. I definitely felt comfortable walking out of there!
