Service was friendly and very helpful. I told him I was shopping around, and I honestly told him that I was going to buy online instead since it was cheaper. Then he gave me a great price match and saved me the wait of shipping.

Best customer service in town! Thought I needed an EGR valve, but the asst. mgr (sorry, sadly I can't remember his name) noticed that the vacuum line was off. Saved me $100!! They are always friendly and helpful, and never condescending when a woman comes in to buy parts. They have my business for life!

Best O'Reillys I've ever been in. Store manage knows his stuff. Fast service friendly employees. Never once have i gotten the wrong part pulled for my order. I woukd recommend anyone to use this store. Great peoole

.I am an O'Reilly customer now even though their parking lot is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They may ask what seems like waaay too many questions about your vehicle but it somehow helps them find the exact part you need; from 6 different manufacturers and 6 different prices and quality standards, in house, and ready to go. They'll test your battery for you and if it needs new one. They'll put it on for you. They'll replace headlamps, wiper blades, fuses, or let you use the tool cart to do it yourself if you're so inclined.To summarize, Oreilly is competitive with their pricing, knowledgeable oftheir parts, friendly with their tools and generous with their help.

I get my car parts there, struts, shocks, water pump and fuel pump. My car has 186k miles on it and runs great - last December I drove to Phoenix. AZ and back with no problem.

They fixed my problem with my battery and let me sit down when I started feeling woozy!! I had gone to Advance auto and they wouldn't do anything except tell me to go to Ford. They'll never see me again. I'll go to O'Reilly's from now on. Should have gone there first.

Store was clean and in order. Employees were nice and helpful even though they had to work on Thanksgiving!! Also the only auto parts store in town open today.

On the day of 4.21.17 at 2:30pm, fay. t.n. o'reillys employee who drives a black ford crown vic. with grey gt wheels. bought a car wash at PJ Express car wash. After his wash he leaves and mins. later returns and his complaint was legitimate and understanding from what had happened, after openly admitting that he had used "some kind of wax"!? on his car weeks before. My only Concern is that Your Employee displayed many changes in his behavior from being understanding to angry, multiple times. In his angry moments I was insulted when he called me a A**hole the first time, pushing on with conversation soon after I'm a D***, again trying to press on and find a best solution for us both again becoming angry,I'm a A**hole and makes the complaint that he works in customer service to, that he "isn't paid enough either"! as a 7 year manager for different car wash's around the south east I didn't mind this insult as much as the childish name calling, this insult just raises the question,is your employee truly happy at his work place and also if not, is this unhappiness the cause of these insulting and erratic changes in behavior? From every one at PJ Express Wash we hope this message finds a way to be helpful.
