The people there were great!! I showed up 5 minutes before closing time and I was in a bind and needed a car. The lady that helped me stayed late and took care of me. Gave me a great deal too!!! Will definitely be going back again!!

If you need car rental services, call these great folks! We had been promised a car by another company. They called us the afternoon before we had to leave our car for repairs. They had no car available, after all! We called Fayetteville Automotive and they met us on time with a very nice vehicle, a reasonable price and very friendly service. They went out of their way to make a hard situation turn into a good ending! We will definitely call them if we need car rental services in the future!!! Thank you, Fayetteville Automotive!!! I rented a large SUV for the weekend. All dings were pointed out. And I had an outstanding weekend a lot cause my ride was so nice and comfortable. I highly recommend Fayetteville Automotive's car rental department. You will not be disappointed.

My total problem with your service was the price you already got paid $80 to swap out a handheld device in my car and I had to pay $91 for you to replace a single fuse there is why the problem lies I mean if you want to return 50 bucks to me that would be fine by me buddy

These guys are great. I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and they were very straight forward with everything. The vehicle is in great shape. I ran into an issue with the battery though 2 months later so I called them then brought it to them and they got right on it. The vehicle came with a warranty but the battery itself wasn't a part of it. They took care of it though with no issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, reliable and professional automotive center. Apparently now they also offer car audio equipment as well as rims and name brand suspension parts such as Rough Country which is great in itself. I went there for my Ford Edge to get fixed but I found myself interested in suspension parts for my Nissan Xterra now. There prices also seem reasonable.

I took a Mercedes to have a computer system replaced. After that the car was going to Hudson s Automotive on Winchester rd to have minor damage to the fender repaired. There were over 60 codes that were not cleared, and Progressive insurance viewed this as too costly of a repair, so they totaled the car. I went to the dealership with intentions of talking to the owner. I thought it was a law to clear codes but after talking again with Hudson s learned that their policy is to never release a car that could be a hazard or put driver and passengers in danger. The $1200 that was paid to Fayetteville Automotive a waste of money because the car was totaled due to the codes not being cleared. The owner yelled and talked awful to me, telling me to leave. If a person has done nothing wrong, why was he unable to control his temper? I hope Fayetteville Automotive will begin to take the safety of a car into consideration before releasing it to be driven. Fayetteville Automotive is opening a door for future liability by not having safety policies in place. The owner should have been willing to have a conversation with me without his temper getting the better of him.

Customer service is amazing! We had an accident and they got me into a rental the same day I called. There was an issue with the rental and with no hesitation they had me another rental ready in no time! Thank y'all so much for helping me.

They never have what you need when you need it. Or their faxes/emails checked to be able to help you by being able to look up anything. There answer is usually go away then come back bc they simply don't want to deal with anything at the time. Sad but true. No one even says hello when they clearly see you waiting for someone to help you

Super friendly staff. I needed brakes while visiting from NJ and they made an appointment on the same day to get it done. They offered a fair price and got me back on the road. They even let me wait with my dog in the lobby while they worked. Well done!

Had an family emergency & needed to rent a car to go to ouisiana, Chad was WONDERFUL..He picked us out a mid size sedan that was perfect for our needs. He went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip. His kindness & helpfulness got me through an already stressful situation without any more unnecessary problems. I will DEFINITELY RETURN BACK TO FAYETTEVILLE AUTOMOTIVE for any future car rental needs I may have. The service from one employee sometimes makes all the difference in the world..THANKS AGAIN CHAD..UR THE BOMB!!!

On Jan 19.2022 I had an intoxalock devise installed on my vehicle. I am so thankful to Fayetteville Automotive because it is quite a difficult deal both for the business and the customer. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed along with a full understanding of the devise. A special thanks to Chad and Adam. I will be returning to this business.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change. When I returned I was told they fixed a wiring harness and I was being charged over $300. The man at the desk was rude but he did make it right with us. I'm giving 5 stars because the man worked with us when we explained we didn't ask or tell them to fix anything but to change fluids. I would use them again but keavw specific instructions.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have used Fayetteville Automotive since they opened, over 5 yrs. I wouldn't go any where else. There work is impeccable. The owners are very knowledgeable ,caring people. Come to find out they put three times as much freon in the system trying to fix the AC. But what that did was it caused the AC not to come on because of a pressure sensor. And then they told me it would cost thousands of dollars to have it fixed. When it was them that caused the problem in the first place. Also they were saying that the vehicle had a knock and that it was needing a new motor. Come to find out it had a broken spark plug which they had installed.Service: Air conditioning

Takes to long to get your car back and when it goes in for one thing it ends up being more and don't even call you when something goes wrong or ask if they can do they just do it and charge you out the but for a small job I got charged 925.00 for a plug change and they said I had a wire problem and never called me or anything and my car is still not fixed right so if you want your car done right don't take it there

Great to deal with. Honest. We have them change the oil on our Land Rover and Lexus, so much cheaper than taking it to HSV or Brentwood.
