Took 3 hours to change 4 tires and workers were completely rude and would not communicate with us at all about anything. This place is cheap for a reason, go elsewhere and get a better experience.Service: TiresService: Tires

The cashiers were very friendly and courteous. The time I spent there was excessive and more than what it should have been ,so to lack of knowledge of product,but the 2 cashiers/ employees inside made the time pass easily. I was satisfied with the transaction,over all.

I always go here for my oil changes. The techs are amazing and experienced. I have a new car that has a very special oil filter. For some reason, I could only get this filter from the dealership but Walmart was willing and able to install this for me at no additional charge same day.

Damaged interior of my vehicle and tried to put things back to look fine like broken cupholder and also price was more than told when selecting tires. Was also charged for things I did not want like lifetime rotation and I only bought two tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

Listen best service and they truly care!!! I could not ask for a better tire care automotive team! It is a rare find. But hey that is why rural is cool!!!

Every time I come here to get a tire the men there say they can t get my lug nuts off. I have had to go as far as buying a 4 way from them and loosening the lug nuts myself before they can change the tire. They are slow and rude every single time. I have kept going back because of the convenience. (There s not many tire places here) but I will not go back there. Today was the last time. Myself and 3 other customers were at the counter waiting for at least 10 minutes while all of the men were in the garage 2 of which were sitting down.Service: Tires

I have bought sets of tires for multiple cars. Batteries replaced and oil changes performed. All has gone well. However, It seems sometimes they could use more personnel and possibly be a little bit more informed on their products. Prices are fair and service reasonably quick. Plus you can shop in Walmart while you wait. How convenient is that?!

I drive between Montgomery and Nashville every week. I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. They found a problem with 1 of my tires that was caused by the Ford dealership not doing a proper rotation and balance the last time I got it done. Probably saved me a bad wreck, but for sure saved me a blow out. They got me in and out quick too. Good job guys!

Understaffed. Unprofessional. Rude. Been going here for some time for the convenience of being near my house and being able to rotate tires and get an oil change. For this convenience I overlooked the fact they never called when finished as promised. They rarely finish within the time they promised. Tire rotation machine was broken forever. They never say thank you. The final straw was when I took my car in last time and they wouldn t touch my tires due to abnormal wear resulting from over inflation. Mind you I never put air in the tires. I bring in on schedule for rotations and they take care of checking my pressures. They offered to prorate 2 new tires but charge me for installation and all the other charges they tack on. Not to mention having a mismatch set of tires. So either the tires were poor quality or someone there overinflated them. Rant over. Will take my business elsewhere. You could do so much better WalMart.

Had tires put on and they were not balanced correctly. I understand mistakes can be made and t he manager was wonderful to deal with and got me in at a convenient time to fix the issue. The ticket writer "Diane" however needs some serious customer service training. She had no intent to make it right, no apology that it was not done correctly, then even when the manager told me he would try to set a time to correct it that worked with my schedule, when i called she still said no they couldn't schedule anything. Luckily I walked in and the manager and supervisor were able to squeeze me in to correct the issue. Thank you to them!

They misplaced my crome valve caps and told me the stock plastic ones where on there to begin with. I can overlook them misplacing an easily replaced $10 product. I'm not ok with being accused of lying and being treated like a crookService: TiresService: Tires

After reading some of the rants on here about Walmart Auto Center makes me laugh. If you want superior auto service and high quality tires go to Firestone or Pep Boys and spend 3 grande on new tires. The service will be the same and you will complain about how they didn t make eye contact with you when you were talking to them.Then we will have to read about how much you ve spent and it s their fault because you made the mistake of filling your tires up too much. This Farview auto center has always been great. They always complete the job under the time they say and I have never had a problem with my tires. I will continue coming back for their great service and low prices. Thank you Walmart!!

You are unable to purchase using a credit card check. Walmart uses telecheck to approve checks. Telecheck only approve personal or company checks. Wow ! Really convenient for the consumer when that is what Walmart tries to promote.

So, i just had a strange experience getting mine and my wifes oil changed and our tires rotated. The service was fine and all that, but when they rang me up, the bill was like $30 more than i expected. Turns out that I had been charged for not just a tire rotation, but a rotate and balance. $10 per tire vs $2.50 per tire. Not a fortune, but not an insignificant amount either. The thing that upset me was that the lady acted like I was in the wrong and that i was just going to have to pay for it despite not having requested that service. She had a TERRIBLE attitude about the whole situation. Luckily, the shop manager, Dave, just happened to come to the counter at that moment and he handled it like a champ. He took care of the additional charges, no questions asked, with absolutely perfect customer service and grace. He even took the time to tell us about an observation be had had about one of our vehicles. Super nice guy. Walmart, you need to find a way to more clearly separate the two services to avoid this in the future, and dont forget the old Walmart-originated addage, 'the customer is always right...'

Love this Walmart and service center! The employees are kind and they do a great job. I recently moved out of the area, but I gladly make the hour and a half drive back because I know and trust their work. Told it would be 45 minutes still sitting after 2 hours. When you pay folks by the hour evidently there isn't much incentive to hurry.... Or care.... Leaving without having them do the work as they still haven't even thought about starting

I gave one star because I couldn't give a zero star, because that's what works there a bunch of zeros :-) Don't waste your time this place is a joke they hire wannabe mechanics that are lazy and can't even put a tire on right and then they do not honor their work...... I bought four brand new tires they were flat the next day two of them and they would not fix it. I took the wheels off my vehicle and brought them in and they wanted to charge me to reseat the tire. I asked to speak to a manager when she finally came out 30 minutes later she did not apologize that there was a problem she just talked to the half-assed mechanic first and came over with an attitude I had to go to Discount Tires and have them fix Walmart's mistake which they did for free I should have gone there in the first place I'll never buy tires or have a car worked on at a Walmart aga

Two days ago, I bought a tire and while traveling, the tire was flat. I arrived here in a hurry because I had a warranty, but I was denied service because They had no one to help. Eventually, I had to wait in front of their door for the insurance company to change the spare tire. As I waited with my children, I had to watch their singing and dancing.

I just want to say this is the only Walmart I've gone in for an oil change and spent less than an hour getting it done. The staff was helpful too. I've not had as good an experience at other Walmart Auto.

Tried calling to ask one question amd kept gwtting put on hold. When I decided to go in the store to ask my one question, I mentioned that I got put on hold for 20 minutes. The guy running the register said "well I've been busy for 20 minutes ". He was very rude!

They didn't take care of the warranty on the tires I bought for my wife's car and then lied saying they couldn't get the lug nuts lose after they put them on took.it to the dealership replaced the tires will not buy from Wal-Mart again
