The service is always 10 out of 5. They always are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Best truck stop I go to any where. Is always cleaner then the rest but it's the staff that make this one so great. They are always so positive even when it's busy. It is a great place and I wish all truck stops had this team. They make this spot great. Need them at every truck stop.

This is my favorite truck stop ever! The people are nice and positive. They give a great experience and greater environment. They don't just run you off when you are waiting on a load. And make me more than happy to spend my money there. All truck stops should be like this. Just always a great experience. Thank you guys so much y'all make the truck stop worth it. I wish y'all could be at every truck stop. Keep up the good work.

Pretty clean truck stop with large parking area.. the inside was pretty clean and they have a driver's lounge as well as a laundry facility.. hot deli food counter and a Denny's inside.. Cat Scale on premise as well.. it wasn't very crowded in the middle of the day but I'm sure it gets packed around sundown..

It doesn't have a good food menu.It has kind of a lot of truck parking. Sort of period it's small inside for a flying J which means the showers are small too.And the on and off ramps are not very friendly so this truck stopped ha it's not on the positive sidemaybe if I had a good food menu it would be. Asked

I went in for a shower on 9/30/23 around 2pm. I was disgusted and disappointed. There was trash on the floor, fingernail clipping on the floor and in the shower, the toliet wasn't cleaned and there were stains all on the seat. The shower wasn't cleaned and I kept sneezing then I realized there was dust built up on the fan and the ceiling. Also the towels were not clean either I smelled them and they smelled like mold. It was obvious that the towels hadn't been washed. I decided for my health and wellness it was best not to take a shower here. When I was in the hallway I noticed that the worker would change out the towels then put that the shower had been cleaned. I really believe people need to start calling the health department on this place the careless workers here is ridiculous. My best advice is avoid this place and if you can't just make sure you bring in your own cleaning supplies.

Showers are clean, there's always a shower available, they always stay on top of food but where the store really shines is their staff. The staff are awesome they're all kind they're all engaging and they're all nice to engage with. Whenever I'm in Nashville I always choose to come here especially if it's going to be for any length of time.

I stopped for a late night fuel and a bathroom break and didn't stay for anything else. The women's restroom was absolutely disgusting. Trash, dirt, and grime everywhere. It smelled like urine. Upon a second inspection, after leaving the restroom, the entire store was grimy and unkempt. Trash in the drink area. Piles of dirt along all the aisles and coolers. I opted out of any purchases due to a lack of desire to touch anything else in the store. The cashier and another employee seemed disinclined to do anything about it. I was barely acknowledged when I asked for my fuel receipt. They were too busy bad-mouthing and gossiping about another employee's performance. I pity the driver who has to stop here and decides to get a shower. I can only imagine how gross those are. The franchise should be embarrassed of this location!

I always stay at this flying j when I'm in the Nashville area. They have a large parking lot and the stay especially Anthony are always upbeat and friendly. See you guys next time I'm here!

Nice place to stop. Lots of truck parking. It does get a little tight with trucks parked all along the curb or parked wherever and not in spots. Clean bathrooms. Well stocked store. Ice bins are full. Coffee was hot.

Clean place. Good water pressure. The only thing that sucked was that it was hard to get signal. Don't like logging in to store wifi but I tried it cause I had to do some things, even that was understandably slow.

We stopped in on a weekend trip and I just wanted to say the shift leader/manager, Anthony was great! He helped us with the gas pump and told us all about the in store deals with the rewards card.

The deli food quality is terrible. Can buy a burger but nothing to go on it. The food needs a major improvement for the high price it is. Most of the employees have a bad attitude and could work on customer service skills.

I stopped by here just now to have a propane tank filled since it's advertised that they fill tanks. Go in to ask the cashier to fill it and pay of course and the cashier tells me oh we don't fill them after dark. WHAT!?! If I get there tomorrow by 3 it shouldn't be a problem.. are they serious most ppl are still at work at 3. Why advertise it if they can't sale. Very aggravated!

I m going to start with saying the wifi here is terrible. Never had this problem with any other flying j/pilot before. I parked as close to the building as possible because I was staying the weekend here waiting to go to my terminal (otr driver). I paid 20$ for a month of premium and it wouldn t let me connect. Luckily Dennys had wifi I could use.The showers are on the smaller side nothing special. They weren t super clean but not super dirty either.The workers are okay to deal with. Not terrible company.The Dennys food was not great. Overall I give the Dennys 2/5 friendly people not great food at this one.There s a good amount of parking and it doesn t get very busy until around 8pm.It s not a terrible place. Just don t try to use there wifi.

Fueled and recieved receipts quickly and efficiently. They have a Cat scale and some overnight parking for truckers. The place was clean and the coffee freshly brewed. Smaller than some of the Flying Js but it had everything I needed. Fuel, drinks, food, snacks, clean bathroom. I was satisfied with all recieved. I didnt notice if they had paid parking for truckers... which I'm against. If I fuel regularly there, then my parking should be FREE

Anthony and Sylvia were great. My husband and I aren't drivers but we're staying s9mewhere that doesn't have hot water and I was dying for a hot shower. Not being very familiar with how it worked Anthony showed us to our shower and told us what to do! great experience!

This was the Flying J that I overnighted after I stayed at the Veterans Memorial Park all day. Thank you for not running me off. So far I ve been blessed to make it this far without a lot of negative feedback. I try to be respectful everywhere I go in hopes to keep a positive energy flow.

Stopped during one of my longer work trips to get gas and stuff. 2 employees in the aisle next to me used more profanity in 3 minutes than I can even count. Mostly about their dissatisfaction with their employer and its job duties. The 3rd employee I mentioned this to didn't care and I've tried to reach customer service 3 different ways with absolutely no response. Apparently the management of this location and the entire chain is not interested in making sure customers aren't subjected to utter filth while giving their money to the business.

Soon as I pulled in and parked the guy on the cart emptying trash walked up to me and said I couldn't park where I'm at because it's prime parking. He watched me back in seeing I haven't even gotten out of the truck yet. I told him I had already paid online for the spot so yes I can! He gives me this look like I was lying and storms off. Yet nobody says anything to this steering wheel holder for parking on the shoulder even when there's spots open....

Anthony was very accommodating which is nice after a long trip from Texas. He was very nice and even went the extra mile and provided extra towels for my hair and brought me my card after leaving it at the counter. It's my first time using the showers here and I would recommend showering here if you're feeling hesitant like I was. They provided soap and towels.

Went in to get some dinner and a shower after a long day on the road. I'm an OTR driver. The Dennys was great, friendly service, good food, all that. Went to the counter to get a shower. The guy behind the counter scanned my card and told me I didn't have any shower credits, when I know I do, because I checked the app right before going to the counter. I was then told maybe I should go see if someone will give me a credit or I could pay cash. I will take my business to either Loves or TA/Petro from now. At least there....they CARE about drivers.

Shower are always clean, staff is always kind and courteous while still maintaining a professional environment. The food they have is fresh and readily available for any truck driver who's hungry!

The best flying J ive been to in a decade clean and well stocked staff is awsome and friendly very helpful especially Anthyony. Plenty of parking fir rigs and rvs alike. Got everything from fruit snacks to fresh pizza to the normal stuff. Showers and laundry availble on site aswell.

Had a temporary card was working the total was 5 dollars and some changes the guy at the desk I didn t get his name but he covered it for me 10/10 best pilot very hot water as we ll definitely stopping back whenever I m in Fairview TN

5:45 in the morning No hot breakfast foods no cold sandwiches tall scruffy employee Very dismissive. Bathroom floors Are sticky like they haven't been washed in a while.The bathrooms in the driver's Lounge were closed supposedly for cleaning but nothing was being done. Yes I got angry but I would expect a truck stop to have some food.
