Brought in our Jeep Compass for possible transmission issue. Team was very nice and knowledgeable. Ended up being a computer/electrical the dealer needed to provide an update for. They didn t charge for the inspection. I will definitely be back if I have future transmission needs.

Joey at Fairview Transmissions is not only incredibly knowledgeable about his craft, he is also a very stand up guy. It was such a blessing to deal with such a good man. He reminds me of my grandfather with such wisdom and a kind soul. He is an example of what most men used to be and a blessing to this world. God bless him.

I found Fairview Transmission the best way possible-word of mouth - and the Reviews only affirm the referral from others whom have done business with Fairview! Owner has been very responsive and transparent with his answers to my questions. I contacted Fairview as while performing a vehicle restoration, it was necessary to have transmission serviced as part of restoration As a business manager in a different sector of the auto industry (auto customization) I need to be able to have 100% confidence in others because I am REFERRING MY CUSTOMERS to them!?! And good or bad, right or wrong, it s ultimately a reflection on me and my business! I look forward to doing more business with Fairview in future-and hopefully they send their customers to Southern Ride Customs for our expertise in all things aftermarket! Thank you and keep up the great work Fairview Transmissions!

A relative was driving me in my car to the bank. The car would not shift out of first gear. My regular shop recommended Fairview Transmission. My car was towed to Fairview. The owner drove the car and said he couldn't find a problem. We finally realized that my friend had shifted into the manual gear so it would not shift. I was astounded that he said there was no problem so no charge. As a senior, I'm at the mercy of mechanics. I'm ever grateful that the Fairview Transmission guys were honest and caring. I recommend them highly and thank them for their excellent service.

Tremendously unpleasant and costly ordeal. Brought vehicle in 4 times for transmission and engine mounts over the span of a year and a half and engine mounts are still broken as of 1/3/23. Transmission finally working well after visit #4 end of 2022. I've lost many weeks of income, had to pay for a wheel alignment twice after they worked on it as they refused to reimburse for the damage they caused. They also cost me money for repeated tows, for diagnostics after claiming the issues weren't due to their work only to finally concede that they were, and cost me money on countless trips getting rides back and forth to their location (37 mins each way). They were always polite, but they took me to the cleaners nonetheless.

They are well known in our community as being professional and very good at their job which is strictly putting new transmissions into a car or truck. They get the job done and we were very satisfied with the work their team did on my vehicle. We didn't have the slightest problem with the vehicle after they placed the transmission into my car. Well done !

They did great work!! After they repaired our car and test drove it, they were not happy with the performance of one new parts they installed. They ordered another part and installed it at no extra charge. I was impressed by how conscientious they were, by not just letting it go and see if we noticed it.

Had transmission rebuilt, $1700got the vehicle back, transmission pan is leaking profusely, sensors left unplugged.pan gasket was torn almost in half in several areas, just completely chewed up. Replaced myself only to find it still leaking from the case. took it back. it was supposedly someone elses mess up. of course. let it sit for 2 weeks "looking for the part" which was from a used transmission that cost an additional $250 even though they were the ones to overlook the problem and were conveniently able to blame on someone else. Had it been caught initially like it should have been before leaving their shop I would have no issue paying the additional cost. Finally got it back for the second time, only to find the exhaust is loose at every junction and the expensive reusable gasket I put in gone and replaced by a cheap cork gasket, the same kind they had already chewed up once before.In addition, being condescending to your customers is also a horrible way to go about business. Not happy with any part of this situation.Wont ever go back, nor would I ever recommend for any work. Better off buying a whole new transmission and doing the work yourself and saving the hassle.

These guys have fixed or rebuilt 3 transmissions for me over the years and they have never let me down. Excellent work at a very fair price. Try getting a reasonable quote in Nashville, you won't. Fairview Transmission earns 5 stars in my book

Joey and the guys at Fairview Transmission did an amazing job on my old pickup truck. Transmission shifts better than it did when it was new.i definitely have a new friend and transmission guy for life. His whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Great guys

These guys care about their customers and the situation they could be in as I am self employed and all the income I bring in to support my family is through my vehicle. Brought it in on a Tuesday night. Got it back Friday morning. Can't say enough about how pleased I am!!! Telling everyone I know about them, and won't go anywhere else for transmission work!!

I've done business with them for the last 18 years. always great service. they've rebuilt many transmissions for my entire family. was just in today to get an inspection due to being told that my car had a major transmission leak by another shop. the staff at fairview transmissions inspected my car at no charge. turns out the previous shop was just trying to rip me off, as there was no leak whatsoever on my car. staff at fairview transmissions even took me out to see for myself that there was no leak. i will continue to have all my transmissions serviced by fairview transmissions. need more shops like them.

The guy named joey is dodgy and slippery. They put a remanufactured transmission less than a year ago for someone i know. The transmission is now shifting hard into second and slipping 3rd gear. They said that its just because the engine is old and doesnt make enough power to shift smoothly anymore. The most bs ive ever heard in my life. Do not take your vehicles here
