I broke down across the street in the post office parking lot Adrian and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful in helping troubleshoot the issue and getting me a new battery and assisting me until my husband could arrive to fix the other issues. (We live over an hour away.)The hospitality and helpfulness of this place was top notch. What a blessing to break down by them. Thankful for the entire staff and their assistance today!

Terrible Experience and would encourage everyone to "Stay away from this place". I brought my 2013 Lincoln Navigator in for an oil change and wheel balancing and rotation. During my visit I asked if they would be able replaced brake light which was out and both men doing my oil change said yes. While trying to replace bulb they broke the whole mounting bracket that holds rear light housing completely off as well as never replaced the bulb. This light was never an issue and was not broke when I came in before they broke it trying to figure out how to install a bulb. After breaking this they said it was not their fault and used duct tape to secure it after they broke it. They never offered to fix or repair the part they broke. They did no even offer a discount off my bill for the damage which I paid $146.89. This part they broke I have been trying to source appears to be over $225. I spoke with many members of their staff and they did nothing to fix or replace the damage they caused. I am telling everyone I know going forward to stay away from this location as they do not care about their customers and when they damage your vehicle you are out of luck. Sad, as my large family & friends has supported this business for many years. We will all be taking our business elsewhere going forward due to the handling of this issue and poor customer service. You just lost a lot of loyal customers.

This is a hidden gem. This is about the best value in a car wash around. You can get you vehicle cleaner that any drive through car wash for about a quarter of the price. It takes a little longer but the results are much better.

Had a nasty farm truck that I needed the interior cleaned well. I told them I was willing to pay for it because I knew how bad it was. For $65 they vacuumed everything and wiped down most surfaces. There were several obvious places that they either didn't do well, or even touched. They had vehicle for almost 24 hours, so they were not rushed on my side. If someone hadn't dropped me off to pick up I would have requested they correct, but I had places to be at this point.If you have a normal, everyday vehicle that needs to be cleaned out, they may do a good job, but if you need a deep clean you may want to go to a detailer.

Great place for an oil.change. Friendly and comfortable waiting room. Wish they didn't close down their automatic car wash. Really miss the convenience of getting a car wash and oil.change together at small time.

Brought our car in for an oil change and general inspection before we moved across the country. They assured us everything was great. Upon moving we brought it to the dealer for a recall. Was then informed that all 4 breaks needed to be replaced and were dangerously worn. Tires were also nearly bear, as well as having suspension issues. After they assured us everything was great and safe for cross country travel. Wouldn t go back if you paid me. Bring your car anywhere else. It s worth the extra drive NOT to go there. Put the life of everyone in my car at risk. Would give them 0 stars if I could.Services: Tires, Brakes

I pulled into Fairview Tire because I had a slow leak that wanted to get patched. Unfortunately, it wasn't repairable - the tech showed me the damage and I agreed it was time for 2 new tires.They had almost exactly what I was already using in stock and the price was competitive with the big chains.2 new tires on the car and I spent some time chatting with the owner and I was still in and out in 30 minutes. Super nice people end to end, and unlike the big box stores, I didn't feel like everyone was in sales regardless of what their primary job was. The business just has a really nice, professional, and honest feel to it and we will definitely take our cars there in the future.Service: Tires

My husband took his vehicle there for an oil change. They charged him for 6 quarts of oil in a 5 quart vehicle. Three weeks later, he had no oil in his car. There is no oil leak. Not only did they not put the oil in his car, they also didn t check any of the other fluids or do any of the things they are supposed to do when performing an oil change. My husband had to put 4 quarts of oil in his car as well as antifreeze. I most certainly wouldn t recommend anyone bring their vehicle to this place, unless they are willing to stand over them and watch them perform all of the duties they are supposed to do.Service: Oil change

We're having a problem with tires deflating, rims are corroded. They grinded the rim edges but the problem persisted. We had to end up getting new rims anyways because the rims were in bad shape. Fairview tire got us in timely and price is reasonable.

First time get to use car wash. I want a complete cleaning inside and out. The out side was sparkling beautiful job. Disappointing on inside. I ask the lady for a rag to wipe down the doors before I left she gave me one and explain they don t spend to much time on the inside due to Corona. The floor mats are Weather Tech as I drove home they dryer there still dirty. Overall there friendly great people. I will use again just not on the inside but will let the do the outside. It looks great

I've used their services several times and they are excellent! I've had tires patched, bought new tires which had to be ordered because they are an odd size. Adrian ordered the tires and I had them the next day! The car wash is the best one I've ever been to. They clean the interior of your vehicle too! Everybody is friendly , honest and helpful! Those are qualities hard to find these days.

Great local place. Probably the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. They are fair, reasonable, quick, and provide good quality service. I wish I knew about this place when I first moved to Nashville! Highly recommended. My wife takes her car here for routine work like oil changes. I used them for work on my brakes. Happy every time.

It's funny this is still called the Fairview car Wash as the car wash part of it is no longer in service. But you know what is in service? The most amazing tires, balance and alignment, oil change service available anywhere. Stop going to Walmart for your oil change! You're going to wait an hour to get your oil changed anywhere else even at places like jiffy lube. Here at the Fairview car wash I have three vehicles that I take in and each time even when busy it's only takes you about 15 to 20 minutes for an oil change. They don't try to sell me anything extra like Walmart or the other stores do. When I need my tires aligned all I do is call and make an appointment and I come in and it's done, no app scheduling or anything like that, every time you call you will talk to a real person. So if you're looking for a car wash you're going to be disappointed but if you want amazing service on everything else for your car then you got to come in because you will get an amazing deal on tires and servicing!

This place is very friendly. They do more than wash your car. I get my front end done here, tires and oil change. If you buy your tires here, when you have regular oil changes they rotate your tires so you don't forget. I've never really had to wait very long either. I think more people should shop local.

Took 2 cars here in one day to get a oil changes. The first was done and ready to go home within 30 minutes. The 2nd needed a car wash and oil change. The car wash line was long, but once they got to my car (which was extremely dirty) they got it cleaned up and into the oil change area in no time. Great service and decent pricing. First time using this place, but I will definitely come back.

This was our first visit to Fairview Car Wash & Tire, but it will not be our last. They were awesome to deal with and truly made us feel like we had been doing business with them for years. Gwinn was awesome and we will definitely be taking our vehicles to them from now on. We truly appreciated their honest approach that you do not always find in this industry. Thanks so much!!!

Flat tire in the middle of my road trip nowhere near my start or end point, but Adrian saved the day. I pulled off I-40 when I discovered the flat, and the gentleman who put my spare on told me about Fairview Car Wash & Tire which was just down the road five minutes thankfully. Even when it was discovered my tire couldn t be patched, Adrian called other businesses in the area in the direction I was headed. Incredibly sweet and so helpful. I was back on the road soon after he was able to set me up with a tire which was a welcome work around given the circumstances. Front desk was so pleasant and even permitted my puppy to walk around inside while we waited.

I literally just spent $1,300 less than a month ago to have brakes bushings ball joints basically majority of the suspension redone one week after it was done my all-wheel drive light comes on all wheel drive has been disabled antilock brake light is on my break sound like they're grinding and it pops every time I turn the wheel now I live in Lawrenceburg... Do not waste your money here unless you are getting an oil change done in the front do not get any work done from the gentleman in the back

Better than any dealership and better than most private auto shops. Amazing service and quality would recommend to anyone who wants a fully transparent and professional auto service/car wash experience. Only down side is low cars can t use the main car wash but thats extremely minor in my opinion.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Car washes fantastic great prices and I think you can inquire about paying monthly for unlimited washes but I'm not positive. The family that runs this place is excellent.We always buy our tires here and that comes with free balancing for the life of those tires. They also do alignment work I've had a tie rod replaced.Most people think they are just a car wash they are much more than that they are full service on your automobile, so go by and give them a try. They are closed on Mondays

I had the oil changed and the tires rotated on my Ford Flex. They were able to start work immediately and I was surprised at how little time I spent here. Very nice place to have work done on my car.

Fairview car wash and tire is one of the few truly honest businesses left out there in the world!I had my F150 at Beaman Ford getting an oil change. They told me it needed brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels, and quoted me a price of $857. I had recently purchased tires from Fairvew Car Wash and Tire, and they beat out the price at Costco, so I thought I'd give them a shot.Not only did they beat the price, they were honest about their repair. The mechanic called me to tell me my truck only needed front rotors, not rear, saving me $140. They did the job for approximately half of what the Ford dealer wanted, and only did the work necessary. They worked me into their schedule quickly and kept me updated throughout the repair.I can not recommend this place enough to anyone. My truck will be going here for any service it needs from now on. I'm so thankful we have these folks in our little town.

I have been to several car washes in the Nashville and Dickson area, but I will not go anywhere else now. They do a great job washing my car. Normally, when I take it somewhere else I will find something wrong and will need to redo what was done but not here. Everyone Is extremely nice. I would highly recommend Fairview car wash.

As far as a carwash it is very affordable to the competition. For 1$ in quarters you get 4 mins of time to wash. Every other place around there will take you $7-8 for 8 mins of washing time

I have come to this place several times to get an oil change. Today I went to get my oil changed and they charged me almost double what they normally charge me. When I asked them why it was so much they told me that my vehicle was harder to access the panel to change the oil and that was an additional charge. I told them that they never charged that before and she said well we should have. I don t appreciate the price gouging. I felt taken advantage of and I will never bring my car here again.

These guys are always super friendly. The best quality car wash from anyone around. Very meticulous, I don't let anyone else wash my truck.
