Worst car buying experience ever. Purchased a Prius based solely on being told it had a newer EV battery, which after the sale I verified was false. For this reason, Triple J Automotive LLC was given a better price and value on our trade-in. My family was not even in the market for another vehicle and only made the trade based on being told the battery was newer. The owner and salespeople were uncaring and unwilling to resolve this by issuing a partial refund to compensate for my family's loss, despite admitting they sold the vehicle with the shared belief that the EV battery was replaced in 2021. In my opinion, no one should trust this dealership with their business or hard earned money. Read the other critical reviews and be warned as I should have been.

I would encourage anyone looking for a dependable used vehicle in great condition to make the trip to Triple J Auto. Let them wow you with their vast selection, reasonable prices and unparalleled customer service. Every customer and their specific needs matter to this great group of folks at Triple J. Not happy at all. My 20 year old daughter bought a car there. We live in another state so I was on the phone with them several times to make sure my daughter wasn t getting taken advantage of. They assured me several times they would make sure she got a good car. She s had it a month and it s been in the shop three times. Belt was junk, it s leaking antifreeze, tires were bald and the bumper is falling off. I trusted them to do the right thing and they didn t.

Great place to buy a car! Great vehicles with awesome prices. I absolutely love my 2018 Kia Forte! The people are just lovely. Wasn't pushy, let me take my time and decide. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. If I ever decide to get another one this is where I'm going.

I highly recommend this car lot! I had visited a lot of car lots before finding them. They price their cars very reasonably. They carry very good used cars, no junk cars on their lot. I would definitely trade here again. They were very honest, fair, went the extra mile, and kept their word. That means a-lot to me. I have very much respect for them and they are very good people.

Vehicle sold with a bad battery,had to buy one within 3 days. Then the vehicle broke down 9 days after we bought it. Thousands of dollars in repairs. Avoid them at all cost!

My son was looking for a 04 Ford F250. Triple J went above and beyond to help him find what he was looking for. Justin Black made sure that the truck was road ready for him considering his job a a journeyman welder traveling many miles. Jamie was very kind and made sure all the paperwork was filled out properly and no running around. They have even called and asked how the truck is running and if he was happy with it . I have recommended them to many of my friends and they have bought cars from them. Hes actually looking for me a truck to. Remember to support local small businesses.

Triple J Automotive is a very shady/crooked place. You can literally smell the paint on the vehicles where the owner has tried to hide the rust on them to potential buyers. The owner is a massive smart*ss and is crooked. Buyer Beware! If you are thinking about going here to look at a vehicle, please read the other negative reviews too, not just the good ones that the owner himself has written. You've been warned!

BUYER'S BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!"As Is" is the the words Triple J lives by. Notice the Warranty disclaimer including merchantabilty laws also. Please be careful this is coming from them selling a 82 year old woman a great car that lasted 54 days 493 miles. Tried talking to them that went no where.

I have visited this car lot several times. Their cars are always so clean they shine! The staff is very friendly and will spend as much time with you as you need. If you are in the market for a new user car give them a visit! You will be glad you did!!

They go way above bluebook value and very very smarta** with customers when asking to come lower. They told me I needed to get a better job... I don t see why the rating is 4.8 stars when their cars are junk.
