Veteran who had to have surgery at VA in 2 weeks - could not get car fixed that night asked them if it was alright and they said yes - they had my car towed and I was on my way up there to get it not even 24 hours after they said it was okay.

We don't normally shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a returning customer, my experience was positive again. The staff was very helpful in getting the parts I needed and making sure I got our military discount. We'll be back again.

Mark went above and beyond to help us. We were stranded on the side of the interstate and he brought us what we needed to fix our vehicle and be on our way. So very appreciative for the kindness shown to us. This is why we only use O'Reilly!!!

Michael was great. Picked out L.E.D. flashlights. He was very patient with my 83 year old Father. He acknowledged that my Father was wearing his U.S.A.F. cap and gave him the Military Discount! Thank you Michael for showing so much kindness! God Bless You Sir!

if this is the O'Reilly's either in Elizabethton or Erwin they're both awesome stores.. right here in Tennessee they're always helpful and friendly.. Trevor at the Elizabethton store really went above and beyond the other day and helped my daughter get the parts that we needed to fix the brakes on her car so thank you Trevor he is in Elizabethton

Great prices, employees are very nice and helpful, they alway's have what I need, very convenient to my house, and have no problems with returns if I get the wrong item by mistake. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Only gave a 1 star because you have to give something. The Store manager TC is a joke. He is a pleaser. He will tell you anything to make the situation better at the minute not thinking about when the customer realizes the situation is not fixed. My mechanic bought brake shoes that fell apart on my car cutting my wheel cylinder. I was in NC and no brakes. I went to Advance and bought parts to fix the problem. When I got back to town, I went to talk to my mechanic and TC just happened to be there. He assured me the problem would be taken care of, Oreillys would pay me for the parts I had to purchase, a tow bill,and maybe even gas of having to go get parts. He assured my mechanic that he didn't need to do anything. Now a week later, TC says this conversation never took place and the mechanic needs to file the claim, he can't do anything for be because I am not his customer. I will never ever purchase anything from Oreilly's again and hope those reading this don't either. We don't need dishonest businesses in Erwin.

Sorry, but I have to...... I went into this store because both the Advance Auto and Autozone in Erwin are worthless. Mistake! I went in on Sunday May19th to get 2 gaskets for my sons engine that are pretty common and most places usually keep them in stock.They did not have either gasket but offered to order them. I paid for them and they ordered them, no problem. one would be there on Monday May 20th, the other on Tuesday the 21st. I gave them an extra day and went in on Wed the 22nd. They had one of the two. I took it, and was told the other should have been there already, but to come back the next day. I did. Thursday the 23rd, I went in and they still didn't have it, so the guy there told me he over night expressed it from Greensboro NC. I go in on Friday the 24th only to be told it STILL was not there. I told the guy that I was leaving the next day on vacation and I guess I would have to pick it up when I returned. He apologized. I get a call on the evening of Tuesday the 28th saying the gasket was in and I could pick it up. When I returned from the beach on the 31st, I went in to get my sons gasket. Guess what? They could not find it AGAIN. After 20 or so minutes of searching, the guy tells me that it was sent back on the 30th, the day before. What The HELL!!!???!!! It was already paid for, and just because it sat on their shelf for one full day they decided to send it back? WHO in their right mind does that!!!???!!! I could have walked to Greensboro, gotten the gasket and walked back before they supposedly received the "overnight expressed" gasket. Overnight must now mean 6 days. I will NEVER EVER purchase from this store again. From now on I HIGHLY recommend anyone needing parts to please avoid Erwin altogether, and go ANYWHERE else. I guess all 3 auto stores in Erwin are officially in the worthless category now.

After dealing with BS AFTER BS our work van decided to make our trip better! The van over heated and the condenser belt slipped of at a local gas station. The employees their had no clue where an auto parts store was near buy (there was one a mile up the road "O'Rileys") to top it off, it was pouring down raining. After googling and searching we found a O'Rileys just a mile away (how can you be a local and work there and not know two auto parts stores are a mile away) So my colleague and I had to walk a mile in the pouring ran to get there!!! We called ahead to make sure they had the tensioner tool needed to replace the belt, they did so we started to walk. When we arrived one associate was there and had the part waiting (Semper Fi, Marine) we purchased the part and proceeded to walk back. Got the belt back on only to realize that the belt was damaged. So we put the belt on and to drive back to O'Rileys to get a belt. Greg and Keith were life savers! As we pulled in we found out the manager sent his only associate to pick us up while he looked over store. Not only did these men have a big enough heart to do this they made putting on the belt easier by letting us use their tools and assisting. Customer service like that doesn't exist these days. Greg and Keith, you guys are awesome and we really appreciate what you guys did for us! Forever thankfull!

The young dude didnt want to do his job i went to the one in erwin and they had the parts i needed and i cam to the one by my house and the dude try to sale me the most expensive part and i had to tell him they had a cheaper one

B no star if you could wait 10 minutes to cash because a manager from another store called instead of cash my out first both manager decided to talk on the phone about being short staff y u can't even handle one customer in the store we more people getting paid not help paying customers what joke

Staff addresses everyone as "Buddy" instead of Sir or Ma'am. Staff not really knowledgable and just guesses at you what you want in between checking their phone. Go elesewhere!
