eric was extremely friendly and professional he took the time to explain every process in detail and was more than happy to answer any and every question we had . he came to my home and it could not have been more convenient, he was very clean and took every precaution not to make a mess or have an accidental spill ! i am still shocked because everywhere else was telling me that i was going to have to leave my car with them for up to 3 days ! i drive a mercury marauder and he was very familiar with my vehicle and was able to replace my intake manifold by lunch time ! this was a very big job! and he did it with ease ! i was so impressed! this guy was more than i had ever expected , he made what was potentially a nightmare into a relaxing morning and when finished he left no traces that he had ever been there ! i would recommend him to anyoneService: Engine repair

Quality Plus Auto Repair was the way to go for my 2005 Jaguar! I had the alternator and belt replaced, Eric and Alex came to my house and did the job! They were very clean, professional, and really nice too.I called him on a Sunday and he got to it the next morning. I live in Nashville and they made the drive to fix my car. They also rotated my tires while they were here. The price was very reasonable for all services.I will definitely call them for anything I need done. Made an appointment with Eric for 8:00 today. He sent me a text saying he'd be here at 8:30. At 8:43 he still had not shown up. I canceled the appointment.

I have taken my Jeep Patriot to a main chain company when it sounded as if the motor was falling apart. I was told several things that could be wrong and that they would have to replace the alternator and if that didn't help I would need a power steering pump. Well I decided to check with Eric and he came out to Dover and had my vehicle fixed in two hours. He had given me a quote and stuck with the quote. He diagnosed the issue on the phone when I gave him details on the noises and such. He checked the vehicle out when he arrived and it was my alternator. I couldn't be more happier with the repair, service and price. Eric is very polite and professional! I recommend Eric for all automotive repair needs! I hadn't met Eric until he came to the house to repair my vehicle. I'm glad I took the chance and let him repair the Jeep.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Eric from Quality Plus Auto Repair replaced my alternator. My car runs fantastic now. Eric came to my home (which saved me a towing bill) and replaced my alternator on the spot. I was so pleased with his professional, polite demeanor, and his knowledge of cars is off the charts. I would recommend Quality Auto to family, friends, and anyone else! Thank you Eric! Eric was great he explained everything that was the problem very nice guy fixed my gas leak in my truck very well done would suggest him to everyone he has great service and a wonderful attitude and the young boy that came with him was a sweet boy to can t remember his name but thank you both for fixing my truck it is doin great now
