$129 for 1 used tire!!! As well as waiting 3-4 hours for it to be put on!! Thanks but no thanks! I ll wait until Monday when I can get 3 used tires for $120 and be in and out in 10 minutes! Get 2 extra tires plus save $9 and a 10 minute wait time as opposed to 4 hours!! Insane

In and out for an oil change quickly if you go at the right time. Much slower if not.

My experience was simple and pleasant. There wasn't a long wait. After getting my ticket, it was around 38 minutes, until they were done. The mechanic that signed me in, had a great attitude. Positive vibes and helpful. So was the girl that checked me out. No complaints, at all.

I called about getting some mower tires put on the rims. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the manager, said it would cost $5 each plus $3 for valve stems, if needed. When I got there just after 6pm and not too long after I called, I was told they weren't taking anymore jobs, which the manager who answered the phone confirmed and told me to come back in the morning. He could have told me this on the phone, and it would have been very helpful if he had. My mower was in the driveway with no wheels and I was trying to beat the rain, so the morning was a bit too far away. After an hour getting one tire off the rim, I gave in. I pulled out a tarp, covered the mower, and went back in the morning at 7am. They told me it would be $11, it was in the computer that way, and they couldn't change it. I was desperate, got it done, and left. The manager doesn't come in that early, they said.Overall, a very inconvenient and time consuming experience with a manager who gave a lot of bad information at his own store. The manager clearly doesn't care about his customers, and seems to readily give information over the phone whether it's true or not. Two stars for the tires getting done, minus 3 for all the trouble and bad info from the store manager.

I had Walmart mount two tires on rims and fix a valve stem on a third rim. They always like to add extra stuff. Only asked for two tires to be mounted but they turn onto the valve stems charge me for it balance the tires charge me for it and charge for the tire that just needed a valve stem replaced they decided to charge me a tire repair fee of $15 even though valveston repairs only three very displeased will not be going back. So what should only cost me $31+ tax they were trying to charge me $86 in some change. They did drop the tire repair via $15 which gave me a balance of $69.14 out the door.

I have brought multiple cars here for tires. The selection of tires is good and the prices are great. They honor their warranties and if you purchase tires from them, you can go to any of the Walmart Auto Care Centers across the US and get them to service them. You can search their selections online or using the Walmart app to find tires to fit your vehicle and see if your local Center has them, if not you can order them and have them shipped to the store!Associates are helpful and knowledgeable. They take time to make sure you understand your options and the prices upfront. You can set up an appointment or walk in without one, (but I would recommend you call in advance), and they will let you know how long they expect the work to take and you can keep updated on the process using the Walmart app. A great option for tires in a convenient location and at great prices.

I ve been coming to Walmart for my oil changes ever since I started driving about ten years ago. I moved to Elizabethton in 2020 and tried to continue my old routine at this new to me location. Every. Single. Time I am met with someone telling me that the wait time is going to be over 3 hours. I ve tried different days of the week and different times of day. I just can not get my oil changed there anymore as bad as I want to give them my business. I heard the lady say something about a guy coming in for an appointment, but didn t offer to inform me on the process of possibly scheduling one and just told me to come back another day again. I think this is the fifth time I ve been there this past year with a 3+ hour wait. They need to figure out a better system.

They were really nice an helpful today.. I've been having problems with one of my tires not holding air an I've had it checked twice already but was still leaking, so I thought I'd get them to see what they thought it was so they took my tire off an done everything they could think of to fix it an didn't charge me a dime..Even tho they didn't find anything wrong they could've still charged me for there time but they didn't an that meant alot more than they will ever know! Thanks u guys from the bottom of my heart!!

Worst Walmart service department I've even been to. Arrived at 6:10 when they close at 7:00 and the 2 employees in the shop were just standing around not doing anything then 1 walks over and says they can't get to my oil change due to being short staffed all will they were just standing around then the employees inside cried about not having enough help while the auto manager just walked out of the department. Store manager took 15 minutes to come back to the auto center and was no help at all. Absolutely worst service!

Went to have my oil changed for the second day in a roll said there's a two hour wait. only 3 cars had to be serviced in front of me that ridiculous.guy said come early in the morning more experience and faster. Well that's 40 min a oil change if it takes that long to change oil they don't need to be working there. Wouldn't be do bad if I didn't live 45 min away..... This place is a joke

Do not go here if you are in a hurry or if you don t want to wait more than 2 hours to get Just an oil change. They told me it was only going to be 30 minutes to a hour because someone was ahead of me. That was fine. I got the things I needed from the store and figured they would be done after that. I got back to the Auto Care Center and they were just standing around doing Nothing! That is until someone saw me there and started to look busy. I ended up being here for over 2 hours before they finished the oil change. Plus they got oil all over my car so I had to take it through the car wash! I am never going back!!!!

I needed a new battery for my car. I was told the wait time would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. There were only 3 cars in the bays. It was 2 hours before they got me out of there. They pulled me in right a way, popped the hood and then the car just sat there for ever. It doesn't take that long to install a battery in a 2002 Sable. Obviously they worked on others that came in after I did. Apparently since the install of their battery is free, they took other work that pays them. So very upset with them. What's worse, they didn't seem to care at all when I complained.

If I could give this place zero stars that s what it deserves. I brought my vehicle in there to have the tire patched. I was third in line; two oil changes ahead of me. When I checked back in on my vehicle an hour and a half later they still hadn t gotten to it and several cars had been moved in front of mine. They move tire changes to the front of the line. Walmart auto always does new customers first. That is their policy; it s not first come, first serve, like they say. Their computer system decides based on some BS algorithm. Even though your initial tire install may be fast, don t do it. Buy tires elsewhere. This place is a joke. If you go there for warranty work your vehicle gets moved to the back of the line. They don t make money on warranty work so they could care less how long you have to wait. They are hoping you get mad and take it somewhere else. That s what ended up happening to me. I waited for 1.5 hours and finally ended up taking it to the Johnson city Walmart and it only took them 20 minutes. Keep in mind I waited 1.5 hours and there were only two oil changes ahead of me.

Better hope Wal mart computer never picks your vehicle for Quality control!! Oil changed in 15min. Waited 45-60 min. For manager to check dip stick. That is what happens when they get rid of too many people. Never again. Will call police next time.

Excellent attitude from the start of taking my order to the completion of the job. It was no problem getting the oil I wanted for the oil change. The ladies at the register inside, not so much. They need to work on their social skills starting with the older one.Coodos to Walmart for getting their computer system able to recognize their customer by phone number at the auto center nationwide.

This may be a great place for prices, but the service here sucks! Its pretty sad when it takes 2hrs to change a tire, when they have no one else waiting for tires & 4-5 guys standing around doing nothing! If you need tires, expect to wait. I have not had a tire changed in anything less than an hour!

They checked my battery I purchased from them and found it to be faulty and promptly replaced it with no questions asked. The only thing I was unhappy with was my one year guarantee on the new one I received went back to the original purchase date not the date I picked up the replacement.

I've had problems with Walmart as well. Two times I've had an oil change with this place. My car ends up not running after driving a while. I've had to wait. I've never had a problem until I started taking my car to Walmart for an oil change. The first time was the same problem. I got it fixed. Then a year later I came back to get my oil change and it's doing the same thing again. I wonder what they're doing to cause it like that. It's so troublesome. Walmart pretty much just hires lousy inexperienced individuals to work in that specific area. Horrible place.

They were very kind and helped me get an oil change. Joyce helped me find the right oil for my car and what to tell the guys in auto care. Plan to do this in 6 months.

They won't be quick.. They might not put your radial tire on correctly.. It could possibly take 20 calls or 20 minutes standing to get customer service.. And you're definility going to see 5 dudes standing around in the car bay looking for something to do.. BUT, they'll do it cheaper than anyone. There is something to be said about getting what you pay for. This place is the shining example!

Told me it would be an hour and a half so I shopped..when my time was up they had pulled cars in front of mine that had showed up after and said it would still be 30. I paid for the extra service and literally just needed my tires rotated. This is a joke of a tire center. Wouldn t recommend go to a different Walmart.

I've really prayed about what I am doing at this moment. As everyone know my car has been down since Monday, May 23rd, 2016. As everyone also knows, my car was in perfect mechanical condition up until that date. Robert had a evening off from work and he took it to Walmart in Elizabethton to have the oil changed. He figured it was a good idea to get it done, especially knowing how busy with work, Montana's graduation and the girls doing some dance stuff at ASU that I was going to be. He left Walmart that evening and headed home. There were no stops, between there and here. He made it just outside of Roan Mountain, the oil light started flashing, my car stalled out and would not start back. Before he even called me, he called Walmart, and service manager was very "snippy". He called me, and I thought he was joking, because to be honest, this car has ran at 100 percent since February when I bought it. Mechanically it has been probably the most solid car I have ever owned. Unfortunately, he was not joking. I picked him, and the following morning Chrysler sent someone to pick my car up from Roan Mountain so that they could figure out what was wrong. Finally, as of last Friday, they figured out that motor is locked. We have made numerous attempts to get in touch with the store manager at this particular Walmart. None of our phone calls get returned. This morning the service manager returned my husband's call and simply stated that they were not responsible at all. It is going to cost $5200.00 to fix my car. That is for a used Flex Fuel motor in my car, or to have my motor rebuilt. Chrysler believes it is Walmart's mistake and told us of other incident that they were aware of, albeit not as serious as ours. Cars that are running perfect do not simply go from perfect to having to have a rebuilt motor in less than 20 miles. Simply put no one, not one mechanic that we have talked to believes that this is owner error. 5 people were in my car as passengers the days before this, Walmart service people even started it and would be able to state the soundness of my car. They would not have changed the oil if there would have been any issues at all. I've went without my car now for over a week, having to ask my friends, family and everyone else to get me to and from work, help with getting Montana where he needs to be, and here we are with graduation and I am at everyone else's mercy. We are back to being a one car family again. I don't want to have to get an attorney involved, but under the circumstances I have no other options. I have to have a car and soon, and now I am looking at having to get a rental. I've known this since this last Friday, but no one can believe that Walmart will not make things right. So friends and family I'm parking this post here as a warning. Robert and I don't have that kinda of money, I work part time at the YMCA, Robert pays our bills, we have three kids, and I'm still in college. Please do not go to Walmart for even a simple oil change, it may be the cheaper option, but as you see in mine it has costed us a lot all ready. Now to talk to the news outlets, and Walmart Corporate. If they were to make things right, I will be sure to update you guys promptly. In the mean time please just keep praying for us.

Got there, was told an hour to a hour and a half for 3 tires. Both tire bays open. Waited twenty minutes for someone to move my car inside. One of the employees came out and smoked twice, two separate times, before they ever started. They were right about how long it would take.

Shiiiiiiiit..... Was only going through that section because I parked around the side to avoid the crowd out front ran into a stack of tires that was exactly the size I needed for my vehicle got a nearly $200 tire mounted on the rim for roughly $50 it might have been for my spur but it was damn sure worth it in the long run

I had a tire put on, I got the tire for a good price and it's a good Tire. The only problem I had was it took three hours to get it done. And I was the next person in line when I got there
