I went there and looked at a 2014 Acura MDX and I asked for the key. On my way out to start it he said and I quote It won t start . Come to find out when I tried to start it it wouldn t start. Mac boosted it off and we drove it and did run good. When I asked about the battery he said I will put a $28 battery on it . He put a junkyard $28 battery on it and it lasted 1 day. The car needed an oil change. Kimberly told my wife she will get the oil and filter and we can pick it up that day. When I went to pick it up Mac said that I was picky. I asked him if he would want to put money in a car as soon as he bought one for top dollar and he ignored that question. DO NOT BUY from these people due to junkyard batteries and lies after the sale. Good thing I m a certified mechanic. I did check the car completely and bought it for my wife for our anniversary. She loves it now that I have fixed what should have been done at that car lot. They also added an extended warranty without asking us prior and when we asked Kimberly said that One main financial required it for the loan and Bill at one main said they do not. Bill said he was going to contact Kimberly and tell her that she was supposed to offer the warranty before adding it to the price of the car. Again Beware and call to verify everything before signing. DO NOT BUY from these people unless you want junkyard batteries and you have to work on it the very next day

I bought this car here and the owner was very nice and honest about everything with the car. We test drove it and it was perfect and it had very low miles and he had it very reasonably priced. We ve had the car a few days and absolutely love it. We went through a car wash in it and on the way home after it was making a grinding sound which was strange and so we messaged the owner and he said he d take a look at it for us and when he did he saw the car wash had bent in a metal piece and a rock was between my brakes and rotor and he fixed it for us and now it s perfect again. He didn t have to fix it for me because it wasn t his fault at all. It was the car wash fault and he went out of his way to fix it for me. He s an extremely honest person and I absolutely love my new car. I truly couldn t have had a better experience. I will recommend him to absolutely everyone. His cars are so reliable and he s very caring about his customers. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is okay and that his customers have a good experience with him. We will definitely be back soon for another of his vehicles. Thank you so much for everything! We really appreciate it.

Not very friendly at all don t listen to what u have to say I advised them the car needed front and back brakes the lady only ask for front and me telling her multiple times that it needed both she didn t ask him for back then we was driving it home and almost got killed because it was not the front brakes was the back one and break line, caliber, and break shoes called the owner he said nothing can be done u signed the papers they could have at least purchased the stuff to fix it with yet I had to pay more money just to get a mechanic to look at it. I will never purchase anything from this place again. Not honest at all doctor cars up to get a sale then refuse to make it right.

I went to Tennesee Motors checking on one car & ending up getting something else. He was very patient with me as I decided & didn't pressure me. Very polite & understanding. Im still very happy with my decision! If you re looking for something cheap, yet dependable, go talk to Mac.

Mac at TN Motors is definitely top notch! No problem of any kind and I ve bought several vehicles over the years from him and his dad. He s never been anything but friendly and patient. Next time I m looking for a car, TN Motors is the first place I ll stop.

Mack is a very good person to work with! I have bought 3 vehicles from him, and will only buy vehicles from him! He s a very straight forward honest man and very understanding! People talking trash about him and saying don t buy from him because their vehicle didn t last forever are ignorant!

Owner was great and patient. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact car I wanted. He worked with my work schedule to meet with me and stayed late to help me learn how to drive my new Hybrid car (first time Hybrid user). He was even able to help me get financed through a company that reports to my credit to help bring my credit score up. Respect truly goes a long way with this company/owner.

Dont bother shopping here worst experience ive ever had buying a car!!! My best friend was buying a car from him he wanted $1000.00 down and total amount of car was $3500.00 well i was paying $2800.00 down so that only left me owing like 700.00 after i sit there he sends me to get insurance which cost me 600.00 and to make a long story short he wouldn t sell me the car because of my address on my license even though i showed him that i had already changed my address on the dept. of homeland security website the dude automatically ripped the papers up in front of me he already had the tag on the car and all and this is after i set in the car all day long with two kids. Worst experience ever not to mention i had already paid $600.00 for insurance which they would not give me all of it back only a portion of it and i have to wait 2 weeks. I would give 0 starts if i could!!! WORST PLACE EVER

We bought a car from Mack 7 months ago, great car, low miles and we paid cash. He sold us our Mazda 3 as is like most used car dealers do.... About a month ago with only 114,000 miles the motor blew... At no fault to Mack !!! I messaged him on Facebook to ask about a SUV he had on his lot and he remembered me and that I had bought a car from him. I proceeded to tell him what happened to my car and without hesitation he offered me his help. The very next day he had found me a motor, contacted a mechanic he knew, got the motor shipped there and I ended up paying what other mechanics wanted to charge me just for the motor alone. He didn t have to do this but he did and his actions speak volumes

My daughter bought a car here. The transmission went out in just a couple of weeks. The owner did not want to work with her in any way. He was very negative and argumentative on the phone. My daughter was out almost three thousand dollars. The car was returned.

I wish i could give a better score but im stuck with a truck that needs some serious engine work.Im on my 2nd payment and now the engine is knocking .Edit since thers no way to reply to your reply.Id be happy to change this to a positive review but with buying a as is car i figured you wouldnt help.
