Mike, Tank, and the staff were very knowledgeable and reliable. They got our truck in the shop, looked at, and fixed in a matter of a couple hours; and all at a decent price might I add !10/10 would recommend

Not sure where all the good reviews come from. I went there twice. The first time they did they job but somebody got mud all over the inside of my car including up on the door panels. It was raining and the parking lot is muddy so I let it slide. Second time I went, somebody spilled what smelled like brake fluid in the passenger seat, used napkins from my console to halfway blot it up, then left the napkins in the seat. I won't be back for a third time.

Took my car here because the check engine light came on, in addition to a rattling noise coming from the underside of my car. Got a call stating it was ready for pickup, great right? Wrong. Got in it after I paid $230.00 and the check engine light was still on, and the rattle was still audible. Asked the guys why it was still rattling, and why the light was still on, and all the guy said was maybe it just didn't reset when he cut it off the first time after replacing the sensor. Asked again about the rattling noise and was told that they had to remove my heat shield and there was still a piece attached to the head gasket they couldn't get to. (And charged me to remove the heat shield that was not the cause of the problem) Wasn't happy at that point, but I needed to go because I had stuff I needed to do and I had to work that night. Drove straight home, parked the car and the light came right back on. Reached back out to the shop and they said to bring it in on Friday afternoon at 2pm. Took it back in, and they couldn't even look at it because the lifts they had currently had cars on them. Reminder I was told to bring it back at 2pm. At this point, I my trust in these guys was gone because he told me to bring it back on Monday and they'd have to take the intake off the engine and look at it. I'm no car guy, and I'll leave that to the experts but that sounded extensive. Took it to the Jeep dealership, and they fixed it within 2 hours. And it was the same price!! Oit of 460.00 at this point for something that should have been half the price (literally lol) Turns out this shop put an aftermarket sensor in, failed to tighten it and didn't even need to remove the heat shield because the rattle was a piece of metal hitting my exhaust that just needed to be tightened back up. Save yourself the time and the money, and go somewhere else. Looks like you'll have more problems than you came with if you go here.

Great mechanics for top notch repairs. Mike is highly knowledgeable, honest with many years experience. I shopped around & prices are the least expensive I found in the Tri-Cities area! Every repair has worked excellent.

Mike's Top Line Auto is in my opinion the most reliable & professional repair shop in the Tri Cities! I own 2 BMW'S. I Have had my share of horrible experiences with other places that claim to specialize in European cars & Mike's is the only one that has always got the job done right the 1st time & at very reasonable rates.. Only place I Trust.

Haven t used them and never will since they do not do background checks on technicians. Since they recently hired a felon who is being investigated in multiple states for child molestation.

Initially I took my vehicle to have front end parts put on my 1990 K1500 and went to have an alignment done at a separate shop. There were some complications with doing the alignment due to the knockouts being left in the upper control arms. I contacted Mike and let him know there was an issue. He ordered the tool needed and told me to bring it back in Monday which was the next business day and he would fix the problem and get me back on the road. Although I originally had an issue which neither of us were aware would be an issue. He did not hesitate to make it right, I can't recommend enough. Horrible service ,they where voted to have the most inadequate mecanics in the tri cities area! if you value your time and money go up the road to somewhere else ,youll thank me later,god bless

Awesome job!Cannot recommend enough!Had a cvt fluid replacement.Warned me about future problems but luckily my cvt didn't have any issues. He even tested the transmission before going through with the change just to be sure.Told them everything I knew about the service history. Had the fluid changed and even informed me about other issues I was concerned about. Which turned out to be nothing.Faster then other places in town and super nice employees.Guy explained everything perfectly and was very polite.Had the best experience out of 3 other palces in town.Only thing I know they don't do is muffler repair which is fine they recommended another place.Also price was insanely cheap. Barely charged for labor. Felt like I kind of ripped the guy off tbh.I would rate more then 5 stars if I could. From now on im always coming to this guy when I got a problem.Seriously you got car issues call this guy.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Best place every for auto repair very reasonable prices and friendly down to earth owner. Mike has worked on every vehicle we have ever owned and does a great job.We would never take our vehicles anywhere else.His wife works in the office and she is so funny and friendly as well even down to the shop dog just great all around service with honesty

Mike has done an oil change & a re-charging of my AC unit. Both were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Mike is friendly and easy to work with. I haven't needed major repairs done (hope I never will). But what he had done for me, I highly recommend him.

Mike's Topline is Great. I told them my problem and he said he could have the part and my car fixed the next day. He did exactly that and I highly recommend anyone to use them if they need their car fixed.

Traveling thru when our brakes went out, my mother and I decided to try this garage with top reviews. We were still surprised by the immediate, outstanding service and treatment of our unexpected need. Mike got us back on the road as quickly as humanly possible and his partner in the office was very helpful as well. My Mother said, "This would never have been possible with mechanics where we live!" This place is a great place to take your car!! They quickly identified my issue and even fixed another issue I caused trying to fix my car myself. He did all that the same day I dropped it off!!! He was 100% straight up with me and called to explain my problems. He then gave a MORE THAN FAIR price quote. I will absolutely be returning for future issues!!!

My daughter, an ETSU student, had a low tire and stopped here. The person filled up her tire and checked all her tires before she left and then refused any payment. So thankful for kindness such as this! Thank you so much!!!

Needed a starter put in my Xterra, called Mikes and he said bring it down. I had to have it towed because it wouldn t start, Mike recommended C&K Towing, they came out, picked it up ...Mike had it fixed the same day! Fair price too! Definitely will be coming back!

This was my first trip to Mike's and it was a great experience. There's not a harder working, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic anywhere. Thanks Mike for the great work on the a/c in my pathfinder ! I'll definitely return in the future !

If you don't have a mechanic this is your guy. Friendly,knowledgeable, reasonable prices and my truck was fixed in no time. He even did some minor work no charge. Five star service.
