These guys are great. I showed up from out of town with a bad tire and asked them to put the spare on for me, because my lug wrench didn't fit. They jumped on it immediately and had it done in no time, even though they were obviously very busy. I highly recommend this business..

This place and the employees are amazing! Genuinely happy that I chanced across them. Ran over a bungee strap and it got lodged in my tire. They removed it, patched my tire, and remounted for FREE! Wonderful experience and sweet people. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for all my car needs! Thanks guys!

$125 for one single USED tire! Same pricing as Walmart! Thanks but no thanks, I ll wait till Monday when I can go get a used tire for &40! I can purchase 3 tires for that price and still pay $5 less than for the one tire

Always fast and friendly service at Hayworth. Other tire places might quote you a cheaper price initially, but you have to check the fine print, as these places add on fees for installation, balancing, etc.When Kevin and his team quote you a price, know that's your final price. Also, they don't charge you for rotations and repairs after the sale, the big chains will charge you for these services every time or try to sell you a "protection" or service plan to cover when you purchase the tires.For all your tire needs go to Hayworth, they value your business!

What a wonderful experience! I went to have a flat repaired. They did that pretty quickly and didn't charge me! After they pointed out how slick all the tires were, I had them replaced for a very reasonable price. More importantly, everyone was friendly and courteous. I hope not to need their services again soon, but will never go to a different tire shop.

I recently had some issues after a tire installation at another Hayworth location. One of my coworkers highly recommended taking my car to the Hayworth in Elizabethton. They were clearly very busy at the time I came in but DJ and the crew quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue I was having for no additional charge. I tried to leave a tip but they wouldn't take my money. I was very impressed with the service and respect I was shown and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing tire service in the future.

Absolutely great service. I showed up this Saturday morning after waking up to low pressure on one of my tires. I expected to be waiting for a bit since I showed up without notice. Almost immediately, they had a service tech outside checking the tire. Within 10 minutes, the tech came back inside and told me the tire was repaired. He had removed a screw and patched it incredibly fast. They saved me so much time and allowed us to get back to our fun filled camping weekend at Watauga Lake. Thank you so much to the team at Hayworth.

Made an appointment for a front end alignment on my Nissan Frontier today. They had me in and out in no time, very friendly polite folk!But what REALLY impressed me was their NEW ALIGNMENT RACK! WOW, VERY NICE!!Nice to see a shop invest in good quality equipment.

I have never had better tire service than Hayworth. They always take care of my tires if I pick up a nail for no charge. The tires I have purchased here have never had any quality issues. I won t go anywhere else.

I brought in my van for an alignment following an accident. The Staff here were great! They were able to do the alignment in a timely fashion and contacted me afterwards to discuss their findings and their suggestions for repairs.When I arrived to pick up the van the Staff reviewed with me in person their findings as well as a cost estimate for the repairs. The mechanic took several minutes to discuss with me face to face about what repairs had already been done, and the options for fixing the current problems.I was very relaxed talking to the Staff about the van and they seemed very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and help me feel better about the repairs.Their prices are very reasonable and their timetable for completing the work is more than acceptable. The customer waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well lit with several chairs and a TV to pass the time.This facility may look small but the services they provide are quite large and done in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. They stand behind their work and many people become return customers, because they trust the work and the people there.

The men at 4074 Hwy 19E deserve a 10 star review.For professionalism, compassion, friendliness, and just rightous respect, thank you!800 Miles from home I had a leaking TPS. Here the best group of men I have ever encountered saw to the Armada repair, recalibrated and with a smile said thank you. These are the people I want to buy tires from and I will contact Kevin, Zack, or DJ to order tires and then gladly drive 800 miles to put them on. Fair prices here. Paid 10 bucks for something I would've had to pay 100 for at a major chain. Everyone here is friendly and polite and gets their job done quick.

I usually don t post things like this but I thought this is a little ridiculous. So, I had a set of bbs wheels put on my civic at Hayworth tire in Elizabethton. I dropped my car off showed them what I wanted done I assumed if they had any problems they would call me. They called me to pick my car up all was good. I noticed a vibration through my steering wheel at about 60 so I assumed maybe they didn t balance my tires just right. I went to another tire shop and had them do a test ride with me so they could see what I was dealing with. They told me my vibration wasn t bad enough for the tires to be out of balance but something was definitely wrong. Today, I decided to take a closer look at the wheels, turns out they were about 3/16 from even sitting where they needed to be on the hub. We removed the wheels and I luckily had another set that we could put on, the lug nuts had basically started to work themselves off at this point because they had hardly any wheel stud to attach to. I would have been perfectly happy with them telling me they wouldn t fit on the hub instead of just slapping them on there.
