Walked in just to look at the newer models of the 5.0 Mustangs. Got to talking with a couple of the representatives who were very kind to me and after some extensive talking walked out with a killer deal on a new 2024 5.0 Gt premium. Couldn t be happier with the deal i was offered and the customer service i received throughout the whole deal. Every bit of the package i received was talked thoroughly through and no details were left out of the negotiations. And we did a walk down of the vehicle so every feature of what i was buying was shown and proven that it was the vehicle i was buying. Thank you to Ford for giving me such an amazing deal and looking forward to working and upgrading with them when more vehicles release in the future!

I would like to say I m very blessed for the service I received with getting my new vehicle !!!!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Skyler (Salesman) and Chris (finance) at Ford of Elizabethton on buying a new car. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. From the moment I drove up on the lot, Skyler greeted me with a warm smile and eagerness to assist. He was patient with answering all of my questions and providing valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me towards the perfect car that met both my budget and requirements. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Cannot recommend this team enough for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Do yourself a favor and seek out Skyler and Chris - You won't be disappointed!

Was not a bad experience Noah helped us greatly and being him being new he still kept good communication and gave a professional yet non hostile experience. Unfortunately the finance side was professional yet a bit pushy, unfortunately I have bad anxiety and it got me a mit flustered. But at the same time he apologized when he realized he was being a bit much, good energy in the staff quick to get things done and VERY VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH!! will definitely consider doing my next deal in about a year.

stopped by the dealership just to look around and was approached by Skylar, (one of their salesmen). He found the vehicle I wanted. We drove it. He sold it. This was my third vehicle purchase from this dealership, and it went as smoothly as the other two. I try to buy from other dealers but always seem to wind up at theirs to make my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership. Finance department is excellent

They managed to find me and my husband vehicle I like... That pretty damn good. Thank you to the staff, especially Noah who we worked with while going through the car buy experience. Kind and friendly staff, quick with answers when I had questions, none were left unanswered. I plan to do business here again soon.

I was looking to trade in a car and buy a new car. A salesperson would call me, they d tell me they were working on the deal, and then they would stop responding to my messages. A week later, another salesperson would call and the same thing would happen. This happened 3 separate times. I got an email about how there was a new general manager. I texted that general manager, he apologized, said he wouldn t leave me on read, and then he promptly stopped texting me when I told him what I wanted. I ve bought and sold lots of cars, and this was the weirdest experience I ve ever had.

I had an amazing experience buying a four runner at closing time my sales Dustin was very helpful! He was a pleasure to deal with. Simply amazing he even went out of his way to get Travis to fix an issue that no one noticed at time of buying. Dustin and Travis a great work ethic. Everyone we encountered at buying time and even the day after was very friendly!

PLEASE GO HERE FOR VEHICLES,Skyler was amazing and very kind, I got the exact car I wanted and got out of my old one everyone there was super nice and very genuine. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends, I have never felt so much relief in my life getting the car I ve wanted for 3 years now ! We weren t there long and it honestly was a very enjoyable experience!

A great experience. Ask for Justin! He helped me for months to find the right truck and bent over backwards to work out a deal to meet my budget. A highly recommended team and one I will surely work with again. From sales to finance, the best Ford dealer in the Tri-Cities for certain.

Ford of Elizabethton had a great atmosphere, and the selection of vehicles was huge. The entire staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. My family and I, walked in 3 1/2 hours before closing time, and walked out with a great deal on my first truck. I believe If it hadn t been for the salesperson, Micah s, great communication during the entire process, patience and hard work, I wouldn't have been as lucky. Same night, quick detail and a full tank in 30 minutes.

If I could go less than 1 star I would. I don t get dealerships that think they can still add a dealer market adjustment when they have hundreds of vehicles sitting on the lot, as well as a $999 doc fee? Are they insane! Don t buy from them, you will get ripped off

If you re gonna buy a vehicle here, ask for Justin!! They have a great selection. I Drove 4.5 hours to buy a truck. Got a Great truck, and a great deal. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.Truck had a scratch on the hood and a young lady from their body shop took care of it while we were doing paperwork. When I say she took care of it, she made it disappear!! Remember ask for Justin!!

I had a great experience selling my Tacoma to this group. Will Sellers called me and was helpful with no pressure tactics, they made a reasonable offer, and didn't try to beat me down on the price when they saw the vehicle in person. I would certainly do business with them again.

I bought a 2023 Mach e from these folks and the whole process went very well.The car is perfection! I had no idea that Ford had this kind of quality control.It s actually more fun to drive than any of the 4 Corvettes I ve owned. Coming out of the gate ,if you floor it, it will put ya way ahead of any traffic sitting beside you. Kinda handy, if you wanna get ahead of traffic and make a lane change for a turn coming upNow I m thinking I shoulda bought an electric vehicle way sooner.I drove it to Western Kentucky for Thanksgiving (750 mi round trip) and found plenty of fast chargers along the way.Right now I m just charging it straight off the 11Ov outlet in my garage. Some folks use their clothes dryer outlet . The car comes with with both 110v and 220v plugs.I ve got over 3000 miles and not a glitch of any kind.It s a sweet ride

Fantastic service experience with the collision/repair department. Dropped car off after being in an accident, we were placed in a rental car within minutes of arrival. No waiting around all day for help or a rental. This made this unfortunate situation so much easier on us and we couldn t be more grateful. Thank you Ford!

We bought our beautiful Bronco here. Our salesman Craig was exceptional; making it an easy process. The entire team (front desk) was nice and accommodating. We had a good experience on the trade-in and financing. This is a big dealership with a small town feel. Great place to buy a car!

my mother has a 2016 ford edge sel she purchased it in April of 2016 it was brand new. it maybe had 10000 miles transmission went out, sunroof motor went out 3 times and it has water damage all over the interior thanks to the motor going out 3 times and being less than 3 years old!! its fully loaded. they paid 45k for it and right now it s worth maybe 10-12k it s fully paid for. they bought it when it was grindstaff they would not do anything about the problems it had. even spoke to Steven himself multiple times and called him about it and he said he would take care of it and to take it that coming Monday and he would get a loaner for us and there was no need of making an appointment. we get there Monday and they told us there was no appointment and they knew nothing about it and they didn t do loaners. we sat there all day to be told they couldn t duplicate the problem. still to this day it has all the same issues it had when purchased. now the parking brake comes on at random times. And the screen goes completely black you can t control the climate or radio or anything to do with the screen. it s been nothing but trouble from the get go . They even knew about the problems it s had but they didn t seem the slightest concerned about it. They tried to trade it in when it was only a few years old and they value was maybe 20k. all there worried about is getting there money so Ashley could blow it on Botox and facelifts and there VERY lavish lifestyle. what I m getting to is please take care of your customers when purchasing a new or used vehicle and STAND BEHIND IT!! - this has nothing towards the new owners of ford of Elizabethton.

My transmission went out on my old car, I called these guys and they were awesome, Micah was the gentleman that helped me, i was expecting with my credit to get something cheap but he got me into a really nice 2018 nissan rogue. I highly recommend these guys they will go above and beyond for you

If I could give negative 5 star I would. Needed my truck serviced and they failed to schedule me an appointment, never returned phone calls. Instead they sent me offers in the mail to buy my truck. Would stay away from this dealership

On November 18th I called another local Ford dealer that we had used before for an issue with my car s hood latch and car alarm. I was told the first available appointment was in February. Ford of Elizabethton had availability within 2 days. Jason in the service department was very helpful, car was fixed and ready for pick up as quoted. Obviously we will NOT go back to the other dealer and will be using Ford of Elizabethton for service on both our Ford vehicles.
