The guys here are very kind and helpful. I bought a truck from them and the first day one of the sensors happened to go bad. I gave Jamie a call and they took very excellent care of me. Replaced the part free of charge. Definitely check these guys out if you are looking for a vehicle.

Our family bought a 2017 Kia Soul+ from Elk Avenue Auto Brokers. Getting a test drive setup was easy. The car was cleaned before we it out which was nice as well. When we decided to buy the vehicle the process was seamless. Jamie was a great person to talk with and never tried to pressure us to get the car. This made the experience even better for us as anyone who has dealt with sales people can sometimes feel overwhelmed in how they try to get a sale.Jamie was great though. The office was clean, and the parking lot had easy access plus good parking for customers.

Yesterday I came by West Elk Auto in search of a good reliable vehicle. I was greeted my Jamie right off the bat. He was very kind and informative in every question I asked him. We were not able to strike a deal but that is only because I was working with very little money. Even so he helped me research information that was unknown to me and even gave me his personal number in case I had any questions which I did end up having. He helped me through the entire process of purchasing a car from a private seller even though it was not to his or his companies benefit. He even offered to help me out with mechanical services if the need ever came up. I had a terrible week and was trying to fix a very bad vehicle situation on a crunched time frame and with little funds. Jamie helped me out more than I can thank him. I truly believe he acted as a servant of God to help the ones in need. Thank you so much Jamie!

My daughter bought a car here . After a few days we found a few things wrong with the car . She called Jaimie he told her to bring the car back and he would take care of everything. Was very happy with the buying experience and the care we received after buying the car. I would recommend checking in with him to see if he can help get you in a car

Edit to add, due to not being able to reply to comment. Calling and saying our mechanic looked at the vehicle and saw nothing wrong. Is not offering to help. Therefore my family said they plan to take legal action. Had the vehicle looked at on Wednesday and having to get $1500 in repairs. But the smart mechanic saw noooo issues what so ever Very shady business. Took advantage of my nephew and his wife, who have a one year old. By selling them a vehicle they knew had serious issues. Literally covered up the oil leak the vehicle was having so it wouldn t be noticed during the test drive. Said they lowered the price on the vehicle because it s been on the lot for a while. But truth be told, they lowered it because anyone who knew about cars would not purchase it. Knowing my nephew was desperate for one and didn t know much about cars, they sold him it. These men should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. But would I recommend this business? Absolutely not ! Please take the time to read reviews when in the market for a vehicle. Regardless if you know someone who has had a good experience with these people, know they re also shady and take advantage of those who are in need. Not someone I would ever want to give business to, even if I had a billion dollars.

Not anyone I would ever trust buying a car from. Little to no knowledge on repairs needed for their used cars. Will lie just to get a buck. I feel sorry for those who have purchased a used vehicle from them for under $10k. I guess they think anything under $10k isn t important enough to check all the bells and whistles. With little regard to how hard it is for others to come up with that much in a time of need. While it may be easy for them to easily obtain that much money at once, doesn t mean it is for others. Pitiful business practices.

I absolutely recommend coming here! I worked with Jamie and he actually took the time to listen to all my must-haves for a vehicle. He provided patience with answering all my questions which is something I was yet to receive from salesman at other dealers until now. He was able to match me with a perfect and reliable fit. I left feeling like I got a great deal and my money was being well spent rather than feeling like I over paid. Will be going back if I ever need to purchase a vehicle again!

I just bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado from them and they are honestly the best at what they do. They are very kind and treat their customers with care like they are their own family. I will always recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. Also ask for Jamie. THANK YOU Jamie for helping me all along the way with this process in buying this truck. Disappointing deal a few days afetr I bought the car, I found the battery can not be charge. And, I have to repair the engine only two monthes later, even every day a few minutes drive .Have a nice talk with James, he told me they will help me contact with the warrenty. Today is 01.11.2022, hope we can work it out.

One person who believes a car is mispriced shouldn t bring your google ratings down . This person came after hours ... prices on windshield are asking . Additionally when looking at a 18 year old Jeep one expects a little rust . We are family owned wholesale dealership we live and work in our small town where most everyone knows everyone else . Our reputation is very important to us ! We appreciate all of our past customers and look forward to those we will work with in the future . If you are shopping for a car at least come check out our inventory and let us try to save you some money .

The WORST experience out of my entire Jeep shopping adventure. Although I was excited to see this Jeep and really had my heart set on buying it, I was so disappointed by the customer service that I couldn t imagine handing them my money.Originally I had spoken with James on Friday and I informed him that we would drive up over 2 hours tomorrow to test drive the Jeep. So my husband, toddler and I drove 2.5 hours one way the next day just to check it out and when we got there we were essentially told that James had the keys and left work early, the CarFax was unavailable because it was on Jame s phone and that there was no chance of contacting him for the keys or the CarFax. All of this information was relayed to us in a short, rude and careless tone. I would NEVER buy these auction cars just based on their customer service alone, much less their apparently poor business standards.

Finally, a used car dealership I trust. Would recommend to anyone seeking a used automobile for a fair price. The sales staff is friendly and allowed me to take the truck I was looking at to my personal mechanic to have it gone over before I bought it. Will go back the next time I am looking for a used vehicle.

Never will buy a car from them again.It was a pain getting the tags for our car, when my wife brought it to get a new temp tag the joke of a salesman juat put a 2 over the one.They even messed up the title and we waited 2 months.Definitely not worth it I'm sure anywhere in Elizabethton is better.

Amazing people something happened with one of the sales associates, and the owner James Johnson fixed it.and he did this on his wife birthday. I hope she's not to mad lol but he is amazing and He went above and beyond to correct the mistake and I will definitely be sending people here. When you go ask for James he's awesome.

I'm not mistaken management has changed since my first experience here and I must say I was quite surprised with how I was treated as I walked on the lot I think the prices could be a little better however I didn't really take a look at what each vehicle have to offer
