Brittney, Matthew and their crew are amazing!! Always so kind and caring and treat every customer like a friend. They did an incredible job fixing up my truck in a quick and efficient manner AND made it look brand new! They are all so professional and truly experts at their jobs. I don t trust anyone else with my vehicle the way I trust them. Thanks ECC for everything!

They do amazing work. Had to come here twice. Once over major damage caused by a deer and the other minor. They are prompt and super professional while being caring and understanding. My insurance tried to send me somewhere else but I chose them. They have done work on my parents vehicles as well. Brittany is so nice to deal with in person or on the phone. Would HIGHLY recommend Elizabethton Collision.

This establishment is first rate if you're in the Tri Cities and need a damaged vehicle repaired this is the place to go! High quality work and super nice people!

My Accord had minor damage to the back end due to a rear end collision. They scheduled the appointment and took care of all the specifics with the other driver's insurance company. They also booked me a rental car and made sure that it was there upon my arrival. There was additional damage once they started and again they took care of that with the insurance company. While it was there, I had them do additional paint on front bumper out of pocket and I couldn't have been happier with the result. The car was ready on time, clean and I even got some extra paint for scratches. I'm extremely picky when it comes to body work & paint, so if they can make me happy, then they're doing a great job!. They came as a referral from my mechanic since I was newer to the area and they will be my body/paint shop of choice moving forward.Service: Painting

Took my car in halfway clean got it back covered in dust none of my sensor were on when I took it in I pick it up and my tire senor was on took to put air there was a big gash in the tire you call back they think someone's trying to get over on them
