Semi Truck Drivers!!! Park along the shoulder of US-19E before Treadway St. and come in to the store for check in. There is a gravel park and ramp-dock for semi trucks with 53' behind the store on Treadway St. Make sure that dock is empty before pulling in from the highway. Nice people and fast unloading.

Thank you Eddie, Jason, and of course Amber and the whole dam crew, can't forget Earl. Thank you for fixing your little problem with the side by sides. We definitely love your new Polaris general. I can t say enough about how great this place is! Extremely nice facility with a wide range of inventory to choose from! The owners, (Eddie and his wife) and the staff of East Tennessee ATV are knowledgeable, accommodating and probably the nicest people you will ever meet. They treated us like we were part of their family! If you want to purchase from a straight forward business, that will appreciate you, if you re just coming in to look, to gain information or to make a purchase, this is the place to go! Some reviews on here have me baffled, seriously, if you find one thing wrong with this business, YOU must be the problem, it s not them! Thank you again Mr. and Mrs. Clawson! We enjoyed the time we spent with you and we will definitely be a forever customer!

Came in today with the cash to buy a new SxS in my pocket. Was not greeted when I came in. Not acknowledged when I walked by the man at the front desk, not spoken to or acknowledged as I went around the show room looking at the ones on display. Inside for well over 5 minutes and not even spoken to let alone approached. Walked around the outside lot looking at the used bikes for 5 more minutes. Not approached by a single person, inside or out asking if I need help or questions answered. I guess they didn't need a 30k cash sale today. And they won't be getting one from me in the future either. Oh well, I'll buy another brand instead.

Very friendly staff and family owned which we loved. Fair pricing and no hassle on our purchase. Straight to the point and got everything done very quickly. We will definitely use East Tennessee ATV and Tractor again.

We run an outdoor adventure company and decided to give some of their machines a try. From the first phone call to pick up of several machines was one of nicest experiences we have had. Everyone we had contact with was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with East Tn ATV & Tractor. Thanks again for a great buying experience. Let's just start by saying I lost $13 thousand dollars just getting someone to take over payments so I could get away from this dealership!!!The first lie he told me was I could get an after market cab for the tractor he sold me. I should have done my own research instead of trusting a salesman. No one would touch the model tractor he sold me with a cab.They do not have certified Massey Ferguson Mechanics. They took over a YEAR trying to replace the clutch in one of my tractors. Excuses were Lack of employees, mechanic turn over and the funniest was too much MUD on my tractor.Second chances ; After my tractor being in their shop for over a YEAR for clutch repair. I told them to just sell me a Brand New tractor that I wouldn't have to do repairs on for a while.One year in 1st and 2nd gear goes out on brand new tractor. Call them up, report issue didn't hear back for a month. I call AGCO to report non response on issue was placed on call with Master Mechanic of Massey that said he just left East Tennessee ATV and Tractor and they never told him anything. He then told me drop it off next Wednesday and he would make sure it got repaired.Long story short and where more lies came in . They had my tractor for over a month repairing it but changed the dates on the invoice lying about the dates it was dropped off and picked up. Claiming it had only been there 28 days.I didn't want the tractor and tried to force them into a buy back . 6 months for back in forth with lawyers. Found I picked the crappiest lawyers.That eventually said Tractors aren't covered under Lemon Laws. Becareful were you buy!!!! Check the service reviews. They may be good on ATV's but NOT TRACTORS!!!!He also lied saying when I sold my tractor the 5 year warranty was going to be void. NOT TRUE... The warranty follows the serial numbers not the Ownership.I called the Massey Dealership in Greenville and they lied and said I had to have warranty work done where I bought it. NOT TRUE. Any Massey Ferguson dealer is under signed contract to service any Massey Ferguson Warranty work. But they may put you in the back of the line till you lose your farm .I'll NEVER BUY ANOTHER MASSEY FERGUSON BECAUSE OF THEM!$13,000 DOLLARS GONE!

Great work at reasonable prices. I drive over an hour from NC to take my Polaris here. May be a little slow but it's because everyone brings their machines here. I also took mine in right before hunting season which is my own fault. Staff is friendly and it is family owned/operated. Couldn't be happier with the shop.

Angi is a finance lady very horrible with her to dumb vehicle settled all excuse she s living 5 o clock take care of the grandbabies owner is old man he tells Casas also very rude Risius I think so that place going down the hill rip of the people and that s why the Mahindra dealership is go away from him and he don t have any equipment for the sale I don t think so they have to buy from them unless they have no choice in the town Johnson City knoxville Sevierville they have a better place and better service

I have been calling since 12 PM, it is now 130 PM. Never got assistance, placed on hold every time and disconnected after 12 to 15 minutes of hold. All I need was to see if a part was in stock. I understand people come in as often as the phones ring, but ALL customers should be handled, not just in person ones.

Horrible place. I do not recommend it to anybody. I took my ATV to get serviced and they didn't even look at it after 7 weeks. I was promised 3 weeks max. Every time I called all I got was excuse, your next in line. For 4 weeks same excuse. I just picked up my ATV and took it somewhere else. I was going to purchase a side by side from them. Now I would not even get a spark plug from them. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.

I spoke with East Tennessee ATV many times over the last 6 months attempting to pre-order the new Polaris Ranger EV. I Pre-Ordered the Polaris Ranger EV within hours of its release on December 1 on Polaris website. I chose East Tennessee ATV bc the Polaris site required a dealership for sales. Was told I would receive a call from dealership, but never did. I finally reached out to them. The lady at the dealership said she would get the order in and call me back. Never received a call back. Reached out AGAIN, only to find out that East Tennessee ATV delayed placing the order for so long that the models have sold out. Have since spoken with nearly a dozen other dealerships, all of which got preorders in on time. I have spoke with Polaris customer service and they apologized for what they call the dealership s negligence , but could help no further. If they are this negligent with a nearly $30k atv, I can t imagine how their customer service is for run-of-the-mill sales and service.

Both of the young Blonde girls who helped me at the parts center were VERY, VERY NICE 2 me!! & were VERY, VERY helpful!!! Because of both of them & the way they treated me, I WILL be back! I've been looking 4 an ATV store 2 fulfill the needs of my ATV's & because of these 2 pleasant young ladys, I've chosen 2 start using U guy exclusively!!! U have very wonderful employees!!!

Excellent selection of ATV's, Can Am Spyders, gear, and accessories. The parts and service departments are just as good - great prices and service. This is a family-owned business and everyone who works here is friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend East TN ATV.
