It was a great experience. We got to meet Michelle R, she walked around with us looking at different vehicles, mind you she had 6 inch heels, so we had to buy a car after all the work she put in selling us a car. We bought a beautiful Rubicon, so get out there, ask for Michelle, and get yourself a vehicle,she was the sweetest person. They will work with you to get you a car in your price range.

Just wanna post on here and say how it s is such a bunch of bull that you go and pick your vehicle up from the dealer who is supposed to be fixing it because it has warranty and they have had it since August of last year and then you go to drive it away and before you leave they tell you that the battery is going to have to be replaced ( duh you have had it for 8 months) they also stated that I owe them $677 for repairs because I had no warranty soon. They called the company that I m financed through and I did have warranty. They stated they would only cover a fuel injector and a kit, but not the manifold that wasn t part of the motor I stated to him is the manifold not the top of the motor?? I know things got heated, but sometimes you can t let people run over you and soon the service manager said I will take care of the other charges and then we had to find the keys to my car and I have to be jumped off to even leave the dealership and I have to go to auto parts and pay 300 dollars for a new battery to even get home not to mention my 3 year old is with me and my finance this whole time. So after getting a new battery at auto parts, my daughter is screaming she is hungry so we went to a restaurant and was sitting in the drive-through. Then my car started shaking all over and the engine ended up turning off while I was trying to order. I started the vehicle and thankfully it started back after we got our food. It started again, then got out and took a video of what it is doing. I get home and this morning my fianc� is having to spend his day off trying to fix the problem which ends up being The service department did not put the bolts and nuts back into my radiator so it is just moving freely and is holding by one bolt and no nut for that bolt. I m lucky to have gotten home with my family and I would not send my worst enemy to that dealership I would tell anyone I would walk before I purchased a vehicle from them again. I have contacted a lawyer and they informed me that I can sue them for auto fraud because there is no way the vehicle was not like this when I purchased it. Also, I tried to trade it back to them. They stated I could not trade it back to them, but they could sell me another vehicle a.k.a. they knew what they sold me This dealership has been nothing but a headache and a hardship on my family and they have no remorse for this. They stated well we gave you a vehicle to drive and so this means it s my fault the vehicle is a pile of junk and they have to give me a vehicle to drive. Please please do not ever go to this dealership. It will be one of the biggest mistakes you will make

I wanna really thank Hunter and this dealership for the awesome new truck I bought hear. They were really patient with me and working with me since I lived all the way in West Virginia. I couldn't be more more happy with the truck, it's everything in a truck you could ask for! Go see Hunter there at cdjr of Elizabeth TN.

Carson helped my buddy out in a tight spot with getting him a vehicle, stayed after closing to make sure the deal went through and made sure it was detailed great! Would recommend him to anyone seeking new or used inventory, will be back for my next car!

In August I found a car at CDJR of Elizabethton an I reached out to Hunter and he worked up some paperwork. He was awesome. He answered all my questions and he made sure to be available to assist me in any way possible. He made the car buying experience GREAT! He was kind , he was knowledgeable about everything on the lot I asked about.. I called him after hours because I had to work late , he answered my call and as a client he made me feel as if I was his priority until my purchase was completed. Thank you Hunter! It truly was a pleasure doing business with you.

Steer clear of this dealership and go somewhere else. Purchased multiple vehicles for company fleet and it was problem after problem, excuse after excuse. Failed to deliver a purchased Promaster van after 3 months of "it will be here Monday" Spent over $350,000 at this place. Was promised a ram promaster, purchased and given a vin. Was told it would be delivered in a week and I could pick up on multiple dates. Never showed up after 3 months! The salesperson Karsun Is a liar and will string you along and not tell you the truth. Dealer finally had to pay me back $51,000 for a van that they could not deliver because they never had it, and were never going to get it. Go somewhere else! I have records of the text messages and emails availible at anytime.

I just want to say if you need a vehicle please do yourself a favor and check them out! We were so impressed with the professionalism at this dealership!We did not feel pressured one bit! Two individuals met us on their DAY OFF and Theo was wonderful with our deal! They went above and beyond for us! They made a big decision for us so easy!We will tell everyone about our great experience!!!

Went to dealership to sell a car with KBB instant cash offer. Was net by Karson Was friendly enough but as soon he took car for inspection he started nit picking and came back with a low ball offer over $3000 lower than KBB offer. He never showed the side by side comparison just keep telling me how my car was not worth the money. Funny thing another dealership about 20 min. Away payed over the KBB offer and was over $4000 more than CDJR of Elizabethton. I will not shop them again and will tell every one how bad they are and how Karson lies about everything.

Robert H. was great to work with and really went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I got our desired truck. Robert really focused on what we wanted in a vehicle and wasn't trying to just "make a sale". I had the pleasure of being sold on a Ram 2023 Laramie.While the truck almost sold itself I was more impressed with the salesperson Michelle's knowledge of the truck, it's rebate programs and overall confidence to "own what she was saying". Usually I've had the bad "salesperson saga" of all talk and no walk, this was not the case. Nice job!!!

I had a great experience shopping for an automobile at your dealership. I was in the market for an SUV and I was greeted by your salesman Abe Sanchez. He was very informative and answered every question I asked him. He showed me what autos you had on the lot and offered to look for an auto that was best for me. I was impressed with the experience and recommend Abe and this dealership when shopping for your next ride.

My husband went here to get a truck to build credit the salesman agreed to $1000 down and we had proof but then decided to change it last second to $1700. There were lots of other issues with this whole thing but I HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

We re new to the area, we moved from Florida and needed a vehicle capable of handling the mountains. I could not be more impressed with CDJR of Elizabethton! The outstanding customer service we received from Pete Yeo and the quality vehicle we purchased has ruined all other dealerships for me. Why go anywhere else when the best is at your back door? If anyone needs a new or used vehicle, I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Ask for Pete!

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have purchased over 70 vehicles in the past 20 years, they are poor at best. Lack of customer service. All they care about is the sale. Six months I have had my vehicle and still don t have a title for it. Call and visit every week and same old story. Hunter is your typical salesman. Will say anything to get the deal. After that nothing. Has lied to me multiple times. Please stay away. Plenty other dealerships in the area .

This is for the service department. Most frustrating experience ever 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Brought my jeep in with less than 5k miles when it broke down. They fixed my jeep and then informed me it was not covered under warranty due to having a light bar installed. Once I refused to pay out of pocket they took the parts off my jeep that was already fixed and charged me an outrageous diagnostic fee just to pick it up. I had the jeep towed to another dealership and it was fixed under warranty no questions asked and was an awesome experience compared to here. Still out of pocket for the diagnostic fee and the extra tow bill. If i would have taken it somewhere else to start with this never would have been an issue and I would have saved money and time.
