Advance (Elizabethton location) don't even deserve a star.Took oil filter & oil back. The acting Manger there accused us of bringing a used oil filter back. If you know anything about oil filters or cars, which if you work at an auto parts store you should know about cars and parts. As customer who hope that the employees do know about car parts. Filters come with a little bit of lube (oil) in the center of it. Well the acting manager (he such a Genius) decides to examine the filter by put his index finger in the middle of the filter. By doing this he got his finger stuck. And ended up embarrassing himself. That is what he gets for thinking and not knowing about car parts.

I just want to thank Ricky O. for being so kind! My wiper blades needed replacing in the middle of an absolute downpour and he didn't hesitate to come out and replace them for me! He was so kind and helpful and really made my day! Thank you Ricky!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my parts online and picked them up at the store. This is the first time I have used this process. It was quite nice to look for the parts, their availability at my store, the price, and read other's reviews on the parts to help make a decision.The Staff were helpful and had great attitudes. They had the parts ready in 30 minutes and upon pickup, reminded me of an item that I had forgotten to buy to make the process smoother.The store was well stocked, clean, and well lit. The prices were visible on the shelves and the Staff were attentive to the customers and helpful in looking up items on their in-house system for my next project.Repairing a vehicle is rarely a "fun time" for me, but the Staff here helped my day and my repair go more smoothly,

I haven't used advance auto parts in elizabethton tennessee in couple years because the employee's didn't know anything it was useless and a waste of time. but I had to go there yesterday 07/11/2023 because the competitor couldn't find what I was looking for. But this young man in there his name was Ricky Oliver didn't hesitate to take the time and research and find what I needed and it pleased me to the point because of him I believe that store has won back my business. Once again thank you ricky oliver I greatly appreciated your time and knowledge

It was wonderful! The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to help me get my part tomorrow instead of 3 days later. Will definitely be going back for my vehicle needs!

Advance Auto Parts is the only place I'll go. Our local Advance in Elizabethton, Tn has great customer service with all employees I've came into contact with. They also go out of their way to help get you the best product at the best price. Thank you to our local store to all employees.

Very helpful when I went in to have my check engine light scanned. I have my own scan tool which wasn't working. When the employee plugged in his scan tool and it didn't come on he knew exactly why. Once I changed the fuse we were able to diagnose the problem and made suggestions as to how to remedy it.

Needed a part for my twenty year old work van. ( Poor thing, I'm beating it like a rented mule). Wheel bearing and housing.They had it! I about pooped ! I went and got it .. stuck it it on her and wham ! The abuse continues for another twenty years! Love this place! Girl behind counter was friendly and knew her stuff!

Employees are helpful but not all are knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. I'd recommend this business for your automotive needs.

People nice. Can some times find parts not carried by auto zone but auto zone has items they dont and like every other parts store they usually only know what the computer tells thems

terrible customer service for a long story short i trusted that since the employee helping me went out to my car to see what i needed i would not have to exchange the part but it was the wrong part and i was never given a receipt and i went to exchange it for the right part which was cheaper than the first part i bought but could not get store credit or anything for the remaining money i had paid so i guess the company just gets to keep my money? and they were rude about it to and all they said to me was next time ask for a receipt. there will not be a next time!!!

Have Most of what you need to get the job done. Online is they way to go, use the coupons to get the same product shipped to store (free) or pick up in store same day for a big savings. Not sure why the store prices are so much higher than their online prices for the same product?

Great place to shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff always willing to go that extra step for there customers free Battery alternator and starter testing. Also free installation of batteries and wiper blades no matter the weather conditions . Check Engine Light diagnostics absolutely No charge on most any 95 to 96 and newer vehicles. Unfortunately any thing older than 95 or 96 cannot be diagnosed with there equipment. That doesn't mean that there isnt someone there who may have advice on what's steps to take and finding yourself back out on the road again, with a fine tuned, well oiled machine ready to take on what your life has to throw at it and get you there safe. Highly recommended shopping at this branded store for quality parts with a reasonable price, and experienced staff that makes it just that much easier on you. Great sell on oil, the clerk was friendly helped us find what we needed and they were about to close so pretty good experience and they usually have sales on something, we good a great deal! Usually the place I go for parts!
