Not the greatest place due to a lot of factors. Dirty, order pickers are always in the way, and day shift employees are rude. The afternoon is completely different, staff is friendly and place is much cleaner. The overnight crew does an amazing job at restocking the entire store and making sure we have all the products we need stocked in the proper places every night, they are awesome because they work very hard to make sure the store is in top shape for everyone! I see and appreciate how hard the night crew works

Great selection of food products but there are a lot of items not actually in stock. They must be ordered. Understandable though for the most part but some things like LAN cables should be in the store. Overall, it's Wal-Mart. Pretty good selection on a tight budget.

It was a terrible trip to this Walmart in Dyersburg, TN. I can only assume bc it was an hour until they closed at 11:00pm,, they repeatedly got on the intercom very loudly and rudely saying it was almost time to closing. And I mean like 5 or 6 times over the intercoms they stated: we close at 11 if u are not in line or at a self check out at 15 mins till 11 you will not be able to check out or check yourself out your cart will be pushed aside and u will be asked to exit the store!!! I get reminding the customers 3 or 5 times but repeatedly in a row? With that type of attitude and ugliness??? And I have been at all types of Walmart Supercenters everywhere at closing time(11pm) and I have never heard an employee talk so un professional. Never have I been told to be at checkout in the front of store 15 mins before close or your cart will be pushed to the front desk and you will be asked to exit store!! It's clear they were just unhappy with their job PERIOD! JUST BC THEY DONT WANT TO WORK OR HATE THEIR JOBS,, Don't mean they have to or get to disrespect innocent people and more importantly ... THOSE SAME PEOPLE ARE AND WILL BE THE SAME ONES MAKING THEIR PAY CHECKS POSSIBLE !

Belinda was very helpful in the sporting goods section . Nice to see a smiling face back there . I use to go in there and there was never anyone there to wait on you and when they did come they were upset that you had bothered them . But Belinda helped us and we didn t seem to be a bother to her . Thanks for the great service and smile !

We just stopped in for a few items on our Thanksgiving dinner list. My wife got the top few things and she's going back later for our regular shopping. It was pleasant although they were really busy with holiday shoppers. We were going through the self checkout but an attendant rang up our things and when it came to paying with ecards she didn't know how to clear her register so we had to go to the customer service desk. The lady there rang up our things very quickly and she was very nice. I couldn't have asked for a more happy lady to wait on us. Walmart's the best.

I waited more than 45 minutes for someone to help in the jewelry dept. Finally ran out of my time as I was on my lunch break. While trying to leave there is an elderly lady with a mop blocking the exit while she is checking receipts. You can hire people to make sure customers don't make off with a $3 case of soda, but not hire anyone to actually help people who are there to shop?Makes sense.

Not happy with Walmart Dyersburg, TN! I go there because Walmart Ripley, TN never has any items I purchase stocked anymore nor do they have cashier's or anyone to help you.Walmart Dyersburg had plenty of self-service registers open plus cashier's and in that whole store ONLY 3 SELF-SERVICE REGISTERS TOOK CASH!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CASH??? This is not the first time but I thought the last time maybe something had happened but NOPE!!! LOOKS LIKE THIS WILL BE THE WAY THEY CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS AND I DONT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I THOUGHT CASH WAS A GUARANTEE OF FUNDS BUT THEY DONT WANT CASH!!!???

Usually fairly busy. Plan ahead for grocery puckup as slots fill up quick. Store is pretty clean, uncluttered, and typically well stocked.

Not one of the larger Walmarts, but certainly has the volume of business. Best to come early in the morning, because it gets so busy, it's hard to navigate the aisles or find a parking space.

After leaving Walmart today i checked my receipt only to find out the cashier added formula to it at the end of my transaction. I did not get any formula nor was there any in my bags. Needless to say I did go back in and get a refund and demanded they discipline the cashier. Remember to always check receipts!

Check your receipt. They mark an item at one price & you ring it up at a higher price. THIS IS TRUE. I've pointed it out to the service desk and they say "an honest mistake" or " so many items in here they just haven't corrected the price yet". Most ppl don't notice because they are using the self checkout.

Not enough cashiers working ever. Basically forced to use self checkout. The store is clean and somewhat stocked. Horrible parking lot set up.

Not a bad place. They have a lot of stuff from food to furniture. This location used to have an arcade and even a McDonald's, but times have changed.

I went in to get some groceries and the store was a mess. They were out of whole milk and almost all 18 CT eggs, except broken ones which no one ever cleans up. The employees in the dairy section behind the milk will never spend time pushing the products forward as they sell. I almost always have to get on my hands and knees to get to the last one or two cartons of coffee creamer that's all the way to the back on the bottom shelf, as I did again tonight. This is very aggravating and painful as I have bad knees. The floors were dirty and needed mopping, the shelves were a bundle of mishaps everywhere. I'm sure with school starting, things have been busy, but they should have hired on additional help to keep the store running smoothly. It seems like all the priority has been given to the personal shoppers who move about the store with earphones in their ears, can't answer a question because they can't hear you and don't respect your space when they come barreling through with their carts. More often than not, they seem rude because they don't excuse themselves while listening to, well, whatever they're listening to. I understand they have a job to do, but I take my personal time to go out to the store to do my own shopping and I don't like being disrespected by someone whose mind is elsewhere instead of on pleasing the customers. Lastly, the ladies restroom in the front of the store is NEVER clean when I go in there. It either has a backed up toilet, a mess on the seat or floor, the toilet doesn't flush, it's closed and has an "out of order sign" on it and the sinks have soap everywhere or there's toilet paper or paper towels all over the floors. I don't know how often someone is supposed to CHECK and CLEAN those restrooms, but I don't think they are doing their job. For being the only Walmart in an area this size, the management should do a better job of taking care of their store.

Just stopped for a quick second, however it was very conveniently located just off interstate, as well as easy to get into, with friendly staff.

Sometimes they haven't been the friendliest but they have made it fairly easy to get what I need quickly. They do need better signage to find things easier.

Customer service desk personnel are completely untrained. Money Center is NEVER open, staff at self-check lanes are very pushy about five-star feedback. If this store has a management team, I've never seen them. I don't know where the staff are, but they certainly aren't busy cleaning. Pretty awful.

What few employees there were present were standing around giggling and talking and playing on their phones, there were boxes stacked everywhere so that it was difficult to maneuver through the aisles, some aisles were completely blocked, and no one was willing/able to help me.

No prices on product in pool supplies and garden center. Should of taken pics there. The trend continued into groceries. Products with no price or product stocked in wrong place.

WALMART IN DYERSBURG SUCKS.They are so lazy in there that they want to push the use of self check. The only reason that they are using more regular registers now is because they are renovating. Most of the people are rude (not all, but most). and you can never find anyone to help. It's like they sit on they're tails and don't do ANYTHING. The only reason I still come to this store is because it's the only big retail store where we can find most of everything we need. This store doesn't even deserve ONE star.
