Called about ordering new tires was met with rude employee and said even though I was ordering them from them they were going to charge me another$72 per tire to mount them and anotherc$36 to balance them I will never use there service other than maybe get some air thats it so disappointing

I went to tire center on the 26 of may to get new tires and it was a mess I was there for about 4 hours or longer because I left and came back but to get to the point I was having problems with a slow leak in my LR tire which stated it on my dash and I was visiting lake road amaco at least once a week for air and was told it was a slow leak in tire but after getting tires from Wal-Mart my dash start saying monitor system so I went back to Wal-Mart guy checked tires with tpms and each tire had different amounts of air in them starting in the 40s and all you have to do is look on inside door panel to see 35 lbs in tires he also said front driver side sensor was broke and they will call me back but that was false I have talked to several people at work Who also state they encountered the same problem with walmart so I'm saying if you purchase new tires from Wal-Mart go elsewhere and have them put on your car

Definitely a good place to go if you can't change your own oil or you fear that the near by auto care places charge too much. It definitely takes around an hour though, so prepare to do some shopping.

I have been 3 times in different days to be told they can't take anymore customers or that the wait time will be 2-3 hours. Walmart needs to hire more people because apparently they have business but not enough employees. They are doing all they can do. Hang in there guys and keep doing your best.

Employee s disappearing for 10-15 minutes at a time took over 2 hours and only 2 people in front of me!! Worst Walmart auto center I ve ever been to!!!!

If I could give them a minus star, I would. We have been here for two hours to get a flat repaired. 5 service tech walking around with their hands in pockets and no one in any of the bays. Just inquired and told we were 2nd in line!!!

They seemed to care about the condition of my tires and worked really hard at getting them replaced. A little slow but in their defense it was a Saturday morning and they were getting slammed. Great people.

1st person slow. Finally spoke someone coming. She came & ignored us. 3rd person friendly and made my key. 3 minute job took almost 15 minutes with NO LINE!

I was told that there were 6 people ahead of me. I waited 2 1/2 hours. When I came back I still had 2 people ahead of me and told it would be an additional 2 hours!
