Had an awesome experience. I have lived here a year, and had not found a dealer where I felt welcome like family. I FINALLY FOUND OUR DEALERSHIP HOME!! I felt welcome, and like they were happy to see me and not just for the money they would make on the service to my car.It took about an hour for the oil change and inspection. I thought it was a good amount of time because I know they didn't rush. The inspection report was a nice touch so I know what they looked at and what might be of concern. I made an appointment for the JEEP in 2 weeks.I love when the dealership makes it about the people, not just the car! Thanks and can't wait to see you all again!

I had such an amazing experience buying my first car on my own at Victory! Matt was the most helpful salesman! He made sure I was comfortable and even went into the finance office with me because I was nervous. He went through every detail of my Jeep Compass and even explained Jeep Wave to me. He stayed after hours to do so! I highly recommend working with Matt and Mr. Donnie in finance!

My husband and I were at Reelfoot SP for the Eagle Fest when the worst happened . Our truck died. With the assistance of some wonderful folks from the park service, we were able to get a rental vehicle. We were 5 hours from home with a dead truck and a RV that we couldn t get home. We made the decision to look for a new truck. We left Enterprise and went a half mile to Victory Dyersburg. We were greeted by Debra Story, who spent the next 5 hours with us and assisting us with the purchase of a 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 hemi. The whole experience was exceptional. We can t express the relief we had when we purchased the truck. We now had a way home. Everyone we met at Victory was pleasant and helpful. We made the purchase on Friday, picked up our new truck on Monday and were able to go home on Tuesday.

My vehicle has been in their shop since August 7th. I called before dropping it off to confirm their availability to get it serviced, they took 1 month to finally start working on it, I have never received any calls with an update regarding my car. Jason their service manager very rudely sad "We'll call you with an update" then hung up the phone, that was over a month ago. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. Toyota side only has 1 technician and 1 service advisor, if you can get ahold of anyone Ashley the service advisor is great but they are so under staffed I'm surprised they can actually service any of their customers. If you pick a dealership I would steer clear of this one for the fact your car will be in their shop for 4+ months and they do not offer loaner vehicles untill a warranty is started and we are currently waiting for Victory Toyota to get pricing to the warranty company. Now almost 4 months I've been without a car and they could care less.

Terence Jenkins is one of the best at Tim Castellaw! I ve never met someone so honest And so welcoming and nice. He has always helped me and my husband pick out the best car for me and my family he will forever have our business. We are not only glad to have him as a salesman but also a good friend!

Had a recall on my F350. It was done on a timely manner, everyone was friendly. There were alot of people coming in but I seen no one that had to wait long.

Had to leave a Fantastic Review!! I was having trouble with a key for my tire lock. And at first I got nowhere. But Frankie stepped in to save me... Lol!! But really he did. Such a good guy. Thank you for everything

Bought a couple of cars from this dealer. Sales department was upfront and honest. Service is outstanding. My car is having a huge repair done and one of the guys in service took me back to my house and will pick me up because I don't have another car, I couldn't get anyone to pick me up, and they were out of loaners. Excellent customer service.

Jerry and the whole sales team have gone above and beyond on the purchase of my used 2018 F150 King ranch. I would highly recommend anyone in the looking for a new or used ford to come see this great group of guys! A short drive from Memphis but definitely worth it!

Last vehicle we purchased was from tim castellaw dyersburg Tennessee. We used mrs Kim, who went absolutely about and beyond to get the payment we needed with the ride we wanted to drive out the lot with. Fast easy even with mediocre credit like I have . Go see Kim for ya next car!

If you are wanting to sell your car, do not come here. They told me they would buy my car for my price. I drove an hour up there, just to be told that they can only take it for $5,000 less. I wouldn't be so irritated if, instead of saying "yes" to my price, they would have said "we will talk about it". NOT good for business...but oh well, not my problem. Paige was very nice though.

Awesome dealership, if you want a great car dealer you must visit here, they never go over the sticker!!!!! Just awesome bought my first toyota Corolla and will definitely come back to this dealer!!!! Just WOW!!!

Terence worked with me and let me test drive several (seriously so many) vehicles until I found the perfect one for me and my family!! Very knowledgeable and kind! He sent me home in luxury and has checked on me since! Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend! Ask for Terence you won't be disappointed!!!

My boyfriends 2015 Ford Focus was having transmissions issues so he took it to this Ford dealership to see if he could get it fixed. They took the car in and had it there for about 4 months and during this time period he would periodically call to check up on his vehicle. Every time he called no one was in the service department and said they would call him back and never did. The part had been on back order for a long time. So he finally decided to go pick up his car and take it elsewhere since it was taking so long. The guy at the desk seemed nervous but he gave him the keys and he went out to his car and the plate had been removed along with his tags. They allegedly have no idea where his license plate is or tags.He has since filed a police report. Please do not take your car here! This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced and the worst ford dealership we have ever been to. Tim Castellaw is a joke!

I just want to say if you are looking for a vehicle no matter what kind it go to Tim Castellaw and ask for " Snoop" aka Terence Jenkins. He will work with you on everything. The best that I have come across so far!
