No customer service or personality for that matter. Mitch is the RUDEST human I ve ever had the misfortune of meeting in my life. I will make sure to tell all friends and family I know to AVOID this location and spend their money elsewhere!

Really great service. Friendly and humourous associate. Recommending the uhaul service on 51 bypass located next to the RV park located near the intersection of Hwy 51 and Forrest Street, Dyersburg Tennessee

I can't say enough about how amazing Mitch is! He went above and beyond what I would ever expect. He opened early for me one day because I needed an appliance dolly right then. It was two hours before normal business hours on a Wednesday. Mitch helped us figure out what was wrong with our fuse on our personal vehicle. He gave us step by step direction on loading our car onto the tow dolly. He also got down on the ground and guided my husband on making sure the car was securely fastened down. He had us drive the parking lot and check a second time for any problem. He found that the chain hold was a little tight and helped us get it right.He is a wonderful people person and I couldn't have been happier with his service!If you need Uhaul for anything in the Dyersburg, TN area, he is the one to see!

Got charged twice and still waiting on refund.noone seems to believe it so we'll see if the refund is givin back...Been 3 weeks and still havent recieved a refund.Sorriest uhaul ive ever delt with in dyersburg tn.

Not very nice customer service. Tries to go back on their word if you don't have it in writing or have a contract that specifically says what is going on. Tries to charge you more or for something you didn't have if you don't keep track. Would probably use another u-haul place in the future or Penske in Ripley.
