This was actually a really fabulous experience the brightest star there was a woman named Kristie! She's most definitely the light of the whole day. Very energetic, friendly, and helpful and even gave my kids a lollipop. Such a kind soul! Attention corporate Kristie sure deserves a raise!

45% Cheaper to order and pay online instead of driving up and paying monthly with the machine and staff. Doesn't get the vehicle clean the first or second pass from bug debris. They now have a 2 wash limit per day, even if it's not clean from bug gunk. It may be more suitable for cars that don't travel outside of the city that barely get bug gunk on them. The spinning brushes are usually dirty the last 5 times I've went. I don't know how often or what days they change them out though. The triple foam has been very watery the last 5 times I've had to go. The vacuum cleaner is awesome though.

Went to wash off car before return trip to Chicago and Kristi offered excellent customer service. Sweet young lady who made my day with her kindness. And the car wash was great as well!

They are super kind & definitely worth the wait if there s a little line! Everyone was super kind & helpful, especially Kristi at the front payment machine! Def would go again, we ve been thinking of signing up for the annual unlimited washes too!

This location is awesome but if you ever have an issue with your account, corporate customer service is all but nonexistent and is awful!!!!UPDATE: For the third month in a row, I have been billed twice. It is impossible to talk to anybody it. The phone number in response is automatic switchboard and eventually drops the call. Brittany is absolutely no help by email, even when I send my bank statement and show the duplicate charges. TERRIBLE customer service!2nd UPDATE: Once more I have been charged twice. I think the problem is with the app. Apparently, corporate can t see those. I have deleted my account on app and was still able to go through wash. I ve been overcharged $80. Pitiful.3rd UPDATE: I am still getting charged twice a month. Once at the old rate of $19.99 and once at the new rate of $23.99. Fraudulent company! Phone number drops the call and email is useless.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Always a great day when I come through and see smiling faces. The dancing girl (Kristie?) is so fun. My kids love when she is there.

I love this car wash especially the blonde named Kristie! Anytime I m having a bad day she puts me in good spirits with her dancing and that smile! 10/10 recommended if you don t have time to wash your own car!

I stopped by the dyersburg location. As a first time customer. Christy was very helpful and nice. I wasn't sure if I had to be a member or not. She explained everything in detail. I recommend this car wash for any and everyone.

Worse carwash ever never go back. Girl gave her friend a free wash in front of me and sat and talked to them for 5 minutes. Car came out still dirty with bugs still on it. Then vacuum cleaner wasn't working. I could have done a better job at a manual carwash down the road for $5.

Gave attendant my debit card to pay for wash she kept the card and used it again for a $40 wash for the vehicle behind me without my consent. When I confronted her about it she said no refunds even though she the one that stole the money very unprofessional while I was trying to get an understanding on how to resolve the issue she was FaceTime her boyfriend

Good wash may have to come through a few times soap sometimes is watery. Always nice to see Kristie so helpful an always a joy to see she brightens my day.

Went to the car wash today. Christy is so sweet and comical to watch. I do have a question regarding unlimited washes. I proceeded to the car wash today and access was denied. They have some serious issues at the Dyersburg location. The package we get is usually out of wax. They put a limit on mine & my husbands membership TODAY for no reason & the employees are talking about us and being rude. (Meghan & M.J) They have no reason to treat us differently than the rest when we have been nothing but LOYAL & FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS!!! I have come multiple times in a day over the last few days and just now they put a limit on our washes just because they have issues of their own. Just ridiculous. IF IT SAYS UNLIMITED, IT NEEDS TO REMAIN UNLIMITED.You got workers who drink liquor on the job there & smoke weed on the job, and sexual actions on the job but if we have a problem with the wash or anything like that, they want to say they re cancelling our membership for our complaints if we keep on. It s not right. We have been members for years now!!! This place is a HOT MESS!!!! Y all need to get it together.And no need in sending us the corporate number because there s no one to talk to!!! Y all don t even deserve a star.

I just want to first off State that I ve been detailing and hand washing my car for multiple years. I ve had first hand experience with this business and I can confirm, a majority of you are being scammed. They rarely have the chemicals they sell you on, and multiple locations merely pump water and incredibly diluted soap onto your vehicle, I came through the Dyersburg location a few days ago and purchased their cheapest wash, which left multiple scratches on my vehicle hood. I understand, that it being the cheapest wash it s not designed to do much more than a quick spray down, but after conversing with one of the employees at this site, they confirmed that the chemicals were severely reduced and this was a company wide problem. Perhaps they didn t mean to confirm my suspicion, however they did. I will never be utilizing this company again.I can also attest to the fact that many sites remain open and continue to sell their washes regardless of if they have the chemicals they are selling or not. Many times the Armor all items and wax are very clearly not used on your vehicle. At the bottom line, this buisness is a scam, after multiple attempts to connect to customer service, I ve grown tired of being given the run around. Please save your money. I reccomend Tidal Wave Auto Spa, I have a metallic paint job and it has consistently worked wonders for me.This business is legitimately a scam, take a look at the BBB website and Take 5 consistently has an F rating by the better Business bureau.

Great car wash. I have a membership that is honored at all Take 5 washes so I've been through many locations. The Dyersburg location is the best! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The quality of the wash is fantastic, too! Highly recommend!
