We had the worst luck on Friday the 13th! While travelling from St. Louis to Mobile, AL, we broke down shortly before Dyersburg.We called Russom's directly to rescue us and were so pleased! Friendly customer service from start to finish - our driver took us (and the car) to the automotive shop we requested. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair the car, Russom's gave the mechanic a second tow in our car back to the shop. They treated us like family and genuinely cared that we made it to our destination safely. We are so appreciative of their kindness and professionalism!Service: Car towing

They were awesome. I called them to request a tow and they were on it and finished towing my car to my house within a couple of hours. I was able to conveniently pay over the phone and didn't even need to be present with the car. They made everything super easy and really helped me out for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

My insurance contacted them to tow my vehicle to the repair shop after I had waited almost two hours for another company, they showed up in 30 minutes. Had a blow out and my four way wouldn t fit my tires. These guys were out there in less than 15 minutes, got my tire changed and were really friendly and professional! Definitely recommend to anyone needing work done

Didn't return my call. Ran out of gas about 6 miles away. Yes I drive an older truck with a screwy I/P cluster & yes it was really late like 12:30 AM on a Sunday but I hadn't been home in 2 months. I realize my poor planning doesn't necessitate an emergency on their part but if you advertise 24 hr service at least answer the phone lol!

Have never had such quick service. My car wouldn t start. They came and picked the car up and brought to my house quickly. Advertising 24/7 but can t pick up the phone during 12:30a-1:00am , also seems to be the Company my none helpful AAA road side assistance use . Both was trash , horrible , sad . Unreliable very !!!!

I was on a hunting trip 600 miles from home and lost my keys. The the folks at Russom got my truck to a local dealership and worked with my schedule to make it happen . Very easy to work with and friendly.

They seem to be affiliated with Dyersburg Autowerks, which isn't the best. But they were excellent when they hauled my car for me, as far as I could tell!
