Love this store they help me with choices and word to make your experience there great.the management is great and the guys who deliver respect my home and do a awesome job. I would hi g highly recommend I been with them about 17 years.

Rent One is awesome! They have great deals, great customer service. I ordered a fridge and the store manager called to handle all of my paperwork over the phone so there was nothing for me to do when they delivered my fridge to the house. The delivery guys were friendly, put my fridge where I wanted it and made sure everything was working before they left. I would recommend Rent One to my family and friends anytime.

Rent one dyersburg is amazing! We have rented several items from them and always satisfied from in store purchasing to delivery and set up. If I have ever had a problem with an item, it was fixed or replaced within a day. The staff is always friendly . They treat us like family as we do them.

Amazing, super fast, and very professional service YER AGAIN provided by my main man Sammie and his awesome right hand man, Adam, here in Dyersburg, TN Rent One! If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting or working with these two amazingly awesome men, head down and do so now! I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Repeat customer time and time again!! This was the best and by far easiest renting experience I have ever had. I literally just moved here yesterday from Texas and they were able to help me out. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Leighann was pleasant, friendly and so helpful. I will definitely continue using Rent One.

I have to say Pete Anderson is a God send. My boyfriend, my disabled mom and myself were moving into a house after being homeless and he done everything he cld do to get us furniture and mostly and air conditioner. I was at my wits end and Pete came through like he always does. He is the most amazing person Ive had the pleasure of working with at Rent one. Love u to death Pete and thank u so much for everything.

Rent One is better than Arron's hands down. Their customer service is so much better. When you call needing help they are in top of it. They keep the same employees so when you go in there you are greeted by name and familiar faces. I will continue to go there for anything I need.

I been doing business with this company for years.they have always treated me with respect and worked with me when I had a problems come up with my payment.Always deliver on time and guys do my setup in timely manner.Yep I highly recommend them.

Everyone at the store is super friendly n helpful from the guy who helped us on the floor all the way to delivery. The delivery part was a task due to in climate weather and I live in an upstairs apartment. They never fussed n kept smiling. Made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Thank you Justin, Sam and Brian.

Love Love Love this place, Tasha Fisk is amazing ! She goes beyond and above for anything I ve ever asked her and if she can t she still keeps me updated and things get done ! I can t thank her enough for making me feel like I m important .

Love Rent one we have done multiple agreements with them and Tasha Fisk was amazing I actually went in there today and got a living room suite for my mother in law and Tasha recommended what lamps and what table she thought would go great with it and we loved the idea so we took heed to her idea and went with it...Tasha and the whole rent one crew is absolutely amazing

My experience with Rent One was awesome! Store associate was very knowledgeable of the store products and did not mind walking me through. I was most interested in a dining room table and chairs. I did return on 8/22/19 and paid for a week. I am very pleased with the item I decided on and my sales associate made the process a breeze Thanks Rent One Dyersburg!!!

My local store was neat and well maintained showing a variety of selection. I was greeted promptly and had an easy time getting my questions answered by LeeAnn - who was working late to help me out. The items I needed were in stock and my delivery was arranged. No issues at all. They are professional and friendly. Recommended!

Scheduled to have an item picked up. They're picking it up later than scheduled. No courtesy call, I had to call them. That'd be fine and dandy if I wasn't sitting here with my two children, in a house that has no electricity because we moved, waiting on them when it's 90 degrees.. get it together rent one..

Dye to a disability I could not get out but the clerk took all my information over the phone and I sent proof of identification then my product was delivered right when they said it would , The delivery people were very polite and respectful and brought all papers for me to sign explaining each oneLooking forward to doing more business with Rent One in Dyersburg, Tenn.

I came in looking for a tv, and Jennifer, and Justin, and everything went great. They helped me look for what I was wanting. I walked out with a tv and tv stand, and it was overall great experience. Couldn t ask for better experience, and great attitude.
