I highly recommend Precision Auto Body in Dyersburg! The staff is so friendly and professional! Amy is so sweet and helped me get my car in very quickly! I cannot brag enough on the awesome staff they have. The new mechanic that worked on my car had the work completed in 2 days. Highly recommend to anyone needing any work done on their vehicle!

I made an appointment with Clay to look at my son's vehicle after his front bumper had been damaged. He knew exactly how to correct the damage and now his bumper looks like new. I have used this body shop before and have always been tremendously pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle! Outstanding!!

I can't say enough about the superior level of service that Amy, Clay and the entire team provided. Very open, honest and straight forward dialogue from the beginning of the process which resulted in transparent pricing and no surprises. I would recommend Precision Auto Body very highly without reservation to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price. Amy and Clay were quick to help me get into a rental and kept me updated throughout the entire process.. The entire staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions. My car looked amazing when I got it back today.

I stopped by for an estimate and let me just say that the employees inside are very helpful and friendly. The guy that did my estimate and spoke to me was not in a rush and listened to my concerns and the girl up front was nice and made sure I felt right at home. Had my vehicle repaired there and it was tremedous work done. I would highly reccomend them for any body work or even just honest opinions. Best service I have ever had from a body shop. The paint job was perfect and the cleaning/wash at pickup was the best.

I was rear ended a few months ago and I called around to find a body shop and Precision was the quickest to be able to get me in and came highly recommended by my insurance company. Amy and Clay were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I dropped my vehicle off and my rental was waiting and ready to go. They called me several times to keep me updated on the progress of my repairs. When it was finished, Amy brought it to me at work and took my rental back. It looks great! I didn't get the detail guys name, but he did an amazing job detailing my vehicle, AMAZING! With as difficult as it is right now to get anything done right and in a timely manner, they went above and beyond to make this process as easy as it could be!Service: Body & Trim

well....it all began two weeks ago when i picked up my wife's brand new suburban. two days later, loading kids for school with the back hatch up, she backed out of the garage and tore up the back, scraped paint and tore off suburban letters. this was our fist brand new vehicle and my wife was crying uncontrollable. her new truck is no longer new with only 400 miles on it. this is where Clay saves my family and becomes my wifes newest best friend. He looked at the damage and worked his magic and then he had to order new suburban letters for the back. Three days he called and fixed the letters....three days people. my wifes car is new again and our family is very thankful for Clay and the crew at precision auto body......thanks Clay, yal are the bestService: Body & Trim

this used to be a great shop and always exceded my expectations however, now it has a new manager and workers.I ran into non stop problems from them not posting there final cost to insurance untell after i was told to pick it up forcing me to wait all day at the shop to parts simply falling off or not seated well...parts that should have been replaced like the weather stripping forcing me to work on my own car outside the body shop after waiting 2 hours because the tech wouldn't work on my car because i was told he won't work on it unless i leave the area ?for a problem that took 3 minutes...over all paint and body work seems fine so far but from the problems and oversight i've been threw im not even sure of that....won't go back unless there is a massive turn over...my car wasn't even cleaned the slightest inside or out ....the smell alone is horrible ...i take that back, i will not go back...oh and my leather has dent in it that won't go away because they stacked parts on the insead using the rear area ....i could go on but thats itServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was struggling to get my car repair within reasonable waiting time & someone recommended me PABD. I had good experience with people over there & they even arranged my rental to be at shop for smooth swap. I could always find people on phone to answer my queries (very rare these days- hate auto calls bots). Very satisfied by their work on car & customer services. Definitely recommend to others to give them consideration.

I've been there before and the service was outstanding I recommend anyone who really have any kind of Automotive need to go and check them out they'll let you know right up front what they can and can't do so what else can you ask for but to ask for the the bill right LOL love you guys be safe and check them out you're like family I give them 75 thumbs up but I can't do it on here they're that good be blessed everyone and if you see someone today that's looking down please give him a smile and tell him it's going to be okay

Excellent body shop. Finished earlier than expected. I was able to pick up and return my rental car at the body shop. Very convenient. They informed me of the progress when the vehicle was being worked on. I highly recommend this body shop. Craig, Amy and the entire staff get two thumbs up.

Literally the best place! I have delt with them on them numerous occasions! They go above and beyond to help their customers! They are truly kind and generous! May God continue to bless this business and all who are associated with them! I recommended them a million times over! They do great work and my car is always in prestein condition when I get it back! They handle the rentals and take care of filing insurance claims! I can not say enough good things about them.

I will never use another body shop!!! I have used Precision twice and my expectations were exceeded both times. Not only is my car absolutely perfect but the customer service is above and beyond! I can't say enough about Craig and Precision. I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

Great service. They had everything in line with the rental. All I had to do was sign and they had car brought there and took care of everything and they done great work on my car. I highly recommend this place ...they take care of there customers.
