I was needing new dirt bike gear to hit the woods & trails. Dan and David went above and beyond to get me the right setup. Everything they suggested and ordered fit spot on. Didn t have to send anything back and had me riding that weekend!!! Highly, Highly suggest both of these guys to do business with!!!

Bought a new s/s from another dealer. Had some issues with the unit. Carried it back to the location I bought it from was told the issue would be an out of pocket expense on a NEW unit. It sat there for weeks. I finally just went and got it. Called outer limits in dyersburg problem addressed,part ordered, part installed and unit back on my trailer in a couple days. Stellar service. Highly recommended.

Terrible service I took my 4 wheeler there for repair, it wasn't fixed and I was told that it would be more costly to repair it than to purchase another one. My husband went to pick it up and they didn't go get it until he paid $480. He was told that was for labor for them looking at it and trying to figure out what was wrong. When he saw it, he was in disbelief because it was in pieces, and they couldn't even find the key. He said it wasn't worth bringing home so he just took it to the dumpster. A week later I received the key in the mail. We were looking to buy a side by side and after that we wouldn't buy anything there so we went somewhere else and purchased the side by side.

This is a very professional group of people that care about customer service. We bought a new ATV here and there was no pressure or other sales nonsense. These are the type of folks that keep customers coming back because of the trust and service. Stock was low but that is a pandemic issue.

This is a great place. The experience was no pressure. Just asked what you wanted in a side by side. And he (Jamie Willams) found what we were looking for. They have my business. Very happy with our side by side.

Picked up my 2024 defender Limited HD 10 a couple of days ago. Aaron gave me good value on my trade in machine. Call Aaron he did very well with me on my purchase. I recommend this business for your S X S needs.

Absolutely amazing dealership. From the first call to pickup, this place was amazing. I looked everywhere for a Commander XT 1000, this is the only place that I spoke with that acknowledged that they had an allotment and offered the order. I worked with Jamie and he made sure I got the accessories I wanted, and he made sure they were ordered and waiting on delivery. Jamie was very responsive to emails/phone calls, and the whole crew helped get questions answered the day of pickup. They even stayed behind after hours to finish pickup. I would recommend this crew to anyone and will be using them for any purchases of ATVs/SxS in the future!

Aaron and his Team went above and beyond when we bought our CanAm last week. I showed up with the wrong trailer and they without hesitation gale me a replacement trailer to take our new CanAm home. Bought a new 2022 Kawasaki 800 sle from them. Just got to 1000 miles and I have one tire wore completely out! I took it to get a blinker kit installed at around 500 miles and had them look at the wear one the one tire. They told me it was because I rode on blacktop! I just got off the phone with them and again, it s because I drive on blacktop! I have several friends that own these same machines and have not had this issue! But somehow Outerlimits is just blowing me off saying that s it s just because I ride on blacktop, and they will not do anything to try to help with the problem that was there from day one! Will not be back there for anything! They really should stand behind their machines a little better!

I highly recommend Brian Halford. This guy did A great job with my CanAm Maverick. Had a few different issues with my tire, Blinkers horn and Hazzard lights that weren't working correctly. He fixed it with no problem and in a very timely manner. Also did a full service and my machine is running awesome. Definitely recommend this guy and this place for all your machine needs.

The staff has always been courteous and patient with me as buying an atv/utv is a big decision, and they don't push in any direction, but present the knowledge needed for the customer to make that choice. I have been to several companies that sell these products, and I know this establishment does it right. I will and would refer Outerlimits to all of my associates for their outdoor sports equipment.
