Had to have a flex pipe removed from exhaust. Called and tried to speak with Randy and got cussed out. After paying 266 dollars. Took the vehicle to Walton s and come to find out Randy did NOT remove all the old flex pipe he tried to rig it up and weld the new flex pipe to the piece of the old flex pipe. Would not recommend master tire and auto services to anyone. But if you want the job done right I highly recommend Walton s in halls tn got the job done right and was not over priced like randy was. Walton s has awesome customer service also!!!

Love this place! Very reasonably priced and owner is very nice! Made an appt to come back for a certain day and my car was dropped off and finished in the same day! Highly recommend!

Being a rigid schedule person by nature, I had my reservations when told come in Wednesday after lunch. True to their word, Randy got me in on time and was even able to handle an additional tire balance and rotation to the brake work planned. Price was honest and fair (no up charges) and the work was done to perfection. They fixed my breaking issue and found the tire out of balance. Smooth ride and quick stops Thanks y'all

We were 13 hours from home and lost a wheel off our 12 enclosed trailer. Randy went above and beyond, calling other shops to get an axel made for us to get us going . Price was beyond reasonable. Best service I ve experienced

I've had car problems, having cylinder issues, for almost a year now. I've taken it to three different places and Randy and his technicians at Master Tire are the only ones who have been able to diagnose and fix the issue. The only problem I have is that it took two visits to finally figure it out.

Had the exact tires I needed in stock that I had purchased on sale last year. It wasn't on sale tho, & I coouldn't get it at that price either. I hate that; so I had to purchase a brand new tire at that original top $ pricing!!! Oh well it happens! BabiiGurlArt
