I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 11 and my vehicle was ready by 11:45. I have a ford expedition and the oil filter and oil pan is behind a metal plate that has to be removed. It s a more complicated vehicle than most. The service was timely and well done at a very reasonable price. I will be back.

Super nice and quick to get my needs met. I went in to have my vehicle serviced as scheduled only to be told my appointment was for the next day. The man never hesitated though, he just said no problem they d take care of me and they got my vehicle back right away and got it done. I don t know who messed up as far as the appointment goes, but it never mattered, they just took care of me. I won t go anywhere else!

I needed a new battery for my 2020 Chevy Equinox.John and the crew got right on the job. In less than an hour I had a new battery and was on my way home. The price for everything was reasonable. Everyone was polite and professional.I recommend giving them a chance to help you.

I put $5000 down on a GMC TERRAIN and I had it for a month and a half. The engine went out. I was highly upset and I felt that I was all alone in my situation. Danny from express worked with me and put me in a rental. Danny also worked with my warranty company to make sure my engine was replaced. I am thankful. I m still a little nervous because I have never been in a situation like this before but I m hopeful. Thanks Express Dyersburg.

The salesman, Marty, was great. Could have shown me more about the options on the car but I have learned! Just beware that if you choose to buy a car, you will be forced to have an add-on option for minor repairs at an additional cost to the car and you will sign an agreement stating that you were given an option to take it but in fact you will pay for it and sign a lie or walk away. And yes I have a witness that this happened. I regret not walking away. The positive is that I got a nice car after looking a long time but there are lots of cars out there. Not a dealership that I would recommend.

As soon as we arrived Bubba checked us in, we had a minimal wait time.. The employees were completely professional, kind and friendly. We would highly recommend having your car serviced in Dyersburg. Excellent service for the price.

Dawson was a fabulous salesman. The sales manager and finance department were patient and was willing to make me a deal!! They were able to have me in a new Tahoe in no time!! It was closing time by the time we were finished. They told me they owed me a detail. Dawson texted me first thing Monday morning to schedule a detail date & to make sure I was able to get into the myChevrolet app. Thanks guys!! We will definitely do business with you again!

I didn t buy my new truck at express but when it broke down, they were more than happy to service it under factory warranty. They had to replace the starter and that is not a simple job on this model truck. They checked it out and let me know what they had found and how long I could expect to be without it. (Not long at all). They actually fixed it a day earlier than they had expected. They got in touch with me and let me know as soon as they finished. I picked it up and was ask to sign a couple of warranty papers and was on my way. Very happy with the service we received here!!!

First idd not get a courtesy check on filling up any fluids levels.2. I didn't or couldn't get the customary Tire Rotation which is a standard procedure after each Oil change.3. They didn't or couldn't fix my leaking tire because I was told it had a small nail in it and it was too close to the edge to patch!4. Aapparently,because of the bad tire, I couldn't get the free tire rotation! I was not advised to maybe a purchase a NEW Tire even after told them I have to put air in that tire every 2 days. I said air cost now 1.50-$1.75!But I even asked do you sell tires? And they said Yes if course we do! And yet, I was not offered to buy a tire or even a set of new of tires, But instead, I was very nicely invited to drive back there ANYTIME TO GET Free air and I'm thinking I live almost 20 miles from Delta Chevrolet, so why would I drive 1 way to get free aur on a tire which is already at an unsafe pressure of 20! PSiI! Was this to save me $1.75 every 2 days? Or maybe just help me spend another $10 in gas!And because all the tires were taken off for the proposed courtesy tire rotation, they then had to put all 4 tires BACK on because of my 1 bad tire with the nail.Now my GMC TERRAIN rides like an empty wagon and is so out of balance that it is either pulling to the left or to the right due to the fact I couldn't get the tire rotation!But any qualified mechanic knows that when you remove all 4 tires and put them back on you MUST BALANCE THEM EVEN IF 1 is BAD!And to make this situation even worst, I can safely state contrary to what I was told, but according to my invoice, I DID NOT receive that service yet it is stated on my receipt as performed. Any Master Mechanic or Technician would have seen that I was totally out of wiper fluid.Immediately after leaving the service bay it started to rain. So, I turn on my wipers and what to my amazement happened? I had NO WIPER Fluid! I had to go 2 miles up to the first auto supply which was OREILLY to purchase a gallon of wiper fluid!This sounds like poor Customer Service as well as and poor Customer Satisfaction.Finally, why does my invoice state that all service checks were done?Thank you,Hopefully, the Owner and Manager will address my concerns.Ms.L.FEARS

Went in for first oil change and tire rotation, nothing seemed organized, check in mileage(5124)and the mileage after service was 10 extra miles(5135) just in for an oil change!! Also my telescopic steering wheel and visors were changed, a dirty smear was on my floor mat and weather stripping and a grease spot was on my headliner, which wiped off, from where I assume the reminder sticker was placed on the windshield. I asked about a vehicle wash and vacuum(willing to pay for)the guy said they don't have anyone there that does that! I know they clean them up when they are sold!! First visit not impressed!

Finally a dealership can set tire pressures to request, that to means, they pay attention to detail.Service was more than expected, out of a dealership, super surprised and very very happy. Traveling set appointment last night, courtesy was very appreciated, now on to help with Tennessee tornado damage!

Even though I only had an oil change and tire rotation I thought everyone was nice and courteous. I wanted to get the new gmc cannon but the interest rate is just too high to purchase now . Big Red still good for now thank you all for your service

This is the place to purchase a vehicle!! It is so simple and doesn't take forever. Totally not shady. They do not pressure you. Answered all our questions. Matt Dotson was our salesperson. We bought a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. HAPPY BUYER!!

I was at Express Chevrolet to get an oil change and a tire rotation. All of the employees were very nice especially Bubba Harris in service.I did find it a bit offensive that sales did an evaluation of my vehicle in an attempt to get me to buy a new vehicle. When I am ready and or in need, I will approach the dealership!!

I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and in about fifteen minutes they had taken my truck to the back. Approximately 30 minutes later it was completed. Satisfied with the man at the desk in the service department.

I was treated with the up much respect here at Express Chevrolet GMC in Dyersburg, TN. They gave me an fair to above market value on my 2015 2500hd chevy trade in and I work for an company that does GM supplier discount and these fine folkes excepted it. My sales man to finance manger to closing manger were all professional about there business and also treating me very respectful when buying our aka myself n wife new GMC 2024 2500HD Sierra that's a whole lot more than I can say about another dealership that I was at before stopping by Express in Dyersburg, TN. So those that work for R+L CARRIERS in Paducah, KY. I recommend you guys stay away from Linwood CHEVROLET GMC BUICK located in Mayfield, KY. they will not horror our employment discount
