I am so so happy with the service I received today.The ladies that helped me were very kind and accommodating. I was so nervous to get my license and they made the process so much better compared to the DMVs down in memphis. I recommended them highly!!

This place is awesome! The staff here are fast, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure when I need to come here. The place is always very well kept and clean. Inside and out. Overall great experience

I gave this place a 5 star rating all because of the awesome customer service experience! I believe the lady's name was Amanda. She was very professional and at the same time very friendly. Great experience overall.

The no contact driver's test was a bit unusual but it was totally fine. They have a place in the back parking lot set up to make turns, stop at a stop sign, pull into a parking spot, and back up. The staff is friendly and encouraging.

Shame on all of you in that office. There are a lot of people in this world who would give anything and appreciate a secure job like yours. You should be embarrased and ashamed of yourselves for the mistreatment you put upon the customers that need your help. Your lack of kindness, humility, and common decency to a fellow human is sad and appalling. I'll pray for you and hope Jesus will bless you and change your heart.

I give them 10 stars.fast,friendly AND NO LINES.Came from Memphis just because they have "Six Flags"style lines....it was well worth the ride.

I don't know what the male examiner is in the Dyersburg office but at times he's very loud and rude.I heard people talking about the same situation.I have visited 3 or more times with my grandchildren,and he has yelled at me the first time I just removed myself from the situation,but it has happened again and I told him in front of a crowded office that you don't have to yell at me.

I called asking questions about permit, the man that answered was totally rude! talked to me like I was stupid.... He was a real ***!!!! Thanks! I dont know how one keeps a job working with the public with such a sorry attitude... total JERK

Told me I needed extra paperwork from the V.A. to get a conceal carry. So far the V.A. has no idea what the DMV is talking about. Called Nashville twice and got two different answers. Go somewhere else if you can.
