J B was has no people skills. We bought a King Ranch and after paying the 4th payment on time I came in asked to pay most of the payment except for 35.00 so I can make sure my full coverage was paid on this vehicle. He told me that he didn't care if I didn't have any insurance as long as his bill was paid in full or the car would go to collections over 35.00. Mind you we pay weekly and would be paying all owed the next week. So we paid in full leaving the insurance at only liability insurance seeing I was barely short for paying the deposit for the full coverage. Paid 18 weeks on time 540.00 a month; my husband now the only one going in to pay and him being commented to rudely about the insurance not even a day late and we get a ultimatum about the insurance after we had asked about paying our payments on Saturday since we now live 2hours away and husband gets off close to there closing time on the day he gets paid and would be off on Saturday's. J. B. Said no it had to be paid the day he got paid or sent before the due date to be there on Thursday if we did a money order. Again we had not been even a day late. And this is at the Dyersburg, TN location. We got full coverage insurance and paid and now have gladly returned the truck due to intolerable circumstances with JB the supervisor there.11/26/2017 at 2am after a message left 11/25/2017 while visiting family for thanksgiving in Texas. Not even 3 days late Thanksgiving is on Thursday when they were closed.And I am sure we are not the only ones spoken to in this manner.Ross the one who sold us the vehicle was amazing, helpful, informative and kind.

Great and friendly staff! Especially my worker Ms. Courtney Bevis she got me in my car the same day and also got me in their 1000 dollar drawing and I won! The whole team is just awesome!

I always see nice clean cars on their lot. So I decided to stop. Very glad I did. The ease of buying a car was great. Immediately greeted by Gary. Great at his job. Well informed. Mad me feel important. I will recommended to my friends. 5 star experience. Thank you!!!!!

They where very friendly to me through my search of a new ride. I got what I wanted and I can Make my payments there or take out of my checking account. I will give them all five stars for my experience in finding my new ride I was very welcome by the staff and I will go back again.

I've been with the company and. They work with your budget. It's affordable for me and they are not worried about your credit score it's as long as you can pay and I love the flexibility of you can choose to pay what works best for you when the employee call they are always professional and friendly I highly recommend ppl to go to auto start and the vehicles are good and reliable I recommended my sister and she is happy as well.

I called in inquiring about a vehicle and got a woman named BA. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and very friendly as well. Seems like a great place to purchase a vehicle with staff like her! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

The best car buying experience ever! BJ, Kayla, Jess, and Tony were amazing, they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and honest. Will definitely refer anyone looking for a great used vehicle and wants a great deal.

Stephanie was beyond awesome. We test drove almost every suv on the lot. Because I was so very undecided. But once I found the one I wanted. She is amazing at her job .

The people there are great and the New lot supervisor is awesome. He knew I bought the car and before I left he took it and cleaned it real nice and gave it a wash!! They are all very outstanding people. I will send people there way!!

These are some very awesome people to work with I've ran in a hard times and they helped me every step of the way. Last time I got a vehicle here I wasn't done right by the old workers but the new ones make sure they make up for the old ones problems. BA is an amazing sales person who really cares about her customers and makes sure to listen and get you in what you need. Thanks so much hun. Everybody should come to autostart. Ask for ba

First and for most kayla is excellent at her job. She always makes sure her customers are completely satisfied and answers all questions to her fullest ability. She goes above and beyond to gelp in anyway she can. Making a payment can be difficult sometimes, but there always helpful at setting up and making arrangements for you to pay. They have awesome managment. Bj has gone above and beyond to help to help me out. You couldnt ask for a better staff. However if your look for a long term finance i would suggest a different route. The payments are high but as expected when your going through a lease program. Just FYI.. All in all theres a great staff and I love my tahoe :)

Dyersburg auto start was amazing they are at the top of there game ....damn I will not buy a car from anywhere else they are true professionals and Jessica Walker was such an amazing help she is gonna go far in the auto business thank you Jessica from the bottom of my heart now me and my family have a good dependable car

I would have gave them no stars but unfortunately I can't. So one star is all they will get from me. But if you want to be disrespected, have rude people help you, overly priced cars and hear gossip about employees and other then this place is for you! I did not have the best experience and neither did the people I've talked too. Therefore, I will not recommend this place at all and I will take my business to a real dealership, at least then they will have friendly customer service!

we have done work for this company and have made several attempts to collect and noone seems to care to pay the bill! Sorry place to do business they cant even pay their own bills! I have been out 932.32 on someones altima and cant get paid! Good luck is all i gotta say

Great staff and great place to find a vehicle. They provide excellent customer service and give you the most bang for your buck when buying vehicles!! Highly recommend you stop buy if you re in the market for an automobile!

This company gives people with not so good credit the opportunity to on a vehicle not on a only that they work with you with your payments they make it easy for your everyday life and I'm so thankful that I am one of their customers.

My sales girl is Kayla, she rocks !!!! I purchased a vehicle from her and 2 months later my husband went to the Jackson TN location and they basically told him they wasn't selling him a car and refused to look over his/our income like we wasn't worthy of their business!!! I totally recommend Dyersburg TN location due to everyone their being as helpful as possible ... Mind you between my husband and I we had plenty enough income for a 2nd vehicle and was turned around before the process was started at the Jackson office . I stress for everyone to go to Dyersburg you will get much better customer service !!!! Also I have referred 2 people to Jackson TN and the try to get out of paying your referral ... I also went with my mom and her husband to get their car in Jackson and they were extremely rude to my daughters which are children for asking for popcorn so I had to speak up and let it be known that my children wouldn't be talked to like that when they sat quietly and didn't bother anyone besides asking for "popcorn" that should have already been ready during the day... Autostart in Dyersburg TN is a family oriented environment and treat you like family... I will always go to Dyersburg TN location with my business and deal with Kayla !!! Over all Dyersburg TN autostart is the bomb and Jackson TN well THANKS DYERSBURG TN AUTOSTART Also Jackson TN picks out 3 vehicles for u to test drive after you get qualified witch is how they did my mom and her husband my question is what if they didn't like any of those 3 vehicles? Also Jackson's lot looks bigger but they do not have a better variety of cars for selection to choose from like Dyersburg Location please do yourself a favor and go to the Dyersburg TN location I promise your experience will be so much better I could go on and on about why Dyersburg TN location is better but I think you get the just
